This store on Ave.S and 25th East. Is NOT being run by professionals! There were 6 employees total, all behind the counter chatting away 5 males and 1 female conversations about a fatality that happened days before. They were not paying attention to the customers coming in nor acknowledging if we needed help with anything. I stood there waiting to see if they would look over where I was.! I waisted 50 minutes in the store without any help from no one.. I even was looking to see a manager or something. Very disappointed .. not coming back here!!!!!
Went into O’Reillys earlier and was talking to employee and they said that I could bring in my receipt and return an item for cash. I was skeptical because the receipt is from 2017 (currently 2024) and the original purchase was made with a debit card that has expired since the original purchase. But no he reassured me that all I needed was the original receipt and the item and I could return for cash. I returned the same day, maybe 3-4 hours later and tried to return the item with no luck just as i had assumed. They wanted/ needed the original form of payment.
Un like some of other auto part stores O’Reillys have 3 or 4 cashiers ready to take your order or pick up. unlike the others that only have one person.
That's my go to for all my automotive repair.. The people behind the counter are awesome and very accurate when it comes to finding parts and if they don't have it they will hunt it down for you. Great bunch of people.
Sold me the wrong size battery for my Jeep Wrangler had AAA come out and they replaced the battery with the correct battery for almost $100 cheaper than the battery O'Reilly sold me. Also AAA had a 6yr warranty O'Reilly s was only 3yrs. Jeep Wranglers use an H6 battery and not a H7
The place was empty. The guy there didn't seem to excited working there...very "dry" type of service. No big deal; it was j7st along the way to getting some parts.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff...my father had purchased canister purge valve from here at a higher price. I found the same item for less money from a local competitor and they priced matched it with no questions asked.
Good selection on products but they really need to work on customer service. They do not have a cashier for the people buying bulbs or car shampoo. I had to wait in line behind a guy buying brakes took forever for him to choose. I asked another employee and he said "those are the only lane for purchase" next time going to take business else were.
Not a big fan of this location, I am a woman and cannot put on certain things by myself like battery or lights but usually the employees at Autozone and other o'reilly's will do it for you if you bought the part there. Well their employees basically told me it's kind of a lot and it's cold outside. They were not busy nobody in the store.
The employee did come out to assist me...he tried his best even though the issue wasn't resolved.....it's in a good spot...food, ,carwashes,,,Jiffy Lube,, etc...nice variety of places to go too and to get ur business done and pleasure happily in!!! :) Come out too see and enjoy!!!

We recently started going to O'Reilly
Auto Parts on Ave. S. It's close to our home so very convenient. We purchased some wiper blades for our truck but were unable to install them. I called O'Reilly and the salesperson said to bring it in and they would be happy to do it. Oscar was our salesman and he was great. After trying for some time Oscar found some blades that were much easier to install and completed the the job. He was very nice and we were very happy. Thank you O'Reilly and thank you Oscar!
I went to get some air filters for my car. The price are great and service counter person is very helpful what I was looking for. I definitely will go back in next time.
Great service! Martin and Brian helped me with my problem. I had a problem with the O'Reilly's on 47th, the manager (Sheri) there was rude and didn't try to help! I called this O'Reilly's on Avenue S and talked to Martin and he helped me with everything, I would definitely recommend everybody to go to this O'Reilly's.
I took a battery to get charged, when I went to get it back they said the battery was bad. so they tried to sale me another one long story short I didn't buy it then when I tried the battery on my car it was the same as when I took it in. well I took it to auto zone, when I got it back I hooked it back on the car it started right up
Wonderful. I have had the best service and lucky finding parts at O'Reilly's. No matter what location I go to the people give great costumer service I guess I have to say that twice.. but I do enjoy the layout of the store as well. It's open and well organized. Again with the service, returning items has never givin me an issue. Now maybe it take a moment to find some information but that's because they just want to make sure they are not taking just anything from anyone. And who doesn't like the colors. Way more appealing. Green. Is definitely how I want to feel taking on a project regarding my vehicles. Oh oh , now they tell you how many points you have on the recipe. So you k ow when you have a reward coming. Fast service and able to share current promotions with me for what I needed. I signed up for the reward program because it pays out discounts when you hit a certain amount of points. Gets busy quickly and they had limited staff when I was there.
It's okay but kind of slow, wish they would give you cash back instead of coupons, coupons that you cannot even use because it's things that you don't need, they should do the same thing AutoZone does they give you cash back which is $20 on your account that is a great way of keeping business
The lady that helped us (Samie) was super awesome and funny. She knew what we needed and helped us in a very polite yet personal way. Thank you to her for relocating us to a different I reilys for our roters. She was super awesone.
