My husband and I needed a tow last night and the guy who gave us a tow was extremely helpful. His name was Zev, and he was very professional and worked quickly despite some unfortunately complications. The dispatcher we spoke to kept arguing with me about the pick up address. I kept trying to clarify where we needed assistance and he was sure he had the right address and I was wrong. That interaction with the dispatcher ended with him sending the tow truck 10 miles in the wrong direction. We had to wait extra time at 3am for this to be corrected. Overall, Zev was amazing and deserves a raise for the service he showed last night, but the dispatcher needs more training.
Amazing service! Driver arrived very shortly after my service call and expertly managed the tow to my dealership. I tracked the progress the whole way. The tow truck driver, Ryan, was truly a gem and very helpful!!

Excellent service from Dominique from Urgent Towing who had our car going by properly jump starting our car.
I knew there was something fishy with the other two tow trucks. The first from American Eagle didn't know what he was doing and made our car sparked. Then he abandoned us for a call that we don't even know is legit. He named all kinds of things that could be wrong with our car (starter, alternator) then bolted. Didn't even check the life of the battery he just didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. The second one from All Star Towing looked too out of it to even do anything. Like the first, he didn't ask for id and we had to flag them to get them to where we are. Didn't even bother to try and jump the car. But Dominique was legit the only professional guy we know who knew what he was doing and we are grateful he saved the day! He was ready and thorough to do what he can to get us going.
unfortunately, we had a flat tire with a rental vehicle inside the parking garage at LAX. Dorian, the urgent towing rep was fantastic. Dorian was creative in his thinking of how to get the truck repaired and back to the rental car garage. Dorian went out of his way to provide wisdom, comfort and efficiency throughout the whole process. It could have been a major setback to our time in Los Angeles, but Dorian worked with Alamo to ensure that we were back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks, Dorian.
I want to give more than 5 stars and even 10 stars to the towing service here. All the services were fantastic. Yesterday my car suddenly stopped moving, so I contacted the road side service. The estimated arrival time was 45 minutes, but it took 15 minutes. It was really fast. It was really hard to get the car out of my home garage and connect it to the towing truck, but the driver didn't give up until the end and dropped off the towing as well as to the service center. The driver's name is Hose. Kind, knowledgeable, and absolutely brilliant. Thank you soooo~ much Hose !!!

Urgent Towing helped me out of a tough spot when I saw that I had a flat tire in the rear and a nail in the passenger side . My insurance had me on hold forever so I just bit the bullet and got an outside towing service.I called and they quoted me a fair price and was in my location in 30 minutes. The dispatcher was courteous and fast.Jose was the driver and he was quick with loading the suv, courteous and knowledgeable. We were at the tire shop in less than 10 minutes. I felt very comfortable, safe and in good hands. In the future, I will call Urgent Towing first when needed.
Zev truly saved my night! It’s my anniversary, and my Nissan Leaf is completely dead. Another tow truck already come by but left without even checking the inside, saying they couldn’t get it out of the garage. Then Zev showed up and he not only diagnosed what went wrong but also towed me home and took the time to explain possible fixes. His expertise and professionalism were outstanding. From now on, this team will be my first call whenever I need help! 10-stars!

My driver was so awesome, he fixed my lift gate which was falling off which was why I needed the tow in the first place. He was super courteous and careful with my car and just lovely. Most definitely highly recommend.
I had the most unusual situation, dealing with a car with mold from sitting in the garage for three months. However, Carlos came to save the day. He was so polite and professional absolutely one of the best tow trucks I’ve ever encountered. Expertly pulled my car out of the parking spot so that he could hitch to his truck. When we got to the destination, he unloaded quickly and then we found out the battery was dead and quickly jumpstarted the car. Really professional AAA service.
I recently needed a tow for my BMW X1, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, the staff was very professional and reassuring. The tow truck arrived exactly when they said it would, which was a huge relief since I was stranded and worried about my car.

Thank you Urgent Towing! It was my first experience ordering towing service. The man I spoke to on the phone was friendly, attentive and patient. I don't speak English very well, but he easily understood my location on the highway. He immediately told me the cost of the service was $285 for 30 miles of travel, 1.5 hours in traffic. I don't know if that's a lot or a little, but it suited me. Overall, it was comfortable.
The top of the line driver Rez came out within literally a few minutes in the middle of the night to a private lot and got me out of one of the worst pickles of my recent life. $150 tip well deserved, I truly can’t be thankful enough
My Morning was off to a Horrible start. Super long story short my Tesla died. Urgent Towing to the rescue. I was blessed to have/meet Bernard and Zev. They reassured me I was in good hands. They both are extremely professional and a bit comedic. You can see the passion they take in representing themselves and company. These two together are like top tier super heros.

Hi Mr. Rez from Urgent Towing LLC: we owe you a solid 5-star! The driver was very responsive and arrived very soon in about 20 minutes after we make the request. We went to their nearby office for a temporary car storage, and it was definitely a safe place with lots of surveillance cameras and with people staying overnight at their office. They also have gates and provide full protection to whoever left their damaged car there.
On the same day we had another drama in addition to our car crash: we got scammed by another fake roadside assistance service provider who claimed to be sent by our insurance company and towed our car to their place in order to charge us expensive storage fees. After we found out and requested our car back, it was Mr. Rez from Urgent Towing that took care of all the rest of the mess. We did not quite trust him at the beginning, but he was patient enough to fully convince us that we could leave our car at their place.
The driver arrived quickly and was very and ensured my safety was of paramount concern, first. The owner also called to announce the pending arrival of the driver. Both were personable and cared for me as a human being and took great care of my towing experience.
I no longer call AAA because the service I receive from my BMW Roadside Service partners is unmatched.

Outstanding service. Had a guy pulled up within 20 minutes of my location. Quickly loaded up and helped me troubleshoot and moved my car into the garage. I got several quotes for the night and urgent towing was significantly faster and had better pricing.
So, I'm going to start by saying, AAA really messed up. When all was said and done, from the time I called them to the time my car and I actually got picked up, it was 3 hours and 15 minutes. They contacted 3 different tow companies then canceled the calls. At one point the truck had arrived, according to their stupid chat bot. Then the driver drove away without even talking to me. When they finally contacted Urgent Towing, the sent the request for service then canceled it multiple times according to the driver. There is much more to this story and my interactions with AAA, but let's get to the silver lining, which is dealing with Urgent Towing. They called me personally because they weren't sure what was going on. I told them I did need a tow and they immediately dispatched Jose. Jose called me and told me he was headed my way and would be there in 1 hour and 10 minutes. He ended up showing up in about 35 minutes. He apologized for the delay, which was not his fault in the least. Then got my car on his truck quickly and we were on our way. He was such a nice guy and we had a great conversation on our drive. Both the dispatch and tow driver were super helpful and professional. I can't recommend Urgent Towing enough. They're awesome!

I want to sincerely thank URGENT TOWING LLC for being my saving grace. AFTER MY KEYS WERE STOLEN/LOST, I WAS alone, stranded after the Kendrick Lamar and SZA concert at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, keep in mind im a woman in an empty parking lot at 12am , I had AAA, but they kept me waiting for over 3.5 hours starting at 1130 PM with no help. Cold and exhausted, I started calling around—and thank God I found this amazing company.
When I called, Helena, the dispatcher, answered. She was so humble, warm-hearted, and genuinely kind—she made me feel safe and taken care of from the very first moment. Within 20 minutes, Rezek arrived to tow my car. He was professional, respectful, and honest. He gave me a fair quote, didn’t overcharge, and even worked with my budget
But what meant the most was how Rezeck took his time unloading my car in my driveway in the Menifee/Perris area—after towing it all the way from Inglewood. Thats a 2hr drive He didn’t rush, handled my car with so much care, and made sure everything was done right.
It’s rare to find people like this in the towing industry. REZEK, the owner, clearly runs this company with heart and integrity. You can tell they care more about people than just profit.They could have easily try to squeeze me dry since I was a desprate position to go home , but they did not. Carlos told us this was one of the hardest jobs he’s had in 18 years after he was done. He made it look like he does this all the time. My SUV was bricked in the garage and he patiently maneuvered inch by inch to get it onto the dolly, into the alley and then backed out onto the one way street with cars parked on both sides. We were so impressed. There had already been 2 other tow companies out that couldn’t do it, but Carlos was committed and got the job done like a pro.
Had a wonderful experience with Zeveron. He took care of everything and made sure the car was taken care of. Went above and beyond what I expect of service and is an excellent employee.
