Great Experience here today! My truck all of a sudden started having charging issues where the battery light came on. I pulled up to O’reilly to confirm the problem. The Associate Mindy was very helpful within minutes to come out and test for verification. Was very Professional and Thorough pulling up the right part for my vehicle.
I was also able to confirm a second problem with my other vehicle, a Honda CRV, and walked out with parts for both. Thanks Mindy and Tony!
Brought in 2 batteries to recycle. Went to Auto Zone first and they said they could do it but couldn’t figure out how to do it in the computer. They just shrugged their shoulders. Came to O-o-o Reilly’s and Nina and Ms Kat got it figured out in 1 minute!

It's a wonderful Auto parts store with great people that will help you with every Auto part need rather they have to find it or already have it on hand.
They were really nice and spent a lot of time trying to help me with information on a bad rip off mechanic that I paid to do work on my car that he never did any work but he charged me about 6 thousand dollars as if he did something besides held my hostage for over a month. So I really appreciate all of their time and help because they didn't have to go out of his way to help me. I am sorry that I don't know the gentleman name but he was awesome.
