  Good morning. I just wanted to share some feedback about the person who answered the phone today. When I greeted her, I couldn’t hear what she said, so I politely asked ‘excuse me.’ Her response came off very rude and with an attitude. When I asked if everything was in a bad mood , she said, ‘No,I said you should change it,’ and then added, ‘Well, you don’t work here.’ I’m not sure why that was brought up, because regardless of where I work, I do expect respectful customer service from an employee. imagine if this is over the phone imagine in person

  I’d like to give a shout out to the 2 young ladies Stephevelyn and her other coworker who customer service in office of at BestWay Recycling of POMONA. They’re cool and they both are very nice and handles business's like it Go . Big Up to the Lift driver on the yard also they were super cool and have a lot of smarts bout that recycled cardboard.   The people answering the phone were nice. They only accept cardboard recycling, at the rate of $75 per ton.
