My daughter and her boyfriend parked the car in the wrong place in Long Beach. It happens. The car was towed...Before they even got the car back, my daughter (who's 17, so a minor) called me to tell me there were charges on her card. I traced the charges, and it leads to the towing company! So their driver stole her wallet! Not only that, but we're expats in Mexico and her residency card was in it. Well, it is HELL to have her come back home and have the card replaced. So to the company and the driver ZENO (who stole her wallet): shame on you. Stealing from a minor, and a foreigner who's just visiting. There's an ongoing police investigation and I will not let this go until the guilty party has been caught. He will be, because of the video footage of where the theft happened. Don't deal with this company! You can read all the other reviews and you will see they do this all the time!
Long wait for a truck, but it is Friday. I had the same driver I used once before, and he was Fast, very polite and knew this stuff. He did a really great job.
HORRIBLE customer service, from the drivers to the lobby staff! Stay away from this company the best way you can! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Tow truck driver scratched my car while transporting it and laughing and tried to blame me when confronted. Highly do NOT recommend this JANKY business !
Horrible horrible service. Don't ever call them if you need your car towed.
Called them for a simple tow, less then half a mile. They where rude over the phone when asking for directions. They then said it was a 30 min wait and asked for a phone number. We waited for an hour before we called back to see what the wait time was. When we called they said they canceled because they called the number and we didn't answer, we informed then we didn't receive any calls and had been waiting. We asked if we could get another dispatch and that we would provide a second number incase the calls didn't go through. They guy on the phone raised his voice and said that we needed to answer then phone ans we explained that we would but we had not received any calls but if we could again give them another phone. He continued to raise his voice and when we asked if he would be able to help us he said "call someone else" and hung up.
I still can't believe how rude and condescending they are to costumer. Called anyone else but never ever call these guys.
This company towed my car after being parked i front of my own garage. And when i called to get more info the guy was very rude. I got my car out about 1 hr after it was towed and i had to pay $436
Regularly utilize their service at my landlords' behest to remove cars from my reserved parking space. Quick and efficient work, but I wish I didn't have to call them so regularly - if only people would stop parking in my spot.
Unacceptable and predatory practices of A&A Towing. This company has consistently demonstrated extreme unprofessionalism and harassment toward residents of Scottsdale Townhomes, violating the association’s emergency parking rules and wrongfully towing vehicles—forcing residents to pay unjust "drop fees." I urge an immediate review of this company’s practices and their contract with the association. Residents deserve fair treatment, not intimidation. Consider this a formal warning about their misconduct.
A&A towing at Cherry ave, Truck #7 driver Bravo, took my truck 2/27/25 , that it was parked inside of my condominium, saying my parking permit it was expired what is BS the driver open my truck and remove out the 2025 stickers, leaving the 2019 stickers on, why in the world A&A didn’t took my truck weeks or months ago, now by reading all the bad reviews and that A&A towing takes car just because even if they are parked correct and with not expired parking permits, that explains why the driver open my truck and remove my 2025 stickers, A& A is doing easy $$$
Very rude ! They talk to you as if you are a dog very unprofessional. Manager cursed at me . Towed my car out of my building on Christmas morning and said the price was $438 and it goes up $78 each day. Didnt tell me after the 3rd day he put a lien on it. Total is $740 from the 25th to the 28th.
A&A Towing has proven to be an untrustworthy and highly unprofessional company, working in tandem with AAA Credit Service Collection Agency and the Law Offices of Marc Wasserman in what feels like a coordinated attempt to charge exorbitant fees and engage in predatory practices.
A&A Towing impounded my sister’s vehicle and failed to provide any notification about the towing, preventing us from retrieving it. Instead, they silently transferred the debt to AAA Credit Service Collection Agency, who then tried to collect on a bill we had no prior knowledge of. It’s clear this towing company operates without transparency and uses poor communication to ensure vehicle owners have no chance to resolve issues before fees skyrocket.
If your vehicle is towed by A&A Towing:
• Immediately request a copy of all fees and notifications associated with your vehicle.
• Demand written notification of all actions taken on the vehicle, including tow and storage dates.
• File complaints with the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) if you feel your rights have been violated.
Be cautious dealing with A&A Towing. Their lack of accountability, combined with a network of questionable business practices, suggests they prioritize profit over ethics.

My friend referred me to a&a towing glad he did they came out quick got me off the road late at night and back home safely and managed to get my car placed exactly where I needed it in my driveway with my other car inches away these guys are pros great price great service thanks will definitely call again if needed drivers name was bravo he was very polite thanks

this man did not help us, but we witnessed an amazing job done by him. tow truck driver CA261976 - truck #17- We noticed a tesla stuck in the sand and soon after A&A towing showed up and towed 2 cars out of the way, another car out of the sand and finally began working on getting the tesla out of the sand. it was very complicated as the tesla was deep in the sand and far from the parking lot, so we witnessed a symphony sort to speak of the tow truck driver pulling out all types of tricks and talent to get the man out. he never lost his cool or professionalism. amazing job! i wish i knew his name. I would trust calling this tow truck driver in a time of need.
I never leave reviews but I had to because A&A towing saved my a$$ tonight. I called them after one of my tires popped and the dude said a driver would arrive within 20-25 mins… and sure enough A driver named Yankee came to save me in 25 mins as promised. He was really cool and made this experience easy like Sunday morning. Thank you Yankee!!

This company was very reasonable and professional to us. The towing unit that they sent was not strong enough to handle the truck that we needed to be towed within our property. They referred us to Budget towing that finished the job that their equipment could not handle. There were no charges at all. We appreciate their referral which was very reasonable comparable to the other gouging towing companies in Long Beach. A and A towing has our business and the same goes to Budget towing!
This place is rude they work for century village at Carrillo. They do not come if you call them for a legitimate reason like your car is blocked in by some car that's illegally parked. But they come and tow your car when they want to because they have the right to come on this private property until because their contracted through century villages. One day my car was towed I have handicap my bumper was hanging over in the red but it was the only place to park I couldn't walk it was right across from the front gate security I asked the security if it was okay he said yes it's cool I went back out to my car 2 hours later after the pain subsided and my car was gone they treat you very rude on the phone talk to you like they're better than you with an attitude. If you call them in the middle of the night cuz your car was towed don't expect to get any information out of them and don't expect to get your car back until the next business day. But if someone is illegally parked and you can't park because that person is illegally parked they won't come if your car's blocked in by someone who's illegally parked and in the red they won't come
I called these people and the price was good but the person on the other line did not take my phone number down correctly. The dispatcher did not repeat the phone number and hung up after telling me the ETA of the driver was 1 hr. An hour goes by and I call him. He tells me I have to wait another hour because I did not answer my phone. He tell tells me that I gave him my own phone number incorrectly. He then proceeds to yell at me and tells me that I need to wait another hour. When I try to tell him that it is not fair to me to wait an hour because of a mistake that wasn't on my part he continues to yell at me and hangs up the phone. Absolutely unprofessional dispatcher.
After waiting 4+ hours the night before and 3 different towing companies canceling tows after they said it would only be 25-30min wait I called A&A Towing and to my surprise they showed up within the time frame they said. I was very fortunate to meet Greg and even tho he couldn’t take my vehicle right then and there because of miscommunication he proceeded to help me. He gave me his number, took my key and said he be back to get the car and would let me know when he picked up and deliver it to my home.

This business is not open 24 hours as they claim. The worker is in the office but would not let you pick up your car till 8 a.m. in the morning. I am not sure if it is legal or not that they keep your car for the whole night . I talked to the worker and he told me that’s the way it works. However, there’s no way to confirm that the information is accurate.
I would suggest this business to update their operating hours on the website and make sure what they are doing is legal. Otherwise, rest assured someone is going to find ways to make sure there is no violations going on there. All the best.
Great customer service, fast, dependable and honest. I had some clown parked all the way in my driveway when I went to drop off my kid at school. I waited for a bit to see if it was going to be moved and nothing. After an hour, I called the City towing services but it turns out that if the car is in your driveway instead of just blocking your driveway, it becomes your issue and you have to contact your own towing company.
I'm glad I found A&A because they showed up quickly and handled my driveway blocking issue. It sucks that people have no respect for private property, but I'm glad A&A was quick, honest and dependable. Would definitely use them again.
Yesterday, I lost a trailer tire and was lucky enough to have a very competent guy dispatched from A&A Towing. He changed the tire in record time besides exhibiting a high degree of skill and respect. In no time, we were out of that place. I will definitely call these guys any time need will arise.
Worst experience with this company!! And their fees are outrageous. And no to mention change of prices within an hour on the same day oh and let’s not forget they will charge you $98 if you want to get something out of your car. Another thing that I have to say is that when you hire a “secretary” or whatever the hell that white lady is make sure it’s not a meth/crackhead you hire. She was very rude, accelerated and would talk about one thing than another and was very insulting and rude and overall it was really frustrating dealing with her. You can tell by way that she looks and attends clients and the way she was acting that she was on drugs. I left some things in my car which weren’t there. Please find another tow company they will rob you out your pockets. I left my car in their storage for 6 hours and they charged me $347 plus the $98 fee to take things out my car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I recently received great service from A&A Towing. They were uniquely professional and really helpful. I must say that being stranded on the side of the road is never an enjoyable experience. I was so glad so when they came to my rescue exactly one hour after I called them. That was pretty fast and I must recommend them to all and sundry.
These guys are really good!
When I first called, they told me it would be 30 minutes. But, they arrived in about 15 minutes. I thought my car was going to be very difficult to move. They made it look effortless and it arrived the shop with no problems.
One other thing, I had parked my car in a 2 hour zone. If I had left it and came back later to deal with it, I would have gotten a ticket and possible towed/impounded. So, for a few dollars more than a ticket, they saved me from spending even more money.
This was the most smoothest tow I have ever had. We were stranded and about 3 1/2 hours from my home in Lake Mary and had no idea what to do. We luckily got a tow from A&A Towing. We're glad we did. Truck number one made our ride excellent. The ETA was an hour but another truck became available and arrived 30 mins early!! It was pretty awesome since we just wanted to get home. He loaded us up, drove us from Miami and unloaded us! With no issues! This tow company is awesome thank you for your service!!
