Went in for my Check engine light and all 3 employees worked as a team to help me and 2 other costumers. Everyone was very nice and patient. Joseph resolved my issue and sent me on my way. Spent maybe 15mins there and left with the tools and info I needed.
Clerk in the front who sounded like he hated his job refused to take my used oil and oil filter. Thought these car part places couldn’t deny used oil or I might be wrong but it looked and sounded like he just didn’t want anything to do with it. 02/17/25 around 4pm. Not the best experience in an auto parts store. O’Reillys down on Ave. S took my used oil no problem.

Walk in the store I said good morning the lady behind the counter looked me up and down and never spoke,I proceeded to look for things I went back to the counter she walked away like she didn't see me, anyway found what I need the store was empty of customers and I can see why another person checked me out and I'll never shop there again, Customers make paychecks that should be posted in thier break room.
Just wanted to share this. Very good experience in O'Reilly we need more people like Juan and Laura that go out of their way to help. I'll be coming back

Every time I go into this store they are very helpful. Juan and Luis always find the parts I need. I restore cars and have never had any trouble with them getting the parts that I need. A lot of the parts I need you can't find on line. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.
Every time I've been to this O'Reilly is always something. Whether it's the employee not understanding or getting confused about what they have in stock. I went yesterday to buy an alternator and the transaction was ok. Except the employee did not check or even mention to us the sticker was not matching the one on the box even tho the part number did. Went back later and another employee claims the alternator isn't from their store. Had the receipt with the date, time and O'Reilly location and still claims it's not from their store. And be hold was the one who did the morning transaction, Juan, claims he checked everything when he didn't. I just wanted it tested and a replacement but the O'Reilly employees only hear "give me my money back". The employee, Christian, checking the alternator was very disrespectful and would continue to tell me the alternator isn't from their location even with Juan saying he did the transaction. Receipt had the clerks who processed the transition name and was still bent on telling me it's not from their store. Christian would not admit their own employees made a mistake and would say it's not from their store. Worst O'Reilly filled with employees that don't do their work properly even if it's as simple as checking a label. Just because this O'Reilly is closer to our homes doesn't make it the best. There are better ones with employees willing to help, be friendly and actually useful.
Purchased a part and employee did not check box, when returning the item, they had claimed it did not match the box, which it did. Also claimed i did not purchase it there even though i bought it just a few hour earlier. Gave me the run around and eventually sent me to the Lancaster location where they were happy to help without hesitation. Bad customer service and could’ve handled the situation better if they paid more attention to the part.
I came today to look for some seals to my car , Juan was very helpful , he made sure I was getting the right. Parts , he went outside under this extreme sun, and checked my engine serial number , I didn't asked ,. He did it by him selft. Thank you Juan %1000 good service .

Counter guy Marc Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about different types of engine oils available and got me the best price available for what I needed to do an oil change in my vehicle! Courteous and fast service despite lots of customers!
Fast friendly service. They ordered the parts we needed and they were there next day. They even let you use tools. Please do not fix cars on site as it is not allowed. Lets keep it looking clean.
This place has some AWESOME employees! They ALWAYS help me find what I need and if they don't have it, they order it, usually the next day. Good prices, but even more, AMAZING service!
When I called to ask about specific item ...."m2" die-cast... Lover answered the phone said something In Spanish , then put me on hold but I wasn't completely on hold I could hear him laughing and he kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes I stayed there on purpose waiting for his response one of the other associates picked up the phone and acted like he didn't know what was going on ...my feelings were hurt ,now, I didn't give a ship but he was an a**
I ordered a part online and 20 minutes later I get an email saying it’s ready for pickup. I think it’s weird so I call to make sure if it was there or not, they tell me it is. After I ask them to verify what part it was (a starter) they assure me it’s there ready for pick up. Low and behold when I get there and ask for my part IT’S NOT THERE!!! What a waste of time I didn’t even get an apology after the mistake. All I was told was that it must’ve been another coworker. Wow.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Javier was very attentive to my questions about a specific fuse that I needed. Thank you Javier and thank you O'Reilly's for always having what I need for my vehicle.
Woulda been 5 star if they had not given me the wrong tire chains 2 times. I had to verify the code on the side with his screen because he was under the impression that I might not need them and could return them if I didnt. Well guess what, I needed them. Please get it right the first time.
O'Reilly Auto Parts is one of my favorite place because I always find what I need for my vehicle, the place is very nice, clean and very organized, the prices are ok, BTW everything is very expensive nowadays and everywhere, no matter where you go but the employees are very nice, friendly, polite and most of all very professional and another thing that I like, when I visit them, they're not busy, so I can do a quick stop... I love O'Reilly Auto Parts!

Number one service and list of parts. I go here for all my vehical needs. Just of some spray paint here with my 5 off card sprayed up my ladder to match the camper trailer. Looks great
The crew the works here are great at what they do. Very knowledgeable, especially Nate and Nestor. These two are excellent at what they do, they are always happy to provide advise for the issues I'm facing with my car. The store itself is the best in town, simply because it always has the parts I need in hand, and I can just go and ask for whatever I need. This is not something that other O'Reilly locations have in this city. This location is now my go-to place if I need something right away, and on top of it, the O'Reilly staff are of course great human beings. If the owner reads this, I just want to say thank you.
Good store clean and decent but the staff was never to be seen around here the worker was extremely hesitant to do it’s job taking forever to attend a client I’ve been waiting around 10 mins this is truly a horrible experience.
