Quick and easy to get car parts with great customer service. Everyone’s helpful, and management is always available if you need them. This is one of those stores where I always recommend my family/friends to go to!
I really wasn't shopping for anything special, just needed a quart of oil, but when service is great and with a smile and great attitude it needs to be recognized. I was a bit unsure about the oil I needed and Johanna was great. It's always such a pleasure to shop for things, even the mundane things, when someone greets your with a smile.
Estella is an amazing employee here at the store... very kind, helpful, and informative I was Very satisfied with her work and helpfulness in getting my car working Thank you so much for your help !!

Their customer service are the worse. Why the hell do they answer the phone if they are not able to help you, When they have a customer in front of them of their desk , Very bad business practices and the manager Jose respond with a dam attitude This is what we do to hold customer on the phone. They sucks.

Had a problem getting my radiator cap off the other day and a gentleman did whatever he could to help me. And the manager Emily was awesome too. Very kind, welcoming and also helped me out. I was having a bad day but when I went there I felt at ease. Keep up the awesome work!!
This location has some of the best customer service in the AV! I’ve been assisted by the store manager a few times & she is so patient and helpful. She’s given me tips on my cars battery, gave me mechanic recommendations, and even changed my windshield wipers after my purchase! 10/10!
Stopped by to get an oil filter and some things to do my own oil change. The staff there was so pleasant and helpful and even gave me advice on how to do it for my first time. Learned more in 10 minutes there than Google ever taught me! Knowledgeable staff, great experience, will return for my next one!
I love this location. O’Reilly Auto Parts is my go to, but this location is my favorite of all. The customer service is excellent and if I need guidance this team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If they don’t have what I need they help me locate it and or order it. Stella, I the SM is doing an amazing job and her whole team is amazing!!!
So...I do all the maintenance to my vehicles and I'm always in the lookout for engine oil specials. Somehow, I always endup at O'Reilly Auto Parts But, the thing with me is that, if I'm ever given bad service, I'll never let the place know, I just never show up again...ever. O'Reilly has been pretty solid. They get my vote...pretty cool employees as well. I recommend the Palmdale location off of 10th St W
They staff was great friendly and knew there stuff and had everything I needed unlike auto zone where you had tell them what part number to look up .o Reilly's is my place for auto and bike parks hands down from now on thanks to the ladies who helped me .

The employee’s were great to talk to and very helpful. They found the air filter I needed quick. I was barely in the store for 5 minutes to get what I needed and back on the road.
I was sold my JEEP with bad wiper blades. I stopped into O'Reillys and had the ultimate in customer service from Mark! He without hesitation looked up on the computer what I needed and went to get the blades for me. Then the biggest reason for this review..."Would like me to put them on for you?" I stood there for a minute in shock and said, "You do that?" YES PLEASE!!! I own a business and that is the kind of employee I want!!! Please give him a raise!!!
Fantastic O’Reilly store. Always well stocked, clean, easy parking, and has very specific parts on hand. Definitely the best auto parts store in the valley.
A young lady named Brisa waited on me today. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about cars. She helped me find what I needed then offered to install the windshield wiperblades for me, which was so appreciated! You have a jewel of an employee there, O'Reilly's!
