I purchased a vehicle from Pristine Auto Care and dealt directly with Axel. The car was advertised as a 2010 model but turned out to be a 2007. After purchase, a licensed mechanic confirmed that the passenger-side airbag system is non-functional and that the exhaust manifold leaks carbon monoxide into the cabin—serious safety hazards that were never disclosed.
Based on these findings, I believe the transaction may violate California consumer protection laws. I have filed complaints with the DMV and other regulatory agencies and am pursuing civil and criminal complaints to recover my losses. Consumers should be extremely cautious and obtain a professional inspection before doing business with this seller.
I was searching for an auto detailer and found Precision. I explained what I was looking for and they asked to bring the car in. I did. My car is nowhere near new and the paint was beginning to oxidize and the factory clear coat was peeling. I did not like the way my car looked. In less than 4 hours they clear coated the entire car. It looks it just came out of the showroom. My car is gorgeous now. I am extremely pleased with the results. WOW! Worth every penny. Highly recommended
Pristine did an incredible job repairing my vehicle and it looks like it never happened. The work is top notch, and almost as important they were so easy to work with! They helped me deal with the insurance company and were extremely honest about what was going on. They actually got the car back to me earlier than promised in again - amazing condition - and made what is inevitably a stressful thing to do deal with as easy as possible for me. I wish there was a way to give them six stars!
Beware !! This place uses two different installers for ppf . They did my car just the front end and there are bubbles on every pa el that was covered and half the car has wrap over the edges and the other half was cut way too short and now the film is peeling after 4 months. I went back twice and they tell me it needs more sun.They aren’t worth their asking price and the work is sub par at best!

Ivan and his staff came out and did a wonderful job on the outside of the RV and brought back its missing shine. The only thing I wished was a bit better was the inside but they did a good job overall i would recommend them. They also took my appointment last minute at 9:30pm the night before so you just have to be amazed at the response and the details to all the outside of the RV thanks buddies!
I highly recommend this detail shop! The team takes their job seriously and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck is only two months old, and my little kid accidentally scratched almost every panel. I couldn’t believe the results, but this shop worked miracles. They fixed everything, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I also opted for the lifetime ceramic coating—if you’re buying a new car, don’t think twice, just do it! The truck looks amazing. Would return for tint. Pricy but we'll done. And the heat reflects soooo well.
Now the detailing was realy overpriced and a few spots were neglected. Couldn't lower the windows to get this grime was an example. I could mention another thing, but I'll be courteous and leave it out.
If you're in a luxury car, go here. Older cars, save your money.

The representative implied (With attitude) that my collectors car couldn't have been in good enough condition due to its year and intern wouldn't give me give me a ball park figure on cost.
I then asked him, for a quote on brand new vehicle off the lot and he replied that I was the one with an attitude and to find someone else to do my vehicle.
I just had my 2024 Corvette Z06 (red mist tintcoat) ceramic coated and the front clip ppf'd by Axel and crew at PRISTINE AUTOCARE, and I couldn't be happier at the end results! The car POPS in the bright sunlight and even shines in the shade! WORTH IT!
I had an amazing experience with Pristine. I contacted Axel and arrange to have a car detailed and a ceramic coat on a second car. They got me in pretty quickly and detail they did on the Jeep made it look brand new. I could not have been happier.

This is the first time I have gone to a professional to get any of my toys detailed and Pristine did not disappoint! Axle’s crew, led by Ivan, came out and completed an exterior detail on my 2007 Coachmen 5th wheel. My coach was looking pretty tired and had lots of oxidation. Ivan and his assistant worked hard, with a smile on their face, to bring my coach back to life and it looks amazing! Without hesitation, Pristine will be my go-to for future detailing needs.
Excellent service! They brought back my 12 year old Mercedes to looking almost like new haha! They did a paint correction and ceramic coating and then put paint protection film on the front end! They also changes out the old window tint for some brand new window tint and the car look amazing! Thank you pristine!

I recently just bought a Tesla Model 3 and was referred by a friend to get the paint Ceramic coated. I was hesitant at first but I finally took the leap.

I went into Pristine Auto Care to get my 2023 Bmw Ceramic Coated and also PPF. Because the car is new thought the paint was as glossy as it would ever be. Boy was I wrong. My cars paint looks 20x better, beads water in the rain, and stays clean. Also got my wheels and leather interior ceramic coated.Talked to Axel very professional and nice guy. 5 stars is simply not enough! This place is the real deal. Originally, I inquired about a full detail. Upon dropping my truck off I was met by Axel, we discussed exactly what I wanted and then he started to educate me on paint correction and ceramic coating. I can't tell you how glad I am I decided to pull the trigger on ALL of it! Not only are the prices here legit, but the customer service is unmatched! From start to finish and everything after, this place cares! I wish I took "before" pictures but I'm sure you can imagine, on a black truck, all the paint swirls. They are GONE! Truck literally looks brand new! If you love your vehicle, it only makes sense to take it somewhere it will be loved the same way! This is the place..stop scrolling right now, take down the number, and give Axel a call!
Axel was a true professional! I called late on Sunday night to find out if my car could get detailed. Not only did he answer, and work around my schedule, the work that was done was incredible. I told them they had two full days to work on it and not rush and they were done in 5 hours. They fully polished, waxed, leather treated the interior, and steam cleaned the carpets! Not to mention they detailed the engine bay, which is no easy task on my car. The car looks incredible! Thank you guys, will definitely be bringing my other cars here in the future!
I had a terrible case of spilled acrylic paint behind the driver seat that dried and would not wash off no matter what we tried. Axel washed off what he could, but the paint on the floor didn't budge, so he applied a dark color spray and made it look much better! We will definitely be returning to Pristine Auto Care if we need Axel's magic with our cars. Highly recommend.
Axel and the rest of the Pristine Auto Care team were great to work with and truly professional. I just returned from deployment and from the time I called to schedule a detail appointment they were on time and very friendly. I was very hesitant to trust someone I just met with my vehicle but they exceeded my expectations. When returning my car, my vehicle to me, I was allowed to look it over and ask any questions before making a payment. I had a complete detail inside and outside. Carpets were shampooed, inside dashboard and cup holders were spotless and cleaned . My 2015 Ford Fiesta looks brand new. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and your professionalism and care for my car . I will definitely be back and strongly recommend.

I would have given 5 stars had the work described in the “full detail” actually been done. This is my first and last visit with Pristine. I have two other vehicles that need to get done but I will find another place. I observed my vehicle get a wash & clay bar done at the same time, the clay bar was actually being used in place of a sponge during the wash. This is what is known as a shortcut the entire wash/clay bar took less than 30 min. The trim treatment was skipped altogether until I paid and asked why it was not done, they then did that part of the “full” detail. If you have a new car that has not spent much time outside and a simple wash, wax & deep cleaning will do then this is the place for you, they are quick and your car will be clean. If you are looking for an actual clay bar treatment where attention is actually paid to the finish product then based on my experience, I would not recommend Pristine. I am glad I did not have them do all three vehicles at once. Axel is great at scheduling and working around your schedule so the service is convenient. As for the price/value, I did not find it to be that good, if it is convenience/price you are looking for then maybe it’s worth it to you. If you do decide to use Pristine I hope you get what you actually pay for & your experience turns out better than mine.
Can’t say enough good things about Pristine Auto Care. Who ever gave these guys a 1 star review is obviously a troll or competitor. I have been using these guys for years for both my business vehicles and personal vehicles and I can’t even imagine using any other company. Customer service is some of the best I have ever had. I have the utmost respect for the owner and his incredible work ethic. His entire crew take great pride in what they do and it shows. Simply the best in town.
We just had a great experience with Pristine Auto Care. We were looking for someone to detail our cars and I didn’t know there was a service that would come to your house - I always had to drop my cars off! They showed up and did both of our cars and they turned out awesome. We had a couple of stains on our seats and a scratch on one side of the car. Both are now completely gone - I was truly impressed and had to leave a review! Our cars look better than when we bought them.
