I purchased $2,000 worth of parts from these guys. John and Todd were beyond helpful respectful and amazing. Their customer service was outstanding and all the parts I purchased worked perfectly on my vehicle. I strongly recommend these guys, their knowledge and service is beyond anything I’ve experienced!

This is one of the best place ever you can get!I was desperately looking for an engine for my 2014 BMW M5 couldn’t find one for long time finally I found Mercedes and BMW auto part at City of Pacoima!They are awesome people! They got me a nice engine for my M5 in great working condition and also recommended me a professional mechanic to install that engine I am speechless how everything went smoothly! I purchased over thousand plus in Mercedes parts the last 2 months. Most of them were over price. But I had emergency repairs. John the owner jacks you doesn’t warranty any of his parts and doesn’t take ownership he blames customers if parts are damaged! I will not recommend anyone to get robbed. EBAY is cheaper and you have returned policies in place.. Please beware of scammers..

John is easy to work with and fast. Very helpful and has the parts we need for our shop.

Very suspicious shop. Tried to buy a part that they are selling for 40% more expensive then other shops. However explained it that the car has under 5k miles and the part was almost brand new . When asked for the vin, would refuse to send it and come up with huge amounts of excuses. I believe the mileage on the vehicle wound not match or maybe the vehicle is even stolen. Who knows.

what can I say, Had a blast with the guy in the front office, Purchased a 2017 merceds front bumper, amazing customer service, amaizng staff and they had my part in stock and the cheapest price Bleave Me. I have been taking my Mercedes & BMW to BMS Auto Parts for 15 years. The owner, Arthur is a man of integrity! Honest, hard working, consistent, knowledgeable, expeditious, fair! He will acquire parts to best serve the auto. He will dismantle or scan to ascertain the problem. If you get multiple assessments for repair, I guarantee he will evaluate totally and beat EVERY price quote received. Price point excellent, service outstanding, fair and stands by his work!

How does this place sell you parts(used) offers warranty and when your mechanic inspects your parts and he tells you that it's not worth installing. At that point you return it and since I paid cash and I explain that I don't have my receipt and the manager tells me that there is a 30% re-stocking fee. Soon after I found my receipt and my receipt mentions the warranty and it talk s about a re-stocking fee of 20%. A re-stocking fee has to do with items returned that are no longer wasted... It has nothing to do with failed parts or products that are proven faulty. In the end I was charged a 15% fee for a product that they would not stand behind.... What a rip-off. I clearly see a CON I WILL NEVER COME SHOP HERE AGAIN,, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

I love these guys. Todd and John really care about their clients. They know their stuff and have done a great job working on my BMW 5 series. They are professional and honest, which is hard to come by. I highly recommend them for both sourcing parts and servicing your car.

We bought a radiator from these guys for our Mercedes g63 amg which is $675 radiator. These guys just put some bubble wrap around it and shrunk wrap and sent it out keep in mind we're located over 1,000 miles away. Obviously the radiator got damaged in transit. They had us ship it back and then sent us a replacement. This time they used foam only around the rad and shrink wrap again it broke! Wow what a surprise. No box used either time. Now they won't work with us because "were breaking their radiators" we need a radiator, so no we're not breaking your radiator, you guys just don't know how to properly ship a radiator. I've bought many parts for many vehicles and I've never seen anything shipped like this, boxes aren't expensive, you can spare a coupe bucks on a box when shipping a $675 radiator. This set us back about a month and still we're forced to go buy a radiator from somewhere else.

Ordered low miles BMW transmission to go to NC. Turned out was bad trans. I was nervous. John had great communication. He let me know that evening he had found another low miles trans at another yard. Shipped it out , no additional cost to us and it turned out to be a true low miles very clean great operating transmission. No need to worry this company is here to serve the customer. Very happy! Thanks John!

After getting a wrong part from one place And then going to another place to try to get the correct part and waitied for over 30-40min for them to tell me they didn't have it in stock. Coming here was like was Loke winning the lottery. 2 gentlemen at the counter was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. When I need a parts for my BMW or Mercedes from now on. I'm coming back here. Thank you guys very much

I recently took my BMW 135i to the BMS and had my driving belt replaced. I had a good experience here I would highly recommend it. I like the fact that I was able to trust him to work on my car. 😀

Arthur is NO JOKE. If you want a BMW or MBZ repaired or maintained PROPERLY, then bring it to BMS. Quality work for better than affordable prices.
