Absolutely the most knowledgeable and friendly auto parts store I have been dealing with for over 15 years now. It's bad enough dealing with car/truck maintenance.....but these folks make it a LOT easier. Just an awesome store....if they don't have the part....they will track it down very quickly. Rgds., J. I came in last week to replace my headlight. Another auto parts store kept quoting me a ridiculous price (over $100), but Jo actually came and helped me find out for certain and the bulb ended up being much cheaper. She also helped me to change it to the new bulb as well! Definitely going here instead of the other place for my auto needs.
Michael helped me change the headlights here at this location and he's professional and friendly! He's more than happy to help and did a great job! I hope he gets a raise or promotion soon. Not many good workers out there in the world! 🙌🙌🙌✨️✨️
I am always so pleased with their service. I went to get new batteries for my key fobs. Not only do they change them, without complaints, he also was able to help with another issue. I will always recommend O'Reillys!!
Last Saturday, i was in this store for brake lights. Not only did the very friendly service person, Jo, provide the lights but offered to help me install. Many thanks to this kind young lady for her wonderful, above and beyond service! Blessings!
This is just my place for just not only for my needs for my car but if I need help when things go wrong with my car. Jo was there for me when I was in distress with a coolant leak. I really appreciated the help.

I bought my car battery from here. Whenever I have a battery issue, they offer to run series of tests on the battery and recharge it for me.
Auggie is like family to us. He goes out of his way to research parts for my mom's classic car.
Helpful staff that got me headed in the right direction for the supplies I needed for oil change on my Mazda. Was able to dump used oil at no charge and recycle my old filter.
This is my favorite auto store. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Items I've gone in for are always well stocked and easy to find. It's a great time to get you some new wipers before the rainy season starts. Still the best auto supply shop in town.
Not interested in helping customer troubleshoot a problem; just wanted to sell a new alternator instead; turns out all that was needed was to tighten all the positive terminals; will NOT be coming here again; AutoZone up the street gave excellent service which is where we took it to troubleshoot the problem
I was looking for a special type of brake fluid for my imported car and they actually had it (behind the counter, so be sure to ask if you don't find what you're looking for in the aisles).
New place on Western, great service, friendly knowledgeable, clean well organized store. Lots of products on shelves and in stock. Tools, fluids and just about anything you need for your car.
I have been going to O'Reilly Auto parts for years. They always have the parts I need or get them quickly. They'll loan tools, install wiper blades and read error codes. Going to take advantage of turning rotors for $15 a piece soon.
Really hard to get ANY help here at all on numerous occasions. Dislike this place but it's right by other stuff so I stop by hoping against hope. When I do corner someone to ask a question, the answer is often surly.
Thermostat, synpower oil, shop towels, drip tray, drain pan and garage guard.

Super helpful staff I had a headlight out and they found me the right bulb and put it in for me 😀which was not easy and it started raining on top of it. Even with his back soaking wet he finished with a smile on his face! Thank you so much !!
I really like this store, the employees are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They have what I need in stock majority of the time. If not, they order it for me.
I went there to buy two little bulbs for my automobile. The guy came outside and checked all my bulbs and told me I only needed one that all the rest were fine. So I bought the bulb he suggested. The next day I looked at all the bulbs on my car and found that I was right there was another bulb that was out so I went back and told him and bought the second bulb. I had my mechanic install the bulbs and he told me the guy had sold me the wrong one. So he put the bulbs in and I went back to O'Reilly's and told the guy and ask for a refund. I thought they knew what they were doing
I'm still new to the area, but every time I visited either just browsing and needed help with replacement of my alternator the customer service went above and beyond what this USMC Vet was expecting. Great job ladies & gents, see you soon!
Gabriel was amazing : Good communication and Helpful. (He helped me to get an oil cap filter thing on my car by going to my car and checking what I was talking about: I know nothing about cars. Lol)
Pain free and polite service. Help me to diagnose and find needed parts to help keep our vehicle running. Great it's only 5 min from my house. Great rewards program.
