I recently purchased a wind deflector for my 2009 CLK350 from Mercedes and BMW Auto Parts. The wind deflector is a screen that keeps wind noise and buffeting down while driving with the top down. Because of the car’s age, Mercedes no longer carries this item. The only alternative is eBay and or a used parts dealer. As you can imagine, the quality, and prices, for this part wildly ranges—from the rough but cheap deflector to the pristine but uber expensive one. Finding a deflector in good shape at a reasonable price is like finding the mythical unicorn. Well, after much searching I found the right part at Mercedes and BMW Auto Parts. The deflector was as described on their eBay store—near new condition (actually it is in NEW CONDITION). The price was less than half of what others sellers were charging. I am more than pleased with the quality, price and service of the folks at Mercedes and BMW Auto Parts. I highly recommend them and will be sure to return when I need other hard to find parts for my CLK350. Great job you guys!

Very suspicious shop. Tried to buy a part that they are selling for 40% more expensive then other shops. However explained it that the car has under 5k miles and the part was almost brand new .
When asked for the vin, would refuse to send it and come up with huge amounts of excuses. I believe the mileage on the vehicle wound not match or maybe the vehicle is even stolen. Who knows.

I purchased over thousand plus in Mercedes parts the last 2 months. Most of them were over price. But I had emergency repairs. John the owner jacks you doesn’t warranty any of his parts and doesn’t take ownership he blames customers if parts are damaged! I will not recommend anyone to get robbed.
EBAY is cheaper and you have returned policies in place..

How does this place sell you parts(used) offers warranty and when your mechanic inspects your parts and he tells you that it's not worth installing.
At that point you return it and since I paid cash and I explain that I don't have my receipt and the manager tells me that there is a 30% re-stocking fee.
Soon after I found my receipt and my receipt mentions the warranty and it talk s about a re-stocking fee of 20%.
A re-stocking fee has to do with items returned that are no longer wasted... It has nothing to do with failed parts or products that are proven faulty.
In the end I was charged a 15% fee for a product that they would not stand behind.... What a rip-off.

I WILL NEVER COME SHOP HERE AGAIN,, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
We bought a radiator from these guys for our Mercedes g63 amg which is $675 radiator. These guys just put some bubble wrap around it and shrunk wrap and sent it out keep in mind we're located over 1,000 miles away. Obviously the radiator got damaged in transit.
They had us ship it back and then sent us a replacement. This time they used foam only around the rad and shrink wrap again it broke! Wow what a surprise. No box used either time. Now they won't work with us because "were breaking their radiators" we need a radiator, so no we're not breaking your radiator, you guys just don't know how to properly ship a radiator.
I've bought many parts for many vehicles and I've never seen anything shipped like this, boxes aren't expensive, you can spare a coupe bucks on a box when shipping a $675 radiator.
This set us back about a month and still we're forced to go buy a radiator from somewhere else.

If you get multiple assessments for repair, I guarantee he will evaluate totally and beat EVERY price quote received. Price point excellent, service outstanding, fair and stands by his work!

Ordered low miles BMW transmission to go to NC. Turned out was bad trans. I was nervous. John had great communication. He let me know that evening he had found another low miles trans at another yard. Shipped it out , no additional cost to us and it turned out to be a true low miles very clean great operating transmission. No need to worry this company is here to serve the customer. Very happy!
