Pedro was welcoming and took the time to help me address my problems from the moment I entered the store. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know if my concerns would be dismissed since it was my first time at this location, but I was pleasantly surprised. Pedro listened to what I shared about my cars issues, and then helped me select what I needed to resolve it. He even came outside after I’d made my purchase and assisted me with adding oil to my car when I told him I wasn’t able to open the cap on my engine.

I needed a valve cover gasket and the store that the website says had them, didn't. That was it. I called the store on old orchard to see if they maybe had one at 8pm. They didn't but they said they could get me one by 10am the next day. Why didn't the other store offer me that. Well, I got a call before 10am and the part was in..I paid for it and picked it up. It was perfect. The old orchard store in Santa Clarita CA. Went the extra mile.. thank you.

I came in the store looking for a body shop part. They were able to help me find it online rather quickly!! I stopped by this AutoZone today while my wife went to go get a drink at a place near by. I came to this AutoZone to look at their car detailing products. They had a decent selection of Griots, Chemical Guys, Meguiars, Armor All and many more. The prices were also reasonable, I usually buy car detailing products online or when they are on sale to save more. I also took the time to walk around the store and see what other stuff they had. I looked at the interior LED you can add to your car and also some accessories as well.
This is my go to place for automobile parts (Newhall AutoZone - #04135). They staff are friendly and they always have what I need.
I want to describe to an incident that happened one day. I went to Newhall AutoZone (#04135) in a rush to get some clamps for my antique car. The next day, while getting ready, I can’t find my wallet. After searching the house, I realize that I may have left it at AutoZone.
After calling them, they said yes, we have it. I drove there right away. At the store the manager gave me the wallet with everything inside. This crew was different from the day I had lost my wallet.
I offered to buy lunch, but they said that is not necessary and they are just doing their job. The manager said that they tried calling, but I didn’t have any phone number.
Their honesty and friendliness makes this a special place in our city.

Hi you as a company should be so proud to have Chris and Andy work for you!! They were so nice to a gal who knows nothing about cars and my check engine light was on and I just wanted to know what was wrong so I didn’t keep driving it and something bad would happen they figured it out and it wasn’t anything too bad needed some valve they printed out everything so I could bring to my brother who is a mechanic was busy and I didn’t want to drive it because I was scared but leaving auto zone they educated me and made me feel safe to drive the car I won’t be going anywhere else !!!
I am very grateful for the great customer service from Esme and Hugo. One of my headlights was out and without hesitation they both went out to check my car, brought me back in the store gave me a different options, then went back outside replace both of my lights. Throughout the whole time, they smiled, and were very friendly. for someone that has no clue on what to do at 9:30 at night. I was very thankful.

I went tho morning because the low level coolant light in my 2015 Audi Q5 came up and as soon I got into the store, Sean greeted me with energy and he would be helping me as soon he would be done with his customer. After he finished with the customer he helped to choose the right coolant and he offered to even poured it in the car and he was giving a lot of good suggestions about my vehicle and explained me about all the rewards & benefits autozone has to offer. He made my day so easy helping me and going back to the road right away. Definitely a reason to come back to the store for anything I’m going to need for my vehicle.

It was going to rain in the next few days. I needed to get some new windshield wipers for my car. The gentleman named Chris who works for Autozone took the time and effort of helping me with finding and installing the wipers on my car. I like how at this AutoZone the staff was very welcoming and greeted you as you walked in. It was very clean and Pedro and Robert were very helpful in answering all my questions. They even did a demonstration to how certain tools worked. Came for some oil for my car because I was going on a long trip. Pedro M. hands down gave me the best service imaginable! I walked in he and the staff automatically greeted me, and even though everyone was with a customer they acknowledged me and as soon as Pedro was done with his customer he was eager to help me. I needed a new battery for my key and he right there and then solved it for me and replaced it and took the stress I was feeling before I walked in there away immediately. I was back on the road in no time and I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Pedro. It’s obvious he loves his job and is very professional and a great asset to Autozone.
