All Valley Towing LLC JunkYard in Palmdale (CA)

All Valley Towing is an extremely professional organization. My insurance contracted them to pick up my vehicle. I needed last minute changes for drop off instructions and my insurance wanted to charge me a cancellation fee and close my ticket. I requested to go direct with AVT and obtained their phone number to dispatch. The dispatcher and tow driver were more than accommodating to my requests of information change. Responses to me were timely, they contacted me when my vehicle got onto the tow truck, and notified me when my vehicle was dropped off. I don’t leave good reviews often (especially for tow trucks) but this company took me by surprise! Keep up the great work AVT!

We had a flat tire in middle of no where. Chris helped us the most that he is fast responsive on call us back and gave us suggestions while we were waiting and stayed not panic. He is also a very good driver and drove us to the car dealership in a good time manner! He is also very friendly and fun to talk with!

I waited almost 3 hours for an insurance roadside assistance pick-up. When I called the company, they gave me several delays. I began to wonder if this type of service was lowest on the priority list. The one good thing was that the tow truck driver was very helpful and professional.

Highly recommend. Saved me from being stuck before nightfall on a Sat. Very responsive, timely, capable, and kind. Great experience communicating with & they were confident and careful with vehicle. Grateful to know & highly recommend !

Worst experience ever . My insurance sent them out to help me with a flat tire 2 hours later never showed up, I kept calling there number no answer finally called my insurance back and they called they and they stated to insurance they were stuck somewhere on an accident my point is why not call and say your running late or for that matter not coming at all. Would never use again and truly don’t recommend you might be stuck out there for ever not only are they bad but inconsiderate

My insurance called these guys at 9:30 a.m. and they took the call and said they can do it. They said they would be about 2 hours away. At 1:00 I called and they said they did not have any drivers to come out they are waiting. I called again at 3:00 and they said they still don't have any drivers. Text them at 4:00 and no response. They should not have said they can do it if they did not have the manpower. I didn't even notify me what was going on. They just left us hanging. Not refer these guys to know one it was a waste of time all day long waiting for these guys.

Excellent on all counts. I needed a car towed from Newhall to Lancaster. I called around and these guys quoted me the best price and the least amount of corporate b.s. They showed up within 30 mins and were friendly, professional, and efficient. Would use them again without hesitation.

Best service I have ever received! Chris arrived within 40min. was courteous, well knowledged, and I was treated like I was a VIP. Highly recommend!

I feel I was hustled! Very unprofessional practices! I was charged $350 for a service he could have did with no problem. Initially he came out for a tow but he said it was a rescue because my car was over a rock in my yard. Also it was an extremely long wait….

Literally came to the rescue. Mark helped me out, he was very quick was careful with my car, my car is lowered and that was a concern for me when it was going to get towed. It did not scrape at all, thank you for your fast service and he's really easy to talk to and put the car into the garage with such ease. My dogs also greeted him and didn't even bark at him, they are great judges of character by the way.

I travel for work and usually have to end up getting towed about 3 to 4 times a year. My tow with Chris was perfect the company offers a professional and enjoyable experience during a troubling time thank you!

The service was awesome! I called for a dead battery and right after I got off the phone with the roadside next thing I know AV Towing is calling and telling me that they are about 3 minutes away! The gentleman that came was very friendly and got my rental car started and advised us to get the battery replaced. It was a bad battery. He got us back on the road fast. Thank you for the great service.
