Contacted Triple A because my vehicle had broken down in the more rural side of Lancaster and this company countrywide towing got sent out and immediately after triple A confirmed the company the driver called me and confirmed my location and said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was, he got there loaded our vehicle and we were on our way to our destination. The driver was super nice and very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 service.

I got stranded at 4:30am on my way to work called AAA for a tow after hanging up with AAA I got a call from Countrywide tow they told me they would be getting to me in one hour 30 minutes after dispatch had called I got a call from the driver he asked me for the address I was going too gave him the address told me he was gonna call me back after confirming the address with dispatch to make sure they both had the same address never called me back I waited 20 minutes called there office number from which they had called me never answered the phone after waiting over an hour I called back AAA they told me they had called and they were told they were on there way I waited till almost 9am for a towing truck to show up the dispatch lady is very rude there truck drivers look like they don’t like there job don’t have manners and very rude worst service I’ve had from a towing company

Driver showed up quickly=1 star After that it went downhill fast, first he started with your membership is only classic or standard and won't cover the flat tire change. I tried to show him my account but he wasn't having it, actually said good by n good luck got in his truck as I was trying to see if I could pay him cash just to break loose the lug nuts n tighten the 5 in total not even rusted, he didn't really want to do this job at all or is just rude n to lazy either way had to call AAA again and they verified I had premium plus RV coverage and cannot understand what happened, only clue is that my AAA account is nor cal n this is so cal so they said they didn't have to Honor it. This part is on AAA for allowing this kind of transaction to even be a possibility. That said you're taking your chances with this place, ok maybe it's just this driver but who knows the office seemed to back him up, so good luck but I'd try another location first either way. Update: I did get AAA to send another driver from another company who was awesome, he never asked me for anything, jumped out and kicked ass, had us back on the road in under 7 minutes.

I got a blowout in the middle of nowhere with my 3 large dogs in the car. We were going on vacation and it was 80 degrees. I was so glad when my tow driver showed up with his flatbed and got me to a nearby tire shop. Great service and really punctual!!

Garage people quoted 450 for tow I said ok. 5 minutes later AAA said they could do it. They would never answer the phone I cancelled by email 5 minutes later. They charged me 150.00. When ever I call to ask what happened they just hang up on me. DONT CALL THEM!!!!!!

They helped with a difficult situation and were very patient and understanding. The dispatchers were extremely polite and professional. The driver was a total stud and was able to do several difficult maneuvers on the pick up and delivery. Highly recommended. They were dispatched by Auto Club and arrived so quickly.

Such a great company with awesome staff! My driver Kyle was quick to get to me and load up my car. He got me and my car to my destination safe and sound. Very friendly and professional company. 10/10 will be using them again if a tow truck is needed.

Daniel just replaced my battery and out of a rating from 1 to 10, Daniel is an 11!!! He was kind and efficient knew what he was doing and totally lifted the spirits of an 80 yr old lady who was really worried about being able to drive my car. Thanks again gor fast and very efficient service.

Very strange situation. Went to go get the car key in the house to put the car in neutral so it could be towed. I came back out and the tow truck driver was LITERALLY jamming a screw driver in the center console of my car prying around the gear shift. Immediately i asked him to stop. He then took huge offense called his office then left . No tow they refused service. NEVER has anything like this happend to me . I am a kind person. Their was an element of mental illness on the tow truck drivers part and the owners believed him and not me DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY

All I can do is tell the truth. I called needed a tow asap. Another company wouldn't even consider picking my car up. They asked me my address and destination, gave me a price, paid over the phone, they showed up in 10 minutes and done. I called at 8:15 am. It is now 8:45 .

Best service ever! I’d been waiting for almost 2 hours for Allwayz towing just for them not to show up. Apparently Allways towing stops taking call services for AAA after 7pm but don’t notify client of the change. Countrywide towing came to the rescue after waiting on this other unprofessionally towing company. Happy with Countrywide towing service and for there fast response after hearing about our wait time with this other company. It took countrywide towing about 15 minutes to come help us. Thank you and I will keep you in my contacts for any future service that I might need. Best customer service as well by the way!!

This company was contracted by AAA. Company made us wait seven hours and never showed up. Didn’t call us to tell us they weren’t coming. When we called at 2:00 a.m., told us their tow truck driver went home to sleep, and we were told they’re not coming. Horrible experience. Would never recommend.

Countrywide Was hired by my Allstate roadside assistance. Was given a 2 hour eta by countrywide. After 2.5 hours wait. Countrywide delayed it another hour. After that hour Countrywide ends up canceling tow. Now I have to wait for a different company. Very unprofessional. Wasted a days work now because of them.

A complete joke of a company. 60 min eta, 90 mins later they call me saying they're on their way. Another 30 min eta. Then they say the address entered said 170th st instead of 17th st when that's not possible seeing as my lazy self copied and pasted the address from my work's website and double checked before hitting submit. now they're really on their way. Jokes on me. He didn't arrive on time. So I spent over 2 hours waiting for help that was never coming

I had to used them twice in 1 week. And I have to stay the receptionist I spoke too and the tow guy were amazingly cool and fast. I will definitely keep them on speed dile when I need them again.

I called to have roadside assistance to change a flat tire on a 2019 Transit. ETA was 60-90 Min. I got my confirmation text message and waited for 90 minutes. No one showed up. I called to get a status and the lady advised me that the driver was 20 minutes out. 30 min later no show. I called for the 2nd time to get a status and I was told the driver was stuck on a call in Lake LA. The dispatcher told me once he’s done there I was next. One house later (4 and a half hours later) I called to get an update again. I provided my information like the previous times and now I was told by the same dispatcher lady that they don’t have a work order for my vehicle. WHAT!!!????!!! I kept my cool and I asked how is it that my previous calls she was able to pull my work order and now all of a sudden she can’t find it. This is the WORST towing company I have ever dealt with. The dispatcher asked if I was paying cash and I said No, it was going thru Ford. Her tone changed and said “Well there’s nothing I can do, I have no order for you and I don’t have a driver available.” She also stated that I made a mistake and I was calling the wrong tow company. So if I was paying cash she would have sent one. It seems like they pick up the cash jobs and ignore the Inssurance calls. I have one start review because I could give zero or negative stars. Before I lost my cool I hung up on her. I called Ford roadside assistance and they were able to see the open order assigned to the Countrywide. Take your business else where where they will appreciate your business.

3 strikes they are out, 1st time was 2016 or 2017, needed tow from lake la to hi vista, it was to be 7.5 miles with 7 miles free AAA, AAA said no problem no charge for the half mile. Tow truck arrived 4 hours late, he past the left turn to 190th st, do he turned on 200th st. The driver actually stopped and dropped.my car on the 7th mile now leaving me 2 Miles away, this is middle of nowwhere Mojave desert. 2nd time was summer 2021 I needed fuel, arrived 3 hours late, then refused and left me stranded because I was parked in dirt road about 1 block away from paved Ave J. I told the driver to pour me 1 gallon into my gas can, he refused. 3rd and final time is right now 11/18/2021 for a jump start, 4 hours late but when I call they keep saying 10 - 15 mins. I cancelled, i have a Craigslist $25 reconditioned battery being delivered.

Joe was our tech this morning. Best tow truck driver we have ever had.. and we have had more than our fair share. He was prompt, professional, fast, even cleanly dressed and friendly. Joe was so great we would return to Country Wide just because of him.

Here's some photos of what happened to my car after the ETA passed that Countrywide towing was supposed to arrive after being dispatched by AAA. All my vehicle needed was a jumpstart. But due to POSSIBLE bad weather in the area they weren't going to come out. They cancelled and never told us. And AAA never notified us either. We found out about the cancellation after CHP contacted AAA when I called to report the accident. Had we not been hit who knows how long we would have had to sit on the side of the road in the vehicle that won't turn on, in the snow, and with limited food and water. This company is worthless!!!!! And if we should have to pay for anything out of pocket as a result of the accident we will definitely pass the bill on to Countrywide Towing for NEVER showing up and NEVER contacting us to cancel!

Today I called roadside assistance through my insurance company and was sent a representative from Country Wide Towing. The driver's name was Bruce, and upon arriving to my gated community, called me to let me know he needed me to let him in the gate. I thought this was strange, because when I made the call I was sure to mention that I could not get into my vehicle to retrieve my gate remote and so provided the code for entry. When I relayed this information to Bruce, he told me that he didn't know how to use the code, even though the instructions are printed on the code box. I knew already that the real issue was simply that he hadn't bothered to walk up to the code box to attempt to enter the code in the first place. I reminded him that I had no way to retrieve the remote and that I would be happy to stay on the line with him while he approached the code box in case he needed me to walk him through it. Apparently, he was able to figure it out because a few minutes later, he was in. When Bruce arrived at my home and looked at my 2001 Toyota Camry, he proceeded to explain to me that the reason he suspected my car would not respond to the key fob to unlock was a common issue he sees in "these Hondas," in which the battery blows out a fuse. He stated that he would jump start the car and that if that didn't work, he would send someone out to replace both the fuse and the battery. He repeated himself several times, always referring to my Toyota as a Honda. Next, Bruce hooked a pair of jumper cables to the protective cover over the battery terminals and flipped a switch on the outside of his vehicle. Nothing happened. He explained that it was just as he'd "seen a million times with these Hondas," and that he would send his battery guy right out. He left. After he left, I called Country Wide Towing directly to ask a few questions about what felt like a suspicious situation. They proceeded to look up my case, which was for a Honda Pilot which I do not own, and explain that I was going to be charged for and delivered a new battery and fuse to be replaced at my expense. I asked her to cancel this and called my insurance company back. The insurance company tried to make contact with the driver after this, but he had chosen not to answer any more calls. They sent another tow company out to tow my car to a mechanic where I would have to leave it to be looked at tomorrow. Upon arriving (and having no issue with the gate) and hearing about my experience, the driver for this other company said he'd seen this many times. Country Wide Towing has a quota for the number of batteries they need to sell each month. Drivers are going out to calls and pretending to test batteries, then selling their batteries to these victims when they don't even need it. To prove it, the new tow truck driver showed me exactly where to clamp the cables, and right in front of me he started my car right up. This company has been around forever, and nobody questions them. My eyes were opened today. I will never trust this company again, and I will do my best to let people know about how they tried to scam me. I took the battery to auto zone to have it tested and confirmed that it is a perfectly good battery that did not need to be changed (it's less than a year old). Be careful of these wolves in sheep's clothing.

Car wouldn’t start this morning and I needed a jump start. They arrived about 15 minutes after I requested service (maybe even less, they were super quick). Got my car running, and I was able to go on with my day. Quick, efficient and friendly. Very satisfied, thanks guys!

One of their drivers hit my father's car while he was leaving. He didn't say anything about it. We saw the damage the next day. I called the company and the manager is NEVER in. I finally was able to speak with her and she said she would talk to the driver and call me back. Never heard from her. I had to hunt her down. Wherever i call and ask for her they ask what my name is and as soon i say my name, they tell me she is not in. Sounds like she told them whenever i call not to transfer the call. I attempted to reach her another time and gave me this sob story about the driver that hit my car and that some of her workers were working on this big project a couple weeks ago. I was understanding and she said she will call me back. It's been 2 weeks since I've spoken to her! I'm going through my own personal stuff and now i have to deal with a hit and run caused by countrywide towing and I'm not telling them my sob story. The manager is avoiding me at all costs. If this doesn't get fixed, i will take legal action. Pick your battles. Either we can take care of this issue one on one or we can take it to court, where a hit and run is a crime and will be taken care of.
