My car was in an accident when another car slammed into me. It was towed to this location, and declared a total loss. Per Copart’s policy, they collected all my belongings & placed them in a large bag for me to collect. When I picked up my items, my $600 glasses & $80 portable car battery charger were missing. The worker was incredibly dismissive. Super unfortunate.

This place doesn't respect your transporter appointments, have an app for 11:00 and got my unit out 2 hours later, forklifts are okay, but this place is severely understaffed

Had an appointment for 10:30 AM, and only got a vehicle out 2 hrs later , I do not know what these forklift drivers are doing watching TikToks or god knows what they’re not but anything than getting your car out

If you can avoid it DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Copart . My car was totaled and this was my insurance company’s partnered tow yard. When I went to go pick up my belongings from my vehicle everything was removed and thrown in trash bag in the trunk after I notified them that I would be picking up my belongings. Sentimental items were stolen from me and all they had to say was contact my insurance adjuster. The managers don’t respond to emails and the staff has no conflict resolution skills at all. Not once has someone tried to locate my items even when the customer service representative saw in the pictures they took my missing items.

Dealing with an accident is never easy- especially when you live on the other side of the country. I travelled to Long Beach to help my daughter salvage what was salvageable from her 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Conrad Allengui and the staff at the yard went above and beyond with their customer service. They made a difficult situation as bearable as possible -- responsive, consultative and helpful helping us understand how to most effectively salvage the parts. My daughter and I really appreciate the extra effort and thankful for their support. THANK YOU to Conrad & the Team!

Made an appointment and no one showed up. Waited 9 hours for them. Called to find out what was going on and the supervisor “Kimberly” said the driver called and spoke to me and no one was at home when he came. No one called and no one showed up after waiting all day. Never have I seen a company do business like this.

Disgusting place with disgusting cars, fees are more than outrageous, service is atrocious, what else more? This place truly test your patience. Beware. Stay away from here.

Horrible customer service, a lot of extra fee… They are very slow.. After your appointment you have to wait another 1-2hr just to get your car… Trash place with ton of fee.. Never buy anything from this place, a lot of different auction around with better customer services, quality of the job and prices and other… Thash trash trash!!!

They do not respect appointment times. Forklift drivers and very good at what they do but limited. Very short-staffed. Everything i aveto pick something up from this location, I say this time will be better and it never is. My Appointment was at 12pm and I did not receive my unit untill 1:45pm. This is unacceptable.

Very unprofessional and they don't follow through on appointments. Had me call off work.and never showed up. Ashley made a promise to have it scheduled then they called me late day and said they couldn't make it.. when they answer the phones they answer unprofessionally they don't state their names and there's a little ring whenever the customer service picks up the phone. At one point I was calling in the afternoon around lunch time and instead of saying hey we're at lunch or just not answering the phone. They were picking up and then clicking on me. Sorry to sound like a Karen but if you're going to operate a business you guys need to have your employees operated with some respect.

They bag up the items in your car when you pick them up so you can’t go through your items to see that they can stole half of your items from your vehicle. Rude reps inside on a power trip. Definitely a janky tow yard. Definitely do not recommend!

Rude people who will do anything but help you, customer service continues to diminish because of these front desk clerks. If you don't sell your car through their auction, they will be beyond upset, steal paperwork license plates and do it all with the outmost disrespect.

I scanned the code on the door and filled my info the app said 50 min until I can get help to remove belongings out of my car. Over 2 hours later I’m still there asking for the fourth time where’s the car? Hurry up! People have things to do how about some consideration them people in the office LAZY and RUDE.

Very rude front desk. I donated my car the day prior but needed to drop off my sister's paperwork the next day. I was waiting in the office for them to open. At 8 am their opening time one of the office staff told me to wait outside bc they haven't clocked in. When asked when I can come back she told me 8AM (???). I didn't bother to argue.

My car had to be towed to this location before it could be taken to the mechanic. For some reason they removed the license plates off of my car. I tried calling to ask why they did this/get them mailed to me. When I called I was put on hold for 40min and then got hung up on, tried calling again and they said they were closed.

We sold our car to Copart, but the tow truck driver left with the car and pink slip without giving us our check or a receipt. Quite a scare as we thought we had gotten scammed. The local office said the driver was new but didn’t offer to fix their mistake and instead asked us to pick up the check at their office, an hour away from us. Poor customer service. No attempt to rectify their mistake or accommodate us.

You used to be able to go in sign up and go look at a car and make a decision, now they make it so hard that you have to find a dealer with a license just to go in to look at a car I honestly feel like that it costs you a lot of customers and I would like to bid on a car and do a Buy it now but I can't look at the car to decide if I'ts worth buying.

We are members, buying cars from copart is easy on line , you search for the cars you looking for , you see ten pictures of the car inside and outside and picture of the damaged, great customer service , Kimberly help us and she was fast with the paperwork, after that the bring our car to our trailer and they loaded for us

This is the worse EXPERIENCE ever. They have bad service, also they don't show you everything you need to see on the pictures until you receive the surprise the car has more damage than expected, even drivers said many costumers were disappointed when they receive there cars because they don't take nice and clean pictures. "YOUR TIME IS NOT WOTHTED"

This yard is the BEST run and managed yard I go to. It's the easiest yard to do business with. Other managers could learn from the management and support staff at this yard.

I have had better experiences having my teeth pulled at a dentiste office. The description of the bike read that it came with keys and it started so I purchased the bike for $5000 the bike did not start did not have keys when I asked them what was going on they said well it's just part of doing business. This is it the 1st problem that I have had with them also they had screwed up my membership or I could not bid I own an LLC and for some reason they could not read what I was submitting so I closed that account They told me that they would refund my money I am still waiting for that check they told me the check was in the mail on the 22nd of July we are now in August and I still have not received that check they set forward me to wait another month and they were review it and send out a another check The customer service at copart is Unacceptable I run 2 companies and if any of my customer service people were like the ones at copart I would fire them immediately. I also would like to reach out to all of my veteran brothers and warn them about such service because if they do not care about how they treat their veterans what does that say about them as a company

Be real careful purchasing a car or van here just purchased a 2010 ford econoline witch they posted as it being a gas vehicle turned out to be a CNG VEHICLE... not reccomend this vehicle at all just paid a fine for not picking up the second CNG VEHICLE copart be more specific on your comments and post what the car really is. Insurance auto auction is my next place to purchase. F*$% copart

everything was ok until I had my car brought out. It was an AWD and the guy dragged it out on 2 wheels. The rear tires were dragging and screeching and the guy didnt even stop to see what it was. Now I'm hoping there's no damage to the AWD system.

Big place, it's a buz n dont expect anyone to show you around or take your hand n show you around. What I mean the place is busy n cars n customers are in n out all day long. The place lack signs, other than this, you follow the line from finding a cashier, pay, receive release vehicle paper, provide paper to lift/winch driver, wait, vehicle delivered outside gate in the parking lot.
