The staff has changed! Neither one of them answer the phone and if they do, especially at night, they will hang up on you without even saying goodbye or helping you with your matter. It's horrible there are no ethics at this location!

Walked in to buy a lightbulb for my brakes and got ignored by two workers at the counter where I made eye contact with both of them. Another customer came in after me and was addressed first when I was standing in front of them. Only one worker helped me but the two workers in the front waited until that worker came out from the back to help me.

Picked up wipers here last week and the manager was wonderful. He put them on for me quickly and was a pleasure to be with. Thank you so much! It is comforting to feel like you are in good hands.

The guys are Sooo Nice here ! Always so helpful to me, a gal who can’t figure out how to add windshield wiper fluid to her car! Rudy today was especially kind, patient & understanding! A GREAT team here !!

O'Riley's is good for Auto Parts. They also can use their little Gizmo Meter to tell you what's going on with the car. Convenience in every City with them because of their locations so close by. Helpful information too. Lots of Lady's now joining the team in case you don't want to ask a Man for advice.

The store is neat and it has always had items i needed in stock.. they are open until 10 pm which is convenient.. but my bad experience here has been long wait time in register.. once there was literally no one in front they were on lunch and 7 customers in line! After 10 mins one person showed up but took forever for them to help each customer I literally had to leave and come back later .. no self checkout either

I'm a long-time customer. The assistant manager Jose is rude, condescending. He's been there a long time. He came out to see if my cigarette lighter fuse was burned out. He wouldn't even lift the hood up. He waited for me to lift it up Then he refused to open the fuse box saying it may break and he'll be responsible. I tried to open it, but I couldn't So I left. This is nothing new. He's been like this for a long time. I will report him to your corporate office.

Excellent experience at Lincoln Blvd, Santa Monica location & shout out to exceptional staff member, Steven N, who helped me choose a set of hubcaps & was kind enough to install them for me. I tried to tip him, wouldn’t hear of it. It was a very kind, thoughtful gesture that made my Saturday. I will pack for any parts & services they offer. Whoever you are, owner/manager, he deserves recognition.

On Thursday night ( Sep 5th), an employee at this location, an older gentleman, went above and beyond, in helping my wife. I was out of state and not able to help much. I really appreciate this nice employee helping my wife out. Thank you sir.

The store itself doesn't seem to restock very often, which kind of sucks. However, service is always exceptional and I appreciate the employees. Today's great guy was Jose! Thanks Jose!!!!

This is a Review update after the response from the owner. So I had the Battery fail that I had purchased from this location but because I had no proof ie. Receipt or.number on file ... I couldn't return it. But in their response they said they would do something to correct it. I called him on it and this is what the manager Bryan did for me, he looked into the purchases of that size battery in the month that I told him I bought it... ...he was able to find the sale and he also remembered me and remembered installing the battery. So to satisfy the customer Bryan exchange the battery. I can't say how much I appreciate this guy, he really came through. He went above and beyond his job looking to satisfy his customers he's very knowledgeable and if you ever in that store that's the man you want to talk to... thank you Bryan you're at the top of my list when it comes to customer service.

Avoid this location unless you know exactly what you need and where to find it in the store. Place should get zero stars if possible, customer service is non existent. People clearly standing by waiting to ask questions and the employees just stand there and don’t even acknowledge them. I had to tell one of the customers waiting just to go approach the employee because she clearly had zero interest in helping.

Made 2 orders for G40 antifreeze concentrate, never called me, ended up having to go in after I called and they “had finally gotten it in”, and lo-and-behold they had not. Went in and everything. Their online inventory also does not reflect their actual inventory, and makes me wonder if they fail to do inventory correctly on top of their lacking knowledge in automotive parts.

Been to this location several times and been assisted by courteous employees. Installed battery, windshield wipers and ordered a keyless fob and was promised said time and was accomplished. Thank you Jose and your team for great customer service, look forward to coming to your store for all my ford's needs.

I had a battery emergency and the Oreilly team diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. The manager Roger was compassionate and friendly while helping me with my inquiry. I felt like they really cared about the customer experience and providing the best service possible. I highly recommend visiting this location.

Wanted to write in praise of Jimmy, who was kind, accessible, and deeply knowledgeable on car parts, down to their components and nuances. I came in to place a special order for an ignition. Jimmy asked clarifying questions and knew which brand among the four was best. He gave me confidence that I was purchasing the right part to give to my mechanic. Other than batteries, tires, windshield wipers, and air filters, I don’t really purchase car parts, so I was grateful for the guidance. This is a rather large O’Reilly, clean and well organized, and with deep shelves behind the register. Their parking lot is easy to get in and out of, and spacious. Would not hesitate at all to return.

Lazy, slow, entitled, rude manager Davin. Judge for yourself, how bad it is. I was waiting in line - long wait, employees at this location are always slow. I was next. The manages came out - took a customer who was behind me and served him. I waited more. When at my turn I expressed my dissatisfaction - this guy refused service to me? Can it get any worse? Who hired this kid? Who trained him? I am deeply disappointed by the appalling level of customer service I received at this store. Not only was I met with blatant disregard for my inquiries, but I also encountered what I can only describe as discriminatory behavior, leaving me feeling marginalized and disrespected. This experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to support a business that condones such conduct. Should this employee be fired? Yes.

Raymond is the man! Helped me to swap my battery out and by help I mean he did everything. This O’Reilly doesn’t have a service department and Raymond had no obligation to do that, but he did. It was refreshing to have that help in a day and age where customer service seems to be at an all time low. Man deserves a raise!

I needed help with my battery and Tony at this O’Reilly helped diagnose the problem. He was patient and kind and explained how to fix it. I had a few asks and he went and got the items I needed for me. I was so surprised by the amazing service at this O’Reilly. If you need a battery, ask for Tony!!!

What a great experience with Raymond at this store! :) I recently called to see if this store had a hubcap for my Nissan Sentra. Raymond was extremely helpful in letting me know the price for 4 hubcaps, placing the order,, & following up when it was received. I've had negative experiences with other local auto parts stores. I was totally impressed by Raymond's professionalism, concern, & attitude. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him. I hope Management acknowledges Raymond for the outstanding O'Reilly employee that he is. I'll definitely be returning in the future if II need auto parts for my car.

My only my only complaint is that live in California and gas and oil prices are ridiculously ridiculous we have refineries out here and still. We pay these ridiculous prices for gas like that's going to fix anything. As far as O'Reilly's they're just doing their job and they have great workers at this location. It's a great place to get your battery charged or borrow the computer to hook up to your car to have a readout

If I could give an 11 Star review to Brando on here, I would. 10 for his excellence and one extra for going above and beyond his line of work. I was having issues with a serpentine belt and an alternator and while he was helping me, he was also running around 3 other cars making sure customer were installing their batteries correctly and other maintenance related issues, all while still performing his duties inside the store. I can tell he has passion for his job and passion for helping his guests out. The world needs more people like this. Every customer was satisfied and he even looked over my work to make sure all the pieces were correct. Overall, awesome dude. If he's not getting looked at for a management position or a promotion then he should. He definitely deserves it because this boy is going places.

Great store, never too crowded, the employees are all cool and help out with any questions! Another cool perk…..free car, motorcycle, or boat battery charging & diagnostics. You can also borrow tools for free! You just have to leave them your driver license or ID that they hold onto until you return the tools you borrow. Overall, great place
