Dustin and his team were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful. The whole experience was great and seamless. From the vehicle pick up, to the car drop off and tire service with Francisco (Melgar Tires), I felt taken care of. Francisco even gave me pointers on how to care and get the most usage of my new tires. Overall, Dustin and his team were very attentive and treated their customers like family.
Dustin was professional, very personable and provided me with top notch service. He changed out my battery for a new more efficient one and knew that the issues I was having, with all my sensors and dash messages were because my battery was dying. He completed the work in record time and everything is working beautifully! I’m a very happy customer.

We were passing through north of LA on a road trip all the way from Minnesota and our tires blew out. I just picked this place because it was the first one that wasn’t sponsored and the reviews looked solid, I’m glad we did. He got there and got it all strapped up quickly, even with being in a tricky spot stuck on the side of a busy highway. When we got into the truck he had already found us tires and brought us there to get them fixed (cheap used tires in great condition, we were impressed). The guys he brought us to were awesome too, quick, nice, and explained everything very well. If this would’ve happened at home we easily would’ve paid 2-3x as much and were from rural southern minnesota. After everything he even told us if anything happens on the trip in California to give him a call first so he can help us find someone else that will do a good job. Highly recommend, super nice guy. With a special type of car, it was very important for the towing company to have exactly what was needed to load and accommodate the vehicle properly. Dustin is great..just a couple days ago my f150 decided to throw a belt and over heat in a matter of 20 seconds as I was on my way to work. I had no one to call for help, he was my first and last call. Got my truck home safe and sound for a fantastic price, oh yeah forgot to mention I needed truck towed yo my house over 80 miles away! The owner was amazing! Extremely quick to getting me and my daughter when we had a blown tire on the freeway while traveling to universal studios. He kept us safe and continued contact while we were waiting. He was also able to reccomend a great tire shop that was close and fast to get us back on the road so that we could continue to our vacation ! Amazing service I cant reccomend enough.
This guy is awesome! Fast professional and kind! He called me when he picked up my case to let me know he had one person ahead of me and make sure I was in a safe spot, called me when he was done with an ETA and kept me updated until he got there. He was friendly, professional and a delight to be near. Dustin was amazing. He did such a great job helping me tow my tool chest. I had done this once before with my cousin when we moved his Snap-on tool chest, and it was a nightmare. We almost broke our backs pushing it up a U-Haul ramp and moving it into storage. Never again!
That’s why I called Dustin. He’s experienced in moving tool chests. I know it’s not easy, but he makes it look that way while still taking care of your tool chest so it has a smooth ride. All the tools were still in the chest, there was no damage to the box, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was secure.
I’ll be recommending Dustin to anyone I know who needs to move their tool chest. He knows what he’s doing. It’s not easy, but he’ll get the job done. Thanks again for your help and helping me move all my tools.

Dustin was here when he said he would be, great customer service, and treated my car like it was one of his own. He took his time and even put special tracks to make sure the front or rear bumper didn't get even close to hitting the concrete. Dustin and his crew are amazing. My tire on my 95 civic popped on the 60 freeway. My insurance told me to leave my car on the side of the road as it was a Saturday and Dustin and team said there is no possible way that they would ever allow that. They got my car up and lifted within 5mins and 0 issues and or damages to my car. Professional is all these guys are. Beyond genuine. I still drive on the 60 freeway and not a day goes by that I don’t think about the help they gave me. Off the clock and fast as possible. They turned a bad situation into a comforting situation by reassuring me that they would help me out. I am forever grateful for Dustin and his team. This is the only towing service I will ever use.
