They do not respect appointment times. Forklift drivers and very good at what they do but limited. Very short-staffed. Everything i aveto pick something up from this location, I say this time will be better and it never is. My Appointment was at 12pm and I did not receive my unit untill 1:45pm. This is unacceptable.

Very unprofessional and they don't follow through on appointments. Had me call off work.and never showed up. Ashley made a promise to have it scheduled then they called me late day and said they couldn't make it.. when they answer the phones they answer unprofessionally they don't state their names and there's a little ring whenever the customer service picks up the phone. At one point I was calling in the afternoon around lunch time and instead of saying hey we're at lunch or just not answering the phone. They were picking up and then clicking on me. Sorry to sound like a Karen but if you're going to operate a business you guys need to have your employees operated with some respect. 😔💔
