Don't use LM towing. Yesterday 8-20-2025 this guy the owner came and towed my big Rig loaded with freight and when lifted up to towed it the drivers side mudflop hit the trailer and broke off the mudflop and I call him back this morning 8-21-2025 to see if he was going to be Responsible for it and he said no no it wasn't me I didn't do it acting like a little kid making all kinds of excuses so he didn't fix my mudflop or not even Replace it for a new one very bad service. Because they can Ruin your car and not be Responsible for it

Guys are some scammers, no reason to tow my car that had hazards on for 20 min and wrongfully held my car for an extra day cuz they ain’t answer their phone. Charged me 489 dollars, just say ur ding small.

This business is RACIST!!!!! I am here now, I have been waiting over an hour for the owner who is out and was supposed to be here 45 minutes ago, the employees think I should pay a $150 open the gate fee to gather my belongings as I am discussing how that is not normal nor fair his co-worker proceeds to hand him a pair of scissors as I guess as a form of intimidation mind you I am standing there with my 61 year old grandmother not once getting loud or disrespecting the man as if that would have been justification. After about another hour I am let in to finally get my stuff as I assume the boss called him and told him to let us in before this as I am walking away to call the owner another man is let into the business with no problem they will take advantage of your skin color and your age as I was with my 61 year old grandmother would never recommend this fraudulent business with there mob like mentality. P.S I will be looking for further assistance through the dfeh for business and racial discrimination and the bbb for discrimination, if you go look at reviews from Yelp, Facebook etc why is it only minorities with bad experiences not a coincidence.

This place deserves 0 starts. They don't let you know their fees until they take your car hostage. They never have anyone in office to help. They take forever. The employees are unhelpful and rude. I have never been so frustrated with a towing company. Do yourself a favor and get better help because all you’ll get from this towing company is a severe headache. Larry is inconsiderate and rude.
My experience with L&M Towing was extremely disappointing and frustrating. They illegally towed my vehicle from my apartment complex without the landlord's approval, which is completely unacceptable. Upon discovering my car missing, I contacted them only to find out they had overcharged me to retrieve it from their impound lot. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. I strongly advise others to avoid L&M Towing to prevent falling victim to their unjust and exploitative tactics.

This company came and towed a disabled persons vehicle minutes ago after telling another resident I can drop it but it’s $150. The truck wasn’t even lifted or strapped down. I’ve never seen 2 people move so fast. The owner is disabled- not like they were going to run after you.

These guys are crooks. If you look up how much tow companies are supposed to charge in LA County. They far exceed the amount. Robbing people blind. I parked my car at noon came out at 12:45 it was towed from a reserved spot that is not reserved/. I picked up my car at 3. $70 dollars for storage fee. $134 for gate fee. $270 for the tow/. Pay with card? Oh they’ll screw you harder…. Add 3%. $489 total for them picking up my car driving 10 minutes and storing my car for 2 hours. Almost $250 a hour they robbed me. I hope karma screws these guys as there out to screw over the working class that live in Santa Clarita apartments. Going after the little guys cause F them…. Shameful….

They charged me $417 for 30 min of being towed. They're some professional crooks. On top of that they ruined my cars door. If they're going to charge that much they might as well be more careful . They're ridiculously over priced.
If your car gets wrongfully towed, just pay with a credit card and dispute the charge later. If they try to fight you, take them to small claims court. If they damage your car, make sure to get their insurance information and call your insurance company. Your insurance lawyers will fight for you
I hate this company they have wrongfully towed my care not one but three duffernt times in the past year! I live in a crowded apartment living area that being understood there is slim to nothing parking and confusing as to how permitted parking can be accessed .. they hunt for cars to be eligible for there taking I was not far from my car with caution lights on and they took it I'm elderly I needed to use a restroom while on my three hour voyage of parking I yelled for them to stop and said I'm right here it's a temp yellow unloading and loading area and they drove a way gaining.. I cried it was wrong and I cost 350 to get my car out for them having it olny one hour they don't need to do this there is plenty of real reasons to tow some one and this is not one thar should be ok for them to be allowed to do .. they a polite and blam it on the city and they blame the neighbors saying that they are the ones who call them .. well SHAM on both mind your own damn business and your own car and let people get in trouble on there own ...
Horrible they have a account with the village apartments and they tow people illegally. they can and will tow your car even if your in your own parking spot and if u visit on mother's day they towed my sister's car I feel for the people that are on there last penny and lose there car they are like sharks and damage your vehicle from the tow i don't remember having any good experience with them

The guy at the country, José, was swaeting hard because he knew he was getting used. This guy had the odacity to call my landlord and say I was threatining him for raising my voice.....he had just stolen $500 from me!!!

One of our trucks broke down on the side of the freeway north of Castaic. Larry came and immediately crawled under our truck in the pouring rain to attempt to diagnose where our coolant was leaking from to see if he could fix it himself. What an awesome guy!
Nice guys came in 40-45 minutes and charged me very decent amount to get my semi truck out of mud. I highly recommend them for towing services near santa clarita.
Larry and his team are absolutely amazing!! They know how to handle all situation and can get you out of a bind as well. Now he isn't the most inexpensive around but he stands behind his quotes for towing and will go places the others won't go to.

Just to let everyone know never do business with this tow truck company. I arrived home from an outing and a car was parked in my assigned parking spot. I contacted the tow truck company phone number that was listed on the gate of the apartment complex.When called there was a man that directed me to call back in 20 minutes, and if the car did not move he would send a tow truck right away. So I called back in 30 minutes and the same person answered the phone, and acted as if he didn’t talk to me 20 minutes ago. He ended up stating that my situation was not a priority and just hung up the phone in my face. It’s just ridiculous the amount of unprofessionalism that these companies have and still run their business. I would not advise anyone to contact this tow truck company if you come across an issue that I have experienced today.
After a hit and run on I-5, dealing with a different, disastrous tow company, LM Towing showed up and took us and our all-wheel drive car where we needed to go. This was after midnight when no one else would help and my roadside assistance insurance was telling me to wait for 7 hours at the car until they could get help in the morning. We are so grateful for the CHP and for LM for saving the day. I could not recommend them and their driver's customer service and kindness more. Thank you, V. for helping us in a true time of need.
Their towtruck driver saved my life. I had slid on black-ice, veering into the concrete median, causing a blowout just passed the grapevine--now mind you, for truckers this is a very dangerous spot. I was lucky to have enough space to park where I was. The towtruck driver came through and saved both my vehicle and I from possibly being hit just as snow started to fall. Amidst a global pandemic, people working through this are virtually heroes, but this guy is truly a hero of mine. Thank you, L&M. I wish I could kindly direct the name of the man, but just know that, if you're reading this--I appreciate you more than you know! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
LM drivers have divulged to me that they "prowl for people parked without a permit in an apartment complex" and then get them up on the truck and scam them anywhere $50-$150 to drop their vehicle rather than tow it. THIS IS ILLEGAL while still on private property and LM should not be in business
