Great place for a huge selection of batteries so five stars on that. However, they do not install batteries for free, parts stores do. Also their service is rather chaotic. One person started helping me then moved to a customer who entered after me. I waited a bit and then another staff member rang me up and carried out the batteries. However he could not answer my question and had to get his boss. Over all I was very happy to get the RV batteries i needed but only a one year warranty.
When started to suspect the few-years-old Interstate battery in my Jeep was weakening, I called up this location to ask for some advice. They said come on down to the shop and they could test the battery right there on the spot. Very helpful staff and knowledgable. Their tester confirmed what I had observed with my own, and they acknowledged the battery was near the end of life, and to keep any eye on it.
They also mentioned as it's still under warrantee, to come back and have it re-tested if performance worsens and would also assist with any warrantee claims, if necessary. From my previous experience, Interstate makes excellent batteries so it's great that their customer support and techs stand behind their products. I won't hesitate to call back with any additional concerns.

New location is bigger, I’ve had mixed experiences with staff in the past at the old
Location. Took in my RV battery for warranty replacement recently because it came bad on our new RV for some reason and was told they thought I was scamming them and they were hesitant to replace it but, in the end they took care of me since I was also buying a second battery to upgrade my unit at the same time.
Quality batteries but if this location does not have em and you need one fast SFV or AV warehouses do.
I needed watch batteries for two watches, so I called a few jewelry stores and watch repair shops. To my dismay, the price range for batteries at all those establishments was between $22 - $25 per battery. I called Interstate and they told me their watch batteries were $9, so I swiftly went there.
Whenever I have battery needs, I will go to Interstate because not only were the prices good, but Jose' took care of me. The other staff members, Jason and Charlie, were really nice as well, so that made the overall experience a good one. Good job, fellas.
Went in for a simple key fob battery replacement and couldn't be happier! These guys truly value your time! Next time i need a vehicle battery Im coming back! Very professional here!
Car wasn’t starting and this was one of few stores that actually had the battery for our car in stock. Employee Brianna was extremely helpful and polite, quickly diagnosing our car with a bad battery and offering help to make use of its warranty. She swiftly replaced the battery and everything is now working perfectly. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Very impressed with the service from Interstate battery and will be returning to this location again when I need a replacement.
I can't begin to explain how helpful and informative the team was here at Interstate. I have a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the dealership messed with my battery and my dashboard lights were going haywire. I called Interstate on the phone first, and they told me they were available to help right away. I showed up shortly afterwards, and they quickly go to work checking my battery, showing me the results, offering me my options, and giving me an estimated time of completion if I wanted to proceed. It was a HOT day, and yet they worked quickly, and were so friendly and making me laugh.. they could tell how stressed I was with the dealship situation. The job was done less than 25 minutes later, they showed me all the dashboard lights were working properly, and I was on my way. For every penny spent it was worth the customer service and reduction of stress alone! I knew if I went back to the dealship it would have ruined my day, and these guys really helped out. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Happy to hear they're moving next door to a larger spot, good for them. :)
The guys that work here are absolutely fantastic. I had a terrible experience with AAA and one of their service providers which left me in a very tight spot. Bryce and his team at Interstate Batteries figured out my problem, my issues, got me up and running and situated quickly when no one else would properly assist. They went above and beyond. They have earned my family’s battery business in the future.

Interstate batteries have a great reputation: look it up. The service at their Santa Clarita location is a big plus: simple information, pleasant manner, efficient testing & installation, and the sort of buying experience which sticks in your mind (to steer you back there again). I trust them.
Terrible service took in my battery too be replaced by it’s warranty. After my mechanic ran a diagnostic on my car the battery came back as faulty. Took it in to be replaced. But they stated “ the battery was fine” “you have to bring the battery is dead”. You’re telling me I have to wait for the battery to fail on me and possibly get stranded dor me to take in the battery? Definitely wouldn’t go hear if you’re looking to get ripped off.
Walked in, no appointment. Went to a boatload of other places that didn’t have my car battery in stock, this place did. Fair price and free installation!! Which took only 15 mins. Great customer service from Noah as well, great guy.
Julianna helped me out today with a new car battery. I was very impressed and grateful for her friendly customer service. It's not to often anymore you're greeted with a smiling friendly face, and someone that is happy to get you what you need to go about your day. I have been happy with Interstate Batteries, and Julianna is one of the main reasons why.

Sold me a battery that didn’t work. After several weekends of trying to find an electrical issue final install a different battery to realize the one they sold me “new” was the issue. I went back with the receipt but was denied a refund, exchange, or credit because they “couldn’t sell it, even though they had no problem selling it too me.

Interstate All Battery Center is my source for Interstate Batteries!! The staff is helpful and fast. They helped me select an MT-65 for my truck... then they had it installed in 15 minutes. Their price was the best also!!
I dropped off a battery to be charged 2 days ago. I have tried calling this place since they opened up, Because I never received a call back letting me know anything about how the battery is doing or if needs to be replaced yet no one seems to be answering the phone 3 hours later.
When I 1st dropped off the battery I was ignored for about 3 minutes And yes ignored because the store is small there was two employees nobody even said good morning, hello, nothing completely ignored me. And all I was asked was to write my name down on a sticky note with my phone number.
Almost a year ago, attempted to support this local business by dropping of over a hundred lbs of SLA batteries for recycling. They said they would pay approx. $20.
9 months, three visits and two phone calls later, they claim that they will follow up with the main office in Lancaster. Never happened.
Dishonest. Go elsewhere. Better deals online anyway with free shipping for SLA's.
Great battery worth every dime very reliable and strong. The staff member also installed my battery for me at no charge big ups the only place I would go for a battery.
This afternoon I went in to see if I can take advantage of the Warranty I payed for when I bought the battery, and Both the employees refused to give me a warranty due to the fact that I didn't have a receipt he was extremely rude didin't even try to work with me. What upsets me the most is when the battery was bought we were told if for any reason we couldn't find the battery that would not be an issue as they would replace it either way. Come to find out that's not how things work with this Location They would not honor a battery with their Logo Do not buy from them They DO NOT Honor their word
The battery on my car was dead. I stopped by without an appointment, and they had it replaced, working, and driving off in less than 20 minutes. Customer service from Jonathan was great.
