I wish I could give them 10 stars! They rescued me from nightmare situation with Nova Tire Center and another tow company that never showed up. I had been waiting 4 hours for the tow company Mercedes contracted, and they finally called around to multiple tow companies to find someone who could get to me quickly. West Coast Tow isn’t contracted with them, so they paid them directly. I called West Coast Tow, spoke to Mr. Tom and explained the condition Nova Tire Center left my tire in and that we could not drive the vehicle onto a flatbed. He’d already had a flatbed on the way to me. He had me text him pictures and said he would personally come and bring a different truck with a dolly so there was no further damage caused to my rim and car. He arrived in 10 minutes and handled the situation with so much grace and care. I had been incredibly frustrated after dealing with this situation for the last 5 hours, and encountering a good human after all of this made my day so much better. I was planning to take a ride share to meet them at the dealership, but he offered for me to ride with them. When we arrived to the dealership, he didn’t rush to dump my car. He drove to the back so there would be no damage, spoke to the service and explained the situation, waited for me to go inside to speak with my service rep, and then very carefully unloaded my car. I am writing this review a day later, and it’s honestly making emotional because I had been treated so poorly by the tire place and Mr. Tom and his son were so kind to me. I will be keeping his card and if I ever need a tow, he’s the ONLY OPTION! Thank you Mr. Tom. This is how you do business and treat people!

Great service! Towed my car out of Hilton Hotel by LAX, the clearance was 5'10!! I have a 2020 Mazda CX-5 and Tom pulled my car out with ease. If your car is AWD he can still get it out on a dolly. No scratches. You will have to help him push some pipes up.
Best roadside assistance/Tow service I’ve ever had! When the first solution didn’t work he didn’t go with the options to charge me more even though I was willing to pay! He told me let’s try some other things to get my Tesla back up and running which we did! Even when I offered to pay for lunch or give him additional he didn’t accept. I am forever in this gentleman’s debt for saving my day! Thank you for all your help. Will recommend to any and everyone!

Very kind, nice and efficient! Called them during a festivity cause my car stopped in the middle of the street and in 15 minutes they came to tow my car, brought it in front of my mechanic and gave me a ride home!! Everything on January 1st! Excellent service!
Great service; quick response (arrived in 15 mins). Tom verified his identity when he arrived and sent me his location to track, as there were a few bandit tow scammers crawling the streets and posing as legitimate businesses. He even showed up with shopping bags for me to use to clean out my car of valuables. Thanks Tom!

Called to request a tow after an accident at LAX. AOA responded promptly, dispatched a driver, and sent someone to give me a ride home. Both the tow truck driver and the driver dispatched to take me home called frequently to update me on their ETA, which is especially important while waiting on a tow at LAX. Highly, highly recommend this towing service. Hopefully, I won't need another tow, but I will definitely call them in the future if I do!

I had a car stuck in a garage with low clearance. At the end of 11+ hours of my roadside assistance trying various companies, a father and son pair came to the rescue and finally got my car. This was a sweltering day, and my work place is in a very congested area. Both were friendly and professional. I saw them taking extra care when leaving the garage to make sure that the towed car also cleared the exit which is narrow and low with a road bump. One of them came out of the car to do this. I had already said goodbye and was quite far away by this point so it was nice seeing this care taken even outside of the face to face time.

IF YOU NEED A TOW, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! My car broke down during rush hour on the 10 east right before the 405 exit— super dangerous location for a break down, let alone for a tow truck driver to load a car up. Tom, the owner of west coast tow who’s been in the business for 35 years, picked me up within 30 minutes of my call. He was super efficient, kind, and professional. He really prioritizes safety and customer service.
Between responding to my call, driving out to me, loading me car on the worst part of the 10 (doing this in the safest possible way), towing my car to my local mechanic, and backing my car into a really challenging spot, Tom took less than an hour and a half to save me! And he charged a very fair price, and even helped me get a hold of my insurance company (geico) to reimburse me.

Very helpful and genuine tow service. My car broke down all the way up in Tuna Canyon, and the gentleman who towed the car was friendly, caring and gave a fair price. I would not hesitate to call on this service again.
I can't articulate how happy I am with this service. Within 48hrs my car was towed twice. The same gentleman helped me both times and was spectacular. Instead of towing me the second trip he suggested installing my spare tire so I could save $60. I said "doesn't that mean you earn less?" His response, "but you save money and it's less hassle for you." This is a platinum customer experience, but, more importantly a human connection. I felt a kinship with a stranger I'd never met due to his kindness and focus on other's, during a very tense situation.
I was in a real bind, wife locked her keys in the car and the spare was nowhere to be found. Didn't get an answer when I called these guys first, so I called another place and got a quote, and was told three hours. Fortunately, West Coast Tow called me back, and was able to meet my wife at her car within minutes, and he charged half what I'd gotten on the other quote. Great service! Very satisfied. Would recommend.
