My car had a Electric Parking Brake malfunction and was stuck at a parking lot last night. Called a few towing companies and Cali offered the best price (much cheaper than the other "top-notch" towing companies). Luis (the owner) came in 30 mins and towed my car to a nearby auto shop. He used some very smart tools to move & lift my stuck car to the flat bed, avoiding damage to my car. A fantastic job well worth the money! I'd highly recommend his company to other customers!

I had my lexus towed by these guys and I would have to say my experience with them was quite professional and pleasant from the get go. What stood out was I didn't have to reach out for updates. They took the initiative to contact me with rough eta's of arrival. I would recommend them to anyone and will personally have them on speed dial for any future emergencys.
Unbelievably rude, unprofessional behavior from the man that came to tow my motorcycle, Khaled. He got angry with me that I kept having to ask him to repeat himself because he was talking so quietly beside his loud truck. He acted confused and then irritated with me when I tried to hand him the keys and asked shouldn’t the keys go with the bike. Then, when I told him I wasn’t going to go with him and that the shop already knew the bike was coming, he said, “you know what, I don’t want to do this anymore” and LEFT. I’m so confused by this man’s behavior and frankly pissed that he wasted my time. Will not be using this company again. Do better.

I live in San Jose and I called around looking for a tow truck that tows motorcycles. I called two other tow companies and they said that they didn't tow motorcycles. I call "Cali Towing" and the guy answered on the second ring! He asks when I need the tow? I said, "tomorrow at 9am in the morning", he says, "9am tomorrow?, ok I'll be there".
Next morning I wake up, eat breakfast and then my phone rings! It's Cali Towing! ON TIME! My motorcycle handlebars were locked but Cali Towing was still able to load my motorcycle on the tow truck safely.
Very Professional, Polite, and ON TIME!

My vehicle needed a tow to the dealership and roadside assistance said the wait was over 3hrs. I placed a call to Cali Towing and Luis was there 20min later. He made the process very easy and I wish I would have skipped the headache and called sooner. If you are in need of service call Cali Towing!!
They were prompt and efficient and worked hard to get the car loaded up even though the steering wheel was locked at first. Great job, would use again, but I hope I never have to.
My car died in the Trader Joe's parking lot this afternoon I called Cali Towing, and the tow truck arrived very quickly and the driver was totally awesome. He figured out that the problem was related to a bad battery connection and fixed the issue on the spot! This saved me the aggravation and expense of having it towed to a nearby shop to get the problem diagnosed and repaired.
