Yoel was the man who helped us out. He arrived fast and got us through the whole process without any issues. He was so helpful and eased our minds during the whole situation. It was freezing and he totally saved us. Very reliable service, I know who to call if I ever need help again. Thank you!!

I have to admit when I first called the towing company I was skeptical about using them as it was my first time. From the moment the driver Yoel called, I knew I made the right choice. He was accessible and kind. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and actually showed up earlier than promised. He was professional and exceeded all expectations. His service was excellent and I will definitely use him again and refer him to all my friends. Yoel made a very stressful situation pleasant. You never know what you are going to get when you call a tow truck company but Yoel is what you hope for!!

Yoel was awesome towing my car after a fender bender. It was a rough day and he made a painful process easy, calmed me down, and was just the most supportive towing expert you could ask for. On top of that he was so quick and knew exactly what he was doing. Had full confidence in him. Booking his service was easy, everyone in the process was great and understanding. Finally, this was a pretty affordable tow. I don’t have much experience, but for the quality, great price!! Thank you Yoel!!

i was stuck on melrose and i called for a towing and this company did such an amazing job with communicating with me about how much pricing would be, as well as keeping me in touch with how far the diver would arrive to my destination. the driver Yoel was so AMAZING! he was so nice on the phone and upon his arrival he let me know he was 5 mins away. i informed him i would meet him at my drop off spot but i would be a little late and he had no problem with that. PLUS when i got there he had already parked my car for me which was so helpful. he was so amazing, kind and friendly. everything you want from a towing driver. thank you yoel.

I have personally used ole and sons towing for three different vehicles in my family, my father’s Mercedes, my mustang and my motorcycle, and all times Yoel has been my tow truck driver and has done a phenomenal job. He along with his company is incredibly reliable. We waited for triple a for three hours before calling them, and yoel was here in less than 35 minutes. Hopefully I will never have to use theme again (cause I hope I don’t break down again!) but when the inevitable happens ole and sons will be the first company I call. If you need a tow, just call them. Yoel came and towed us at 2:00 in the morning on a Sunday, which speaks volumes into how reliable this company is.

My keys were stolen and and I needed my car towed to the dealer. My insurance arranged for towing service. The first 2 companies drove by without stopping or calling me and canceled the service without my knowledge. The car was in an underground garage with a low clearance. Ole’s service not only texted me but Ali called with his exact arrival. He asked how my day was going and was very warm and friendly. His truck could not clear the entrance and his response was “no problem we’ll go to plan b”. He immediately pushed my car quite some distance to get it in position to connect to his truck. He went above and beyond my expectations. Ali is a huge asset to your company and I am so grateful for the service he provided. I told him he was my hero! I had spent 4 hours that morning trying to deal with the other companies. Going out side to wait when they would text an eta then just drive by. So disappointed with their response and lack there of. Needing tow service is always a trying time for people so I can’t express enough how impressed I was with Ali and your company. I will highly recommend your service to anyone I know in need. Yoel was SO professional and thorough. He went above and beyond what any other tow truck driver would do. He picked up my truck without me being there so I could go home and not have to wait, dropped it at the dealership, dropped my key in the night drop with all of my info AND what he thought might be wrong with it! Did I mention he sent me a photo of my truck safe and sound. Yoel, YOU ROCK MAN! Thank you so much for giving me piece of mind and a good night’s sleep.

I used them last night. In most cases of towing, the customer experience isn’t something anyone wants to be in. Leading up to the driver showing up, the experience was average at best with the various representatives and the automated phone system. However, the driver Yoel was awesome and turned everything around. Coincidentally, he showed up on time, was friendly, professional, down to earth, could tell he enjoyed his job, and actually made the experience “fun”. I would personally recommend Yoel if I could.

Yoel was a superb driver. Courteous and helpful and he placed my car in a hard to access place in my driveway with such precision that it blew me away. Had he not been willing and able to achieve this feat i probably would have lost my car to the city. This dudes an ace and if you get lucky and he helps you out you're getting the very best.

Yoel from Ole & Sons was what we needed in our stressful situation at 3am. My 09 Mustang's belt came off of its pullys deeming it undeliverable. Yoel was very kind and a great person to talk to during a time like this. I recommend their towing service, I will be using them again in the future! Thank you guys!

I used their service in the end of January and since then i wanted to write a review. My battery died suddenly and my insurance company used the services of Ole & Sons. The person who came to help me was Joel. It was 1am when all that happen. He was very professional, friendly and caring. He tried jump starting my battery but it didn't worked so he took my car to the shop where i requested. Where afterwards on the next day i needed a new alternator actually. Everything went smooth and i'm very greatful for the help that i receive. Thank you very much!!! Great service!!!

I’m extremely grateful for Ole & Sons and the way they conduct business. They were so professional and empathetic toward me and my situation. I ran out of gas on the side of the freeway and they were there in less then an hour, their customer service was incredible! Yoel communicated with me every step of the way... I will 100% recommend them to all of my friends and family. You don’t find great customer service that goes above and beyond like this often so I am just extremely grateful and appreciative of the service and experience they gave me.

I blew out my tire late at night but Yoel came to tow my car back to my apartment building. He was very professional, polite and easygoing. The whole night was super easy to deal with and he changed my tire into my spare without any issues. It was great service

What an EXCELLENT service from Yoel Leal! I needed my vehicle to be towed and Yoel kept me and my husband updated with his estimated time of arrival. In addition, he was able to tow my vehicle, which had an aftermarket bumper (lowered). Yoel was friendly, had excellent communication, and a truly genuine person to wait with us until a Uber arrived. I can't thank Yoel enough for all his hard work! I highly recommend this company because of the excellent service received by Yoel!

Yoel at Ole & Sons was an amazing down to earth tow truck driver. My wife and I needed a flat bed for our car that had a fiberglass body kit. He arrived in the time frame that was given, and even called us to update his ETA twice. We really appreciated that. On top of that he was a true gentleman and waited for us until our Uber ride came. They also have ramps instead of wood planks for extra ground clearance for loading. Great hard working employee and great person.

My car got broten into at a private parking garage called Value Park LAX in Inglewood. All my things got stolen and my car battery died due to the thief leaving the doors open. I was confused and felt vulnerable dur to the events. Yoel was sent out to help me with my problem. He was very professional, on time and just a real person. He heard me out, he cared and went out of his way to make sure I was OK. He jump started my car and didn't leave the location until he was sure my car wouldn't died. I never experienced customer service like this before. On a night that was so horrible for me, this company and Yoel made it a lot better. I'm very thankful for all your help Yoel, God bless you, I hope you never change. 🙏

My tow truck driver was Yoel & he ROCKS, he has such an amazing vibe about him, right away he welcomed me with a warm smile!!! What a personable guy, I not only felt SUPER safe with him showing up to help me before 5:00am, but he has to be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! It was late a night when I went to get in my car and panicked when I found out I had a flat tire. After making a few calls and finding a lot of companies were closed for the night Ole & Sons saved the day for me or should I say night! First off Brian who I spoke too on the phone was super nice and inviting. He got straight to the point, gave me my quote and instructions in order to get my tire fixed. Yoel came to fix my tire. He was very nice, efficient and I was comfortable speaking with him while he quickly fixed my tire. Within a hour of calling them I was back on the road ! I highly suggest using this company if you ever have any problems in Los Angeles !!!
