Great experience with cash for cars - sun valley. They answered the phone very quickly and gave me direct answers. I spoke with Steve over the phone who helped set up the appointment and Eddie came out to inspect the car. Over all the made the experience of junking my car for the first time very easy and gave me a great deal.

It is very rare I give five stars. Did I enjoy selling my car for under $1000, NO! Did they offer more than everyone else, yes. Were they incredibly quick, yes. Did they do exactly as they said they do and even a little more, yes. everybody I spoke to was either professional or professional and very nice. The gentleman who came out to pick up the car, Was incredibly friendly as well was Saul and everybody else I spoke to. Again, I do not ever give five stars Lightly
There was some misunderstanding when the 1st person, who was going to pick up the car, called. Which caused a stall in the process by a few hours. But once we got everything going. It was quick and easy. Just note that if the tow person calls, and asks if you car is ready, ask how far away they are. When the person called us, and asked that question, we said " no, give us about half an hour, can you call back at 12pm? " We needed to push the car into the street from our parking garage. We did so and waited. We were ready by 12pm. But no call. So we called co part and got everything situated. Another person picked up the car about an hour later, we gave them the keys. They gave a check.
Came out quick and picked it up no problem. Offered the most and were very good at communicating. Peddle came and changed price once they arrived, recommend this company 100x more.

Every time we called, we were told there were no offers even though when we filled out the application online, we were offered $150 for an old civic compared to another place in the area offering $450.
Then when I cancelled the offer online, they still had a towing company call me and then when I cancelled with the towing company, I’m still receiving unsolicited phone calls from cash for cars.
And now ever since we tried selling our car through them, I receive a daily spam call.
Marco was really nice, respectful and he made the whole process easy and with the least amount of stress as possible. He worked on getting the best price possible and I’m grateful for that. Thank you!

the entire process took less than 24 hours and i was offered much more than i had expected. its completely paperless and customer service is great. when they came to pick up my car, i handed them my keys and they handed me a check. easy peasy.
I got a good deal for my destroyed car, and I don’t think I could have gotten a better one. They were also very patient with me about the fact that I didn’t have the title. Still gave me the full price. I would definitely recommend this place for a junk car that nobody else will buy.

The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. I spoke to a representative and answered questions regarding my vehicle, they made an offer within minutes, and we scheduled a pick up date. I received a check/payment and my car was towed away.
All in all this was a good experience. The customer service agents were fabulous and I was given a fair price for my car. My only problem was I was given a window time of 8-12pm and the tow truck arrived at 3:45pm and I missed an entire day of work . The tow truck drivers were pleasant and fast. Finally , I was given the payment agreed upon but cashing the check wasn't as smooth as the tow truck pick up . I went directly to the bank the check was issued from and after 45 minutes the bank notified me the funds weren't available and to try the following day . I hope this wasn't a scam , but I won't know until tomorrow. I hope this review helps . Good luck to all . Thank you
