Turned up early the next day and got my beloved car to the garage on time. Cheerful, helpful and budget friendly. I don’t honestly believe that I could ask more from a towing service.

I got a flat tire this morning and I put in a tow request through my Subaru roadside assistance and Dustin Mathews with Mathews Wrecker and Towing recovery quickly answered that call. He was there within the time needed. He even kept me updated on the time. When Dustin showed up to tow my car, he was super friendly, he towed me to America's tires and when they could couldn't fix my tire, I put in another roadside assistance tow and he called me as soon as he got the request. He was quick to dispatch another driver Ashley, to come tow my car to the Subaru dealership. Dustin was very professional as is his driver, Ashley. If I needed a tow again *knocks on wood* I would definitely call Mathews Wrecker and Towing recovery again.
Recently my car battery died and I was stuck in the intersection, I had multiple police behind me guiding traffic around me. I received Mathew’s towing through my insurance and I am happy I did. They were very professional and even spoke to the police to explain the situation. They worked as a team to get me out of the intersection and get me and my vehicle home. I would recommend their services to anyone.

From the vehicle pick up, to the car drop off and tire service with Francisco (Melgar Tires), I felt taken care of. Francisco even gave me pointers on how to care and get the most usage of my new tires. Overall, Dustin and his team were very attentive and treated their customers like family.

We were passing through north of LA on a road trip all the way from Minnesota and our tires blew out. I just picked this place because it was the first one that wasn’t sponsored and the reviews looked solid, I’m glad we did. He got there and got it all strapped up quickly, even with being in a tricky spot stuck on the side of a busy highway. When we got into the truck he had already found us tires and brought us there to get them fixed (cheap used tires in great condition, we were impressed). The guys he brought us to were awesome too, quick, nice, and explained everything very well. If this would’ve happened at home we easily would’ve paid 2-3x as much and were from rural southern minnesota. After everything he even told us if anything happens on the trip in California to give him a call first so he can help us find someone else that will do a good job. Highly recommend, super nice guy. The owner was amazing! Extremely quick to getting me and my daughter when we had a blown tire on the freeway while traveling to universal studios. He kept us safe and continued contact while we were waiting. He was also able to reccomend a great tire shop that was close and fast to get us back on the road so that we could continue to our vacation ! Amazing service I cant reccomend enough.

Finally, he texted me when everything was dropped off at the Tesla service center and sent me a video to show me where it was dropped and that it arrived safely. Dustin and his crew are amazing. My tire on my 95 civic popped on the 60 freeway. My insurance told me to leave my car on the side of the road as it was a Saturday and Dustin and team said there is no possible way that they would ever allow that. They got my car up and lifted within 5mins and 0 issues and or damages to my car. Professional is all these guys are. Beyond genuine. I still drive on the 60 freeway and not a day goes by that I don’t think about the help they gave me. Off the clock and fast as possible. They turned a bad situation into a comforting situation by reassuring me that they would help me out. I am forever grateful for Dustin and his team. This is the only towing service I will ever use.
