Daniel at this location was so kind and genuine. We came in for a belt replacement, but he went above & beyond to get to the root of the problem in our truck to resolve that. He answered all of our questions. Amazing.
Great service!! I showed up in a pickle, I broke the wheel studs off my wife's minivan and needed to replace 5 (don't use a torque wrench to fully tighten your lug nuts hah). Showed up, the person assisting me was kind and helpful! Only downside is this location has way less supplies than other locations, but not a big deal if you check what you need on their website prior to arriving (as is common practice). Keep up the good work!
My go-to parts place. The staff here are super helpful and really go out there ways to help you find the right parts you need. The staff is super friendly and attentive to what you are looking for. Anyone in the store is more than knowledgeable to help you carry out the right part..

Very convenient, stays open until 10:00pm it allowed me to get the job done and have more fun in the weekend. Very friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend this auto parts store.
One of the associates who works here by the name of Luis is always so helpful and knowledgeable at the Santa Fe Ave and Gage location. I have a closer auto parts store but I prefer to drive further out to get excellent customer service.
Went the other day always it's in and out great service. But the other day when I walked in I was being helped by one of the girls that works there. Woman walked in behind me and started giving orders and I was like just took over her and started helping me but started ordering me what to buy was very rude very sloppy looking clothes were wrinkled hair not combed look like a homeless person he said that was his first day there you think he'd look nice nothing very rude obnoxious give me a bad time all the time I was there I won't go back to that O'Reilly's again because of him

It's a small store but I was able to find parts for my old 93 civic at reasonable cost...what I really enjoyed was good staff...I was able to special order 50amp screw on fuse for6$pick up in 24 hours...I'll be there at the same time to pick up the goods......service
You're lucky if you get a parking space. However, the customer service was excellent!! As soon as I came in I was helped right away! 5 star treatment for sure!!
I order a part for my and it didn't fit so i call and they put me on hold for about 15 min so I hanged up and call back just to be on hold again for 30min and the person I talk to told me that she couldn't do anything if I could hold so I can speak the the manager so I told her to tell her manager to call me when he had a chance that was about 6 or 7 hrs ago that's not what I expect from o'reillys maybe autozone smh
