Ran into a situation with Auto Quest Dismantling Inc , in which my order was placed they said the quarter panel was already cut and ready to go. The very next day we called that we didn’t need it , of course I can pay a restocking fee, they just wouldn’t want to help don’t order parts as they will not help if your order or insurance makes last minute decisions. They will not try to solve your problem because they’re only worried about selling customer service is horrible as they don’t care about the customer

Great used engine. Low miles as described. They even replaced the timing belt and water pump before purchase and didn't charge extra. Will definitely be our go to guys for quality used parts.
Sold me an engine with zero compression across the board, made me give them a deposit because they needed to check compression and do a leak down test so I thought these guys must be legit. Wrong, when the engine was installed it never started and the guy said to put trans fluid in the cylinders to free stuck pistons rings (I thought they did leak down and compression test before that's why they required deposit). The only thing they did do right was honor there 90 day warranty but the could of been litigated in a small claims court so there's no argument there. The core they returned to me was not the one I gave them. The guy upfront is rude as hell and a straight liar the reviews on here must be from friends and family. Two stars cuz they did honor there 90 day warranty.
Please Be Careful . Terrible service, Takes your money for parts and when there is a problem they wont make it right or give a refund. Robert is rude with bad language and will hang up on you and then wont answer the phone when you try and call back. Classless. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!...........

I called auto quest looking for a good used transmission for my Honda Accord and not only were they courteous but also knowledgeable about the parts they sell. They were able to sell me the correct transmission and even cleaned it for me before I picked it up. They were also nice enough to include some of the hardware that I was missing. Really professional and knowledgeable guys with 100% transparency and honesty! I’m only going to them from now on.
Bought a part, paid cash and they wouldn't give me a receipt or proof of purchase. I know if it doesn't work they won't do anything to remedy the issue
And no i didnt forget my invoice. The bald man said id have to pay 16 dollars for a copy of the invoice. Dont try to lie the truth will come out eventually
They take the core from other core put together and that's what you're buying, is it factory refurbished? No, is it properly tested and checked by a qualified technician? No, is the part below market value price is at too good to be true? Lol

Careful FRAUD ALERT they will sell used damage car parts as insurance quality. Sold a 2013 civic door as insurance quality l, door is bent they don't back up their product .

I got the best price compared to competition, and the part was throughly tested and were in touch to make sure the process was going right during mounting ,if we had a question. it's working great. They really are taking customer service seriously. Highly recommend.
spoke to robert went to this location sold me a part for 2 minutes owner was ridiculously desperate that couldn't give me my full amount i paid which was $100 gives me back $50 bucks back i would never go back and for anyone else trying to buy parts here stay away worst business out in lancaster. For me a review is worth more then my money back YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED IT MORE THEN ME. Then insults me horrible no customer service base.
WORST customer service EVER. They literally don't care to help you at all there. Wish I didn't waste the time going there and dealing with the 2 men that work there. I asked to have the part changed that's it. I didn't even want my money back and they refused and literally walked away from me and left me talking to myself. WHAT A NIGHTMARE> IF you can avoid going in there AVOID the headache! If I could give it a 0 star I would have. I will also go to BBB and reviewing.
I ordered a ABS module for my 2007 Camry. I received my part within a week so I was happy about that. It was in good condition as well. Very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend then.

But if anything is wrong, they will not refund your money!!! The owner said they couldnt refund my money for a no good transmission because they were not sure if it was theres!! All writing on the transmission matched theirs!!
