JunkLuggers was such a great find. I had no idea you could get a legit company to show up on time, disassemble and lug heavy furniture down stairs, etc. These guys showed up exactly when promised, were careful not to bump/bang walls and corners, gave an estimate before starting to work, and finished the job quickly and professionally. Hector and Danny were able to come a little early and finished quickly, even though there were pieces of furniture all over the two story house that needed to go. They had to disassemble some of the furniture to make room for a few extra items that I needed taken away so it all could fit in the truck. They were nice guys and very professional. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the price. But then I'm cheap.

Called at the last minute and they had a truck there in an hour to haul away junk from a remodel. The receptionist was great and I was very pleased. The workers who arrived were friendly, fast, and had no problem taking everything. Including appliances and old wood.
Great experience. I sent an email message requesting an estimate and they returned my call within an hour. Excellent communication between the crew and me on the day of the job. Carlos, Hector, and Johnny were very honest and professional, expertly staging all of our items to maximize the use of the truck space and lower costs. They were pleasant, and quickly completed the job within an hour and a half. Would use again and highly recommend.
The process was very easy. I pointed to what I wanted to get ride off and it was done. I emptied over half of my garage full of “stuff.” I would definitely recommend this company. The men who came to my home were professional and accommodating.
Have used Junkluggers 3 times now! First time was a full truck, second time was 3/4 truck and this last time was 1/3 truck full. Each time, this service was super easy to schedule (they had opening next day) and the men who did the work were so friendly and helpful, amazing customer service. They were very quick and efficient, you just show them everything that needs to go, and they take it from wherever it is, no need to even pile everything in one spot if you’re not able to. Im sure I will be using them again and highly recommend, worth every penny. I also love that they donate whatever items they can.

The guys that came were so awesome! I had a storage unit that needed to be emptied. I called set up an appointment and they arrived right on time. They were very clear about the expectation, and they gave me a fair price. The job was done immediately and they cleaned up the area, making sure there was nothing left behind. I have used them before. They are excellent in every way. We just moved out of our house. I told my wife when we started packing that whatever furniture or any items we didn't sell or get donated I would call Junkluggers. They are excellent at the following: booking , following up to confirm pickup date snd time, being very prompt, super helpful and friendly pickup crew, 5 minute to give you s quote once they see your needs and finally I think price was very fair.

Fantastic job, thorough, caring, honest. Helped me through the painful process of getting rid of childhood items from my dad’s home, as I prepare to move him into assisted living. They were so kind, as I struggled a bit emotionally through this. They were also super efficient! Couldn’t recommend more.
