They’re always so helpful! The last time I went I got oil for my Audi and also decided to get some new windshield wipers. The guy took the old ones off and put the new ones on for me, and then helped me figure out why my back windshield wiper isn’t working. I’ll def be sticking with them.
Old school auto parts place like there used to be in every area. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I've never walked out without the part I needed.
After calling every other auto parts store that exists and getting the same brain-dead answer of "I need a part number or I can't help you", I called Bouquet Auto Parts for the first time and they immediately knew exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock, a particular braided hydraulic line for my clutch. And all on a Sunday no less. This will be my go-to auto parts store from now on.

Noticed I had a headlight out this morning, so stopped by originally intending just to get the bulb and do it myself, but I was so grateful that one of the guys who works there offered to do it! It was a bit more complicated than I realized. I know that a lot of auto parts stores help you out with small jobs, but I was especially grateful! I just wish I had taken note of the gentleman‘s name who helped me! This will be my go-to spot from now on.
Seriously the best service and care for the customers! They put new windshield wipers on for me in the rain cause I had my toddler with me. These guys take great care of me. I'm driving across the country next week. Being a lifelong SoCal resident I've never driven through REAL snowy conditions and I felt woefully unprepared despite my internet research. I have snow chains, but they're a pain to put on. The guys hooked me up with some easy to put on tire treads and gave me some pointers about driving through Colorado. They probably saved my butt out there. They'll also install your windshield wipers for you and are happy to answer car merch-related questions. I'm glad to have had a good local car part business nearby for so long. Thanks guys!

I’ll give it two stars because its convenient. But I will not be coming back here. There is a reason they do not have prices on the shelves. They’ll charge you whatever price they feel like charging. I needed one part that at AutoZone costs between $5-10. They sold it to me for $18. You may have made $8 more on that sale, but you lost the patronage of a local.
Dan and his crew were the best!! They were really helpful on getting parts in our 1988 leyland olympian (double decker) bus and very supportive on the project.
Matthew, Malachi, and Dan are amazing! My car battery died and I could not find a replacement anywhere! I called Pep Boys, AutoZone, Oreillys, Napa, and Harbor Freight and I was SOL. My friend and coworker suggested this store and it was the best decision. The guys really took care of me and got me up and going the same day. I am a woman so I was nervous but I didn't feel pressured at all and I felt like they really took care of me. I will only come to them from now on. Thank you guys again for saving me.
My friend and I stopped in real quick to get some coolant since their BMW was over heating. They had a great selection and the staff was super friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this place
Customer service is excellent and staff is knowledgeable. But their markup is quite high. I'd love to shop here more to support local businesses but their prices need to be more competitive. I don't expect matching online pricing but please be competitive. ie: $21 vs $6 (online) for an in stock sparkplug. Autozone/oreilly list them cheaper. Cmon lol

What an AMAZING experience we had with the gentlemen at Bouquet Auto Parts. After explaining we came into town to go to Six Flags and woke up to what appeared to be a broken radiator hose they all jumped in to help assure our safe trip back home. More importantly they made sure we were still able to go and have a GREAT time at Magic Mountain.

first off I don't ever write too many reviews about a place but this place super scammed me and overcharged me for items. Went in to get a gasket for my oil pan. they told me my vehicle needed 7qts to do the transmission oil change which it only needed about 3 at most. they charged me 16 dollars each for 7 qts of oil. Next they didn't have the shocks I needed for my vehicle (which was fine) so they said they can find me some and order some for me same day. The shop manager searched and ordered some for me without even asking me if the price was ok and expected me to pay the price for the shocks he had just ordered. They were Generic shocks and he charged me almost 90 dollars for each one and oreilly and autozone has them at 50 dollars. this place overcharges and is such a scam. unless you're desperate for a part I would go elsewhere.
Not often do I give a five star rating and most of the time when I provide a review the business was ok, good or sometimes very good. In most cases there is something they could have done better. Bouquet Auto parts was great. The professional sales representative were a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge was amazing and they made me truly made me feel respected and didn't rush me . I will NEVER go back to the O something chain stores again. Thank you guys.

Cons:
Just bought a wiper blade for my truck and it was $30 for one blade. It was about to rain so I bought it. The price seemed a bit high so when I got home, I checked the online price for the same brand and part number. I found it on Amazon for 13.89 (Less than half the price!)
I know it's difficult for brick and mortar stores to compete with online shopping... "but come on man", 210% more??

These guys are really the best. I get my windshield wipers there every year and I just got my battery changed there as well. They turn complicated things (my car has 2 batteries and 1 is located under the spare tire) into simple solutions. They have resources on site of former mechanics, or people that know what they're doing, it is obvious. Oh yeah, they're very friendly people as well, which seems rare these days. Bottom line is they are the best out there and I drive to them from L.A. because they are the best.

Honestly, this is the best place to get parts in the Valley. The staff is always very knowledgeable and supremely helpful. They take the time to give you options and help you decide what the pros and cons of your purchase will be. They always install your wipers or batteries when need replacing. They always go above and beyond. Best place in town IMO.
Bouquet Auto Parts is my go-to auto shop. I drive an older car, yet they always seem to have the parts I need, and on the seldom occasion they don't, they're always willing to order whatever I need in a reasonable time frame. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They often offer to help install auto parts for you right there in the parking lot, or at the very least, will give you insight as to how to go about replacing it yourself. I will always recommend this place to anyone in need of auto parts!
Always a great experience. Very knowledgeable counter guys. I purchased a battery, (American made) they took the old one out and put the new one in, no charge. Also did not charge for putting on new wiper blades.
