The lady who respond the message she has a very dab attitude!! She said I have the parts and then when you there to pick it up she said ho I don’t have it they make you go for nothing waste time and gas plus she has a very rud attitude I don’t recommend this place honestly!!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order at the beginning of December. I was told I would receive my item in a week. A week past by nothing 2 weeks nothing. I contacted them at the beginning of January they said it would get shipped out. Check status a week later and nothing. I have tried calling them, emailing them and all they do is respond by text with more BS. And I still haven’t gotten what I order. Worst experience ever.
Dont buy from this guy bought a bumper and he literally bent it in half and threw it in a small box with no protection or anything. Then when I revived it 6 days late he is unresponsive and not willing to refund me

I was having troubles finding a rear bumper for my 2006 Lincoln town car, luckily I came across AU Auto Parts and got my bumper for a very low price! The customer service was amazing and ill definitely purchase auto parts from Au Auto Parts again!
I heard about this place through a co worker of mine. He seen that my Corollas rear bumper was practically falling off and he recommended me to Kevin! Friendliest guy you’ll ever meet/talk to! Great experience with them! I needed the whole front for my 2018 Ford Explorer and a Rear Bumper Cover for my 2019 Alfa Romeo. They had it in great conditions !!! Can’t beat the price anywhere else! Definitely recommended!

I have never seen anything like this, this company has 4 thousand, yes 4 thousand, ads on the online classifies, and every single one of them is listed as free. However, nothing here is free of course, this shady company wants people to contact them for pricing rather than just posting the price like a normal respectable business. Absolutely disgusting.
