Just wanna put my concern in the location that they are very rude and unprofessional Customer service they ignored me almost like one hour and a half been waiting to check one car nobody cares. They don’t even look at me. I was waiting on that waiting couch like a stupid And they are million of them inside not doing anything by ignoring other people needs …. question why you are hiring people and get more people and more people inside the facility if you don’t even care about customer, do you think we have no time or we don’t care about time or we just wasting time by coming here? I need a good answer from the management

Came to pick up by appointment, showed up on time and its been hour and half still not loaded. Worst location out of coparts.

Fork-lifters are not friendly!! But there is one forklifter who keeps canceling pick up appointments and taking money to get a car out fast. This guy should be fired! Some time ago when you pressed arrive before the time they used to bring out cars earlier, but now it is hell, appointment for 12 and car were brought out at 2pm!!

Damn ridiculous location. They won’t give you a title and you’ll wait to get the vehicle for hours even after you scheduled an appointment.

I don’t know what is going on with mailing titles I’ve been waiting for them to mail my titles over a week now every time I call them regarding that they just ignore it.

I don't even know why i writing a review when i know that Copart authorities don't care but i heard that was an accident in the parking lot . Well i blame Copart specially the forklifts operators for this accident look like the operators like to have a lot a traffic in there cause they work very slow for the first haft of the day making people wait for 2 to 3 hours minimum i hope no more accident but look like is another one waiting to happened cause of the long line of trucks waiting , is disrespectful . This Copart need a guy like Elon Musk to cut all the bureaucracy , laziness and irresponsibility that the forklifts operators have and who ever run the yard ,look like they forgot that we pay for them to bring the vehicles out is not free . A few years ago I try to sell some cars that i have in the yard and they told me that i have to deal with a guy name Drew hahahaha I called him a lot of time and never called me back and i went to the office 2 or 3 time to see him but he was never there .

Bought car, during delivery or when it been on the auction, vehicle been damaged. Copart do not covered damages, only return vehicle back.

Lillian is the rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. From the moment she answered the call, she had an unhelpful attitude and insisted she could not help without a lot number. When I told her I had the address for the lot, she refused to help. Eventually she accepted the vehicle VIN number but provided inaccurate information. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she was dismissive and Unwilling to listen. After some back and forth, she finally asked someone else and placed me on hold. Upon returning, she continuously interrupted me as I attempted to explain that we have purchased multiple vehicles stored at their locations. When I asked her to allow me to finish my sentence, she abruptly disconnected the call. This level of customer service is unacceptable. She needs to be properly trained to ensure accurate information is provided in a professional manner. If I had relied on her erroneous responses, It would have resulted in us having to pay another transporter to go back out to retrieve our vehicle. I would be hesitant to employ such an individual, as their behavior could negatively impact your business.

To go and lift a car, the forklift drivers make you wait for long hours. They work uncoordinatedly. It's really bad to go there and load it.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Cesar Calderon at Van Nuys for his work and professionalism. I had an issue with my appointment, and he went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. He handled everything with the utmost attentiveness and friendliness, making the entire process much smoother. Thanks to him, my experience with Copart was exceptionally positive. He is a great specialist and a true example of what excellent service should be. I hope the management recognizes his efforts because employees like him are a tremendous asset to the company! I have never seen such a service in my life. I lived knowing that America is a country of justice, but I have not seen it yet, I am the original owner of the car and have the right to know all my income. But your boss, I do not even know his name, refused to give me a copy of this document. A month ago, I also asked him to provide me with documents. He wrote the money on a piece of paper and gave it to me. Then I did not know that he does not have such a wire. where it is clear that the owner requires his documents, I am filing a complaint, because this is considered a violation of the law, this is fraud.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Spoke with a customer service agent before making the 3 hour drive to preview a vehicle and was told noon was the cut-off time for vehicle preview. Leaving early in the morning, with a rental car and taking the day off from work gave me ample time to make it well before the cut-off time. Upon arrival, their system was down which did not allow me to check-in. After requesting to speak with a manager, she stated with an apathetic manner that preview times had ended at 10:30am which was not the information given to me on the phone from their customer service agent. As a manager, she was unable and unwilling to do anything for myself as a member even when misinformation was provided. Overall horrible experience.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Worst exchange ever! My car was sent there through my old insurance company who is trash too. They lost my plates and my car key before they ever told me they had my car. Now they keep hanging up on me when I call l, because they told me to call back as they figure out what happened. Now I call and they say we know nothing. I'm warning you all!

Review update, the loaders get paid by the hour so don't expect your vehicle to come out quick. Even if there's nobody waiting expect at least a two hour wait. And inside the office instead of helping they'll give you the run around.

The customer service in the office is good , but to wait for the car, the loaders they have a bad attitude and ignore the customer, they forget they get a check because of the customer’s buying, also they damage the cars with the loader blades

We had to snag our plates and a few items from our beloved, recently-totaled Toyota Prius. We found ourselves here because our insurance company, USAA, totaled the car car and delivered it to Copart. When we arrived, there was a QR code on a sign available to register to queue. Mask and distancing is still in effect. In addition to individuals in queue, there are workers/loaders/service personnel also interacting with the staff. They appear to have a small amount of staff on the floor, but they appeared to work efficiently. It was about 10 minutes from QR Code to Front Desk. It was 20 minutes before the car was moved and ready for us to access it. Note that you have to wear a bright yellow safety vest to access the vehicle. Great that we also were able to drop the title off here! We had as much time as we needed to get our items out of the car. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly service.

I got into a in head on collision. The ladies at the front desk were nice enough to let me and my spouse take our time as we take our things and bye to our vehicle. They checked on us to see how we were doing emotionally. I appreciated the gesture as it has been a rough few days.

Customer service is friendly. Number of issues. 1) wrote down an entirely wrong number to reach me at, must have been confused with another person. 2) pickup window is from 2-4hrs, which is an absurd time to be waiting around for a driver. 3) We scheduled a driver for an 8am-12pm pickup, they never came or called. 4) at around 1115 we called and asked when they'd be there, said drivers were running late and would be there "soon." After 45 mins of waiting we gave up and had to reschedule for 230-430 same day. 5) they never showed up or called that day. 6) they randomly called the next day at around 8am and asked if we could meet them there in 45mins, and that didn't fit our schedule, and had to reschedule for next week. If you want your car picked up, allow these guys at least 3 days to get it together, let's see if they actually are able to make it next week...

This place is ok Very under staffed or just slow.. not sure. I'm there a minimum of 1-1/2 to pick up and pay for 1 car.. everytime!! When I want to view cars it's an hour wait to sign in at times.... they need a separate line to sign in to view cars. They just need faster service here and this place would be choice. Forklift drivers are awesome and helpful.

Many employees sitting around talking amongst each other and only 1 employee working the counter to help customers. I am 1 of 14 people waiting in line right now. When I asked about other employees being able to help, I was told everyone else was too busy to help those of us in line. They were all too busy talking about what they did last night and planning what they were doing tonight.

Avoid unless Mexican, went the day before advising that the next day at 10am I would be there to pick up my motorcycle, next day waited over one hour being ignored completely, had to go back to main counter 3 times to ask help while customers arriving after me were already picking up their cars. Once finally a driver stopped, he had the guts to tell me that he asked me before if I needed help and I told him no, so he just believed I was sitting there for over an hour doing nothing. Absolutely horrible!!!

I have never encountered a staff SO RUDE. First, I spoke with a woman who made me wait two hours to see a car, which was a clerical mistake because the car was already ready to see, she just wouldn't give us the key. Then, a woman named Lupe could not even talk to me, and was rudely brushing me off when I was trying to speak with her and calmly explain the situation. I had to literally tell her "I'm having a difficult time communicating with you because I'm finding you extremely rude right now, can you stop walking away from me when I speak?" I agree with the rest of the individuals, half the staff was talking about non-work related things, and the wait is around 2-3 hours for no reason, simply because the people here don't care and there is NO organization. TERRIBLE experience, which I will surely be calling corporate to complain about. Are these really the kind of people you want to be the face of your company? Such a shame, because I was going to bid on a fixer upper too.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way, and take time to complain about something. This is the first review I am ever leaving. This company is a joke. None of the staff seem to know what is going on. The supervisors that I was supposed to be dealing with for the last 2 weeks are NEVER available. Sarah and Elizabeth are both consistently unavailable. Every time I asked for either of them, they always seemed to be at lunch, no matter the time of day. They would continue to tell me to call back in an hour when they would be back. When I would call back and tell them they told me to call in an hour, they would tell me they were back from lunch, but "just weren't at their desk, and don't know where they are". This happened 4 or 5 times. Emails were almost never replied to. I finally ran out of patience today, and the employee on the phone told me, if you're not happy with service, speak to the supervisor. So, I stopped her there and asked to speak to one. Of course, the response was "well, they aren't here right now". I can't believe how terrible this place is run. Save yourself some time and stress and steer clear, unless you enjoy getting the run around for weeks on end.
