This Auto Zone is the best! I needed a battery and decided to skip the dealer and instead see if Auto Zone could install. I have a Mercedes and the battery is a little difficult to access. I spoke to Myles over the phone, who advised me to leave my car running when I came in, so he could make sure he could actually install the battery in my car. He was able to remove my old battery and install the new one in less than 15 minutes. He also explained my options and gave me a great deal. This location also has lots of parking and is usually not very busy. I will be coming here again.
Shout out to my guys Louie and James. I was down the street trying to jumpstart my wife’s car and needed new cables. I drove over around 7:30pm and they were really helpful with me finding the cables. I asked if they can look at my wife’s care and see if the batterie is ok. Even though it was 8pm and the store closes at 9 they were really helpful relatable and showed me great customer service! They replaced my wife’s car batterie seamlessly and was able to answer all my question. Also that are just all around good dudes. Thank you guys!
We went to AutoZone on Western looking for a brake light bulb and was helped by a very jovial staff member named Ronnie. He was polite, courteous, and even shared a few friendly jokes with my husband. When we asked if he could help install the bulb, he kindly agreed and took out his tools to assist us. His willingness to help and outstanding customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ronnie, for going above and beyond!
The people that work at this location were very helpful. The guy behind the counter looked up the headlight that I needed. Then Ronnie went out of his way to help me to take out the old headlight and install a new one. He was so helpful. This store always gives such great customer service.

Needed to get something fixed on my girlfriends car but didn’t know what the issue was. Louie Lechuga was able to help me figure out what the issue was and helped me fix it in less than 10 minutes. He was really knowledgeable and very happy to help. Will come back for any other needs so he can help me out!
I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to David and Kevin! About a month ago, I went in because the cigarette lighter in my car wasn’t working, and I needed a new fuse. Both of them were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They didn’t just hand me a fuse—they actually came outside, checked the fuse box, and replaced it for me on the spot.
I also needed a new rear windshield wiper, and again, they took care of it without hesitation. It’s rare these days to find such helpful and down-to-earth service. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.
Huge thanks to David and Kevin—you two are awesome! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.
Costumer service went above and beyond, the employee there ( I believe his name was Ronnie), helped me jump start my car when the old battery completely gave out. My boyfriend and I will be back later this evening to get a new one there!
One of the least helpful Autozones I have been to, atleast when the shorter orlder lady is working there. She doesn't like helping people out and doesn't ask how you want the return. I would rather drive 20min away to the Gardena store then go here for parts or service. Just another typical store that hires people that don't know anything about cars or customer service.

Best experience ever! My car fobs needed new batteries. The store opened the fob, got the battery size and replaced, making sure each fob worked. Only charged for the battery! So easy. And so much cheaper than the dealer who charged me last time not only for the batteey but also for install. Autozone is my place here on out.
It was time to replace my cars battery. So i stopped at an AutoZone i hadn't been to yet. Soon as i walked in the door i was greeted and asked if i could be helped. A 10mins later im installing the brand new battery. To which i had no idea was still under warranty. Until, it was pointed out by one of all friendly attentive associates here. But the fact that they replaced my Duralast battery and paid nothing isn't what i gave the 5 of these ➡️⭐thing's for.

Eric at the Auto Zone on Western in Rancho Palos Verdes was amazing. He verified that I had the correct replacement windshield wipers and looked up the one for my rear window. The book didn't list one. Then he came out and put them on my car for me! He also wouldn't accept a tip. Thank you Eric for the great setvice!!
Great customer service! I was greeted by the store manager Norma. She was more than happy to help me out with my oil change making sure I had everything needed for a complete job. She even sold me Lucas that was on sale and I didn't even notice it on the counter. Great service and prices
Ronnie was great in helping to troubleshoot a faulty alternator; all was needed was to tighten all the positive terminals and truck started up like a charm; will definitely be coming back here and NOT O'Reilly's who just wanted to make a sale for something that wasn't needed
Very helpful & friendly customer service. Smaller AutoZone and not busy! It's in Palos Verdes/San Pedro edge which in my opinion the people have nice, newer vehicles. With me 92 Ford almost a classic, so I've been there quite a bit it's always the same helpful attitude.

Mr. Art, regarding a problem with the battery of my Jaguar: first on the phone then in person: Mr. Art was eager to help and even matched a price with Pep Boys for a battery that I needed. Being that I am a woman and don't know much about cars, he assured me that if for any reason I needed to return the battery, it will be fully refunded.
Mr. Art even tested the battery for me to make sure it's fully charged. A really courteous Manager eager to help the customer. And the shop looks nice and clean and makes you want to buy things even if you don't need anything. Everything so orderly. I have been a client of AutoZone all along. Will continue to do so. Great customer service.

I have 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 & Santiago help me put a new battery. Also I saw him replace new battery for remote key Yukon Denali this one lady.

Awesome service! Came in looking for parts for my car and they were super helpful. My check engine light came on a couple days ago and they offered to scan my car to see what was wrong with it. Israel Venegas was very nice and worked with me to figure out what I needed.
Customer service here is A1! Super friendly and helpful employees. Both the manager and Santiago were very knowledgeable about the questions I had. Santiago even came outside and got his hands dirty helping me out with my truck. Really appreciate their service here.
I’d like to recommend this Autozone to everyone. I’ve been to a lot of auto parts stores and have never been greeted and helped in this manner. As soon as I entered the store, Santiago happily greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I was there looking for a Low bean headlight for my vehicle. He quickly asked the name and make of my vehicle and we went outside to determine what light bulb I needed. He double checked the computer and offered me his recommendation. I bought the bulbs and when he inspected my car, he realized it was a bit difficult to install due to a panel that was blocking the light bezel. After I paid. He offered to install not one but both of my light bulbs for me and did it in a friendly and helpful matter. I highly recommend this AutoZone and Santiago. 5 star service. Will be definitely going here from now on. Thanks
Absolutely 5 stars!!! I called around 3pm and was able to speak to Santiago who was very helpful! He was able to locate the battery that I needed specifically for my jeep and was able to put it on hold until 8 Pm. Keep in mind it's one hour before closing by then and Ronnie the other associate went above and beyond and was able to go ahead and install my new battery! If it wasn't for them two I'm sure the situation I was unfortunately stuck in would've been a lot worse but they made it very easy for me! Very thankful for them two and I highly recommend this location!
I had a great experience going to AutoZone the other day. Santiago helped me find a good battery for my car, and he took the time to replace my old battery with the new one. He's was extremely diligent and professional. Next time I need something for my car, I'm going here.
