Johnny came to the rescue! Very personable and efficient. He kept me updated and was very transparent about his arrival time, unlike some other companies that give you unreal ETAs.
The driver, Santos was very courteous and professional. He kept constant contact on his way to pick us up since we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. He is safety-minded and towed us back home to Fresno. We highly recommend. 10 Stars!
You've got to be a special kind of stupid to tailgate multiple vehicles then illegally cross double white lines to ride the HOV lane in an EMPTY flatbed with your company logo on it.
Wack as place! The lady “if that’s what you wanna call her” was unbelievable rude. We had a truck get stolen and it was missing for a little over a year..CHP recently found it “stripped to just a bare cab” they had it towed by High Desert ..we showed up at the office with the pink slip to hand them because we wanted to see if the truck still had the specialty plate to it because it was my dads before he passed and we thought them having the proper paperwork would make it easy on them to junk the truck..well…when when the lady “if that’s what you wanna call her” found out that we weren’t going to pay the impound fees for our stolen truck that’s basically just scrap at this point she lost it and at the flip of the switch became very rude with the tone of her voice and started talking down to me with a very degrading tone telling me that if I wasn’t paying the fees the pink slip is useless to them…but I always thought you needed a tittle to junk a vehicle…so we left with the tittle and now they can jump through the hoops trying to dispose of the truck…very unprofessional place sucks you gotta give a star to leave a review..I take my star back.
My husband and I were rescued by your driver Carlos yesterday evening. I can’t say enough about how professional and wonderful he was . He got us home safely and with much care and concern for our situation! THANK YOU Carlos !!!!!

I would highly recommend High Desert Towing! Their driver Carlos was exceptional, displaying excellent skills, being personable, and efficiently completing the job. Not only did they arrive promptly when contacted, but they also saved our camping trip, which was on the verge of being ruined due to two flat tires. Their service was a true lifesaver, and we are incredibly grateful. Five stars well-deserved!

I'd give ZERO ?s if I could. AAA sent these people to give us fuel. The driver came w/an unmarked container, spilled some & then needed my husband to hold the funnel for him. He left, we filled up the gas tank with premium, traveled a few miles before our jeep sputtered and misfired and died. AAA sent these guys again. This time the driver stated a discrepancy between what the miles were to our house and what miles would be covered... He went from unprofessional to rude and hostile. He stated he would mark the miles and anything over 7 miles would be $10 mile... and if we dont pay he will take my truck!
Well That ESCALATED quickly!
I said he would not be towing my truck because 1) we have more than 7 miles coverage 2) we only needed to go 5.6 miles away... Plus 3) I wanted him to attempt a jump for JIC while i called AAA to resolve coverage issue.
Once I told him he would not be towing my truck.. he turned around, put the tow bed back up and drove off without another word.
No discussion, just left.
He was obviously too lazy to actually help.
AAA sent another company out and eventually were towed off the side of the very busy hwy and 100 degree weather.
We are taking our truck in and I'll update if bad fuel from the first driver is determined to be another factor involved.
This location should have its AAA contract revoked. I am writing as they refused to come make a fuel delivery to my stranded vehicle the middle of a mild thunderstorm. My baby and wife and I got stranded by AAA due to this company's unwillingness to do their job.
