  If i could i would give ZERO stars. Cleared my morning as i was told they would be arriving at 9am. The night before they confirmed they would be here & i texted them before 9am & didnt get a response back. I called & called and no reply & no text back. Would’ve been nice to receive a text that they wouldnt arrive. Found another Spot who offered way more anyways!

  If I could give this place a 0 star I would! This place has been nothing but a headache. The day I sold them my Jeep, they left the Jeep parked out in our apt complex for a couple of days. They picked it up after I contacted them to ask why it was still there. 2 months later I get a parking ticket mailed from the city of Long Beach because the car had exceeded its parking time limit.Turns out they never released the car with the DMV, even though they promised they would take care of it. I called Cash for Cars to ask why they hadn't released the car and the guy said he would call me back, but never did. I called him the next day, even texted him, and nothing! Please do not do business with this place.

  I only dealt with this gentleman on the sale of one vehicle, and he was as advertised.. Honest, open, fair, and offered me a price I could not walk away from. If you need to sell a car and don't want to play games with the typical dealer.....Jim is your man. I actually had a person call me ad offer me $1000 more than this company, but it was so easy I told the other person I felt more comfortable selling to Jim. You will too. He showed up on time at the house, offered me my price, and went straight to the bank to get my cash. What more can you ask for in an industry full of "scam artist?) I only wish I had more vehicles I needed to sell. This guy is GREAT!!!! So good in fact, I'm buying a car from him to replace what I sold to him. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the transaction. If you have a car/truck and you need to sell it fast with no hassle....this guy is the best I've ever dealt with. Without rambling on ad on, call him and he will do you right. Guaranteed!!! I wasted weeks with other so called dealers and people only to find this company that paid a fair price, offered to loan me a car for the transition, and the offer me a great deal on a used car to get me on the road.   This is the second time I have used them and both transactions were great!! I am a guy who will shop around and they gave the best price both times. Their customer service is top notch, my first transaction I gave them an extra key for a different car and he returned it to my office and both times they were very quick to come out and pay me cash and tow the car. No issues with DMV or anything, they handled it all. I highly recommend.
