My car battery died and after I jumped it I called, one ring and then they answered. Said they had a battery to my car so I headed over. Guy who took my phone call (tattoos) got to me before I got to the counter and took me to look at my car. Showed me the battery options for my civic and replaced it. No up sale and gave me options. Whole thing took less then 10 minutes and I didn't need to lift a finger. Highly recommend them!
I am extremely impressed with Marcus and Malachi. I needed a new battery and of course it was 3 min. Before closing. I called and asked if they could stay open for a few extra minutes, with out hesitation he said yes, my battery was installed and I was back on my way with in minutes. Great teamwork. Thanks so much
I went to the store for the first time yesterday and was extremely impressed. I went in for wiper blades while it was raining (because of course, leave it until the last minute). Their service was great and included installing the blades- in the pouring rain. AK was the specialist tat helped me and truly made me fell that my last-minute super simple job was important to him. I highly highly recommend!!

They’re always so helpful! The last time I went I got oil for my Audi and also decided to get some new windshield wipers. The guy took the old ones off and put the new ones on for me, and then helped me figure out why my back windshield wiper isn’t working. I’ll def be sticking with them.

Seriously the best service and care for the customers! They put new windshield wipers on for me in the rain cause I had my toddler with me. These guys take great care of me. I'm driving across the country next week. Being a lifelong SoCal resident I've never driven through REAL snowy conditions and I felt woefully unprepared despite my internet research. I have snow chains, but they're a pain to put on. The guys hooked me up with some easy to put on tire treads and gave me some pointers about driving through Colorado. They probably saved my butt out there. They'll also install your windshield wipers for you and are happy to answer car merch-related questions. I'm glad to have had a good local car part business nearby for so long. Thanks guys!
I’ll give it two stars because its convenient. But I will not be coming back here. There is a reason they do not have prices on the shelves. They’ll charge you whatever price they feel like charging. I needed one part that at AutoZone costs between $5-10. They sold it to me for $18. You may have made $8 more on that sale, but you lost the patronage of a local.
Dan and his crew were the best!! They were really helpful on getting parts in our 1988 leyland olympian (double decker) bus and very supportive on the project.
Matthew, Malachi, and Dan are amazing! My car battery died and I could not find a replacement anywhere! I called Pep Boys, AutoZone, Oreillys, Napa, and Harbor Freight and I was SOL. My friend and coworker suggested this store and it was the best decision. The guys really took care of me and got me up and going the same day. I am a woman so I was nervous but I didn't feel pressured at all and I felt like they really took care of me. I will only come to them from now on. Thank you guys again for saving me.
Not often do I give a five star rating and most of the time when I provide a review the business was ok, good or sometimes very good. In most cases there is something they could have done better. Bouquet Auto parts was great. The professional sales representative were a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge was amazing and they made me truly made me feel respected and didn't rush me . I will NEVER go back to the O something chain stores again. Thank you guys.
Pros: The staff appears to be friendly and knowledgeable. Extra kudos as I saw an employee help a woman with installing her wiper blade. This is something you cannot get from an online business.
Cons: Just bought a wiper blade for my truck and it was $30 for one blade. It was about to rain so I bought it. The price seemed a bit high so when I got home, I checked the online price for the same brand and part number. I found it on Amazon for 13.89 (Less than half the price!)
I know it's difficult for brick and mortar stores to compete with online shopping... "but come on man", 210% more??

These guys are really the best. I get my windshield wipers there every year and I just got my battery changed there as well. They turn complicated things (my car has 2 batteries and 1 is located under the spare tire) into simple solutions. They have resources on site of former mechanics, or people that know what they're doing, it is obvious. Oh yeah, they're very friendly people as well, which seems rare these days. Bottom line is they are the best out there and I drive to them from L.A. because they are the best.
