First of, i will not go with no other towing other than charlie’s 24hr towing! From looking into tows and how absolutely expensive it was, charlie’s towing was super affordable! I got to say the service was phenomenal! Really happy from start to end with everything, they will be from now on my “to go to” and i will deffff refer them to all our truckers that we know . Thank you so much!!!! Oh and the driver man he needs a raise! Such a professional person. Quick responses and also keeping me updated on the tow i was not there physically and he was just so on it! Bless this company!
Called them right after my boyfriend and I were swerved into by a truck hoping to get a quote for a tow. I had a really hard time hearing the man on the phone so I asked him to repeat some of the questions he asked me. He immediately snapped at me and his tone of voice turned incredibly rude, instantly to the point where he was shouting at me. He was on speaker and my boyfriend then took my phone from my hand and told him he should change his tone towards me. Right away, the man on the phone decided to shove the phone to his coworker saying “you deal with them, he thinks I’m yelling at them” well, no, I didn’t think you were yelling, you WERE yelling and it wasn’t necessary. It’s clear you were frustrated since you dismissed me so quickly and didn’t even bother to explain if there was a misunderstanding with your tone. I’m not sure if he is just easily annoyed or just doesn’t like repeating himself but that is not my problem. I didn’t get any names but the woman who helped us afterwords was friendly and helpful. Excuse us for being shaken as we are sitting on the side of the 5 late at night after being freshly hit by another vehicle and we weren’t in a clear headspace, in addition to not having great service on the other line. Needless to say we did not select them to help us.
this is my first google review, and I couldn’t be more pleased as this was my first towing experience. The service provided was top notch the guy was not only business oriented but also went above and beyond to help me out. He is very professional, understanding, and a great people’s person. A big thank you to him for coming to my help me. I highly recommended!
The tow service was excellent it was fast and professional. The driver made sure I was safe and even suggested to have my friend stay until he arrived since it was late night. Will be using their services again.

I am moving from California to Arkansas. I have one 40 foot container and two 20 foot containers. Charlie’s Towing moved and loaded them on to a flat bed to be transported. The 40 foot container was wedged in between a garage on one side and bushes and a fence on the other side. He did such a terrific job getting the container out from between them with no damage to anything. He took his time, constantly checking the position of the container and got it up on the flatbed. I am a licensed Realtor of 35 years and have seen a lot of my clients pack and take their shipping containers with them but have never witnessed a more professional company than Charlie’s Towing. They are kind and friendly, prompt and experts at what they do and very reasonably priced. They have beautiful new trucks and know how to use them. I highly recommend them for any of your crane needs and towing.
My drive axel yoke broke and left me stranded at the rail yard and after waiting on another tow company for 3 hours that called and said he fell asleep and wouldn’t get to me for another 2 hours, I called Charlie’s Towing and he showed up in literally about 20 minutes. Price was fantastic, service was amazing and the conversation was great. I know who I’m calling if I need these services in there future. Thanks Charlie’s!
these guys are great! they were on time and very experienced, my bobcat was stuck in the mud in a very bad spot and called Charlie's. in less than 20 mins i was freed - awesome work and many thanks! would use them again.
I was on my way to the airport with my family I experience car trouble I called Charlie's towing and they were there within 15 minutes and was able to take me and my family to the airport , and stored my car for a small fee , once I returned they delivered it to my shop for repairs . I would highly recommend this company to anybody in need of a towing service great experience fast service & professionalism . five stars highly recommended
