Customer service is horrible!!! All of them, they just want to take your money not help! The ladies told me cause I asked to be taking off the call list. She replied in a rude manner. I replied your team has poor customer service and she said so does your mother. I feel sorry for your mother! Im happy i didnt buy a car from there.

Don’t waste your time this place is a scam . All they want is your money. When he answered I told him I didn’t have good credit and I was looking to buy he said the cheapest car I have is 11k I need you to bring me $2500 the more money you bring the better. with no damn shame. I will take my money somewhere else. Mind you this call lasted less than one minute Don’t be fooled by these scammers!
This is the best dealership in LA! They really car about you and Mohamed is the nicest finance manager I ever meet. I told him I had $2000 down and he got me approved with $1500 and left me money in my pocket! He is amazing!!
This car dealer is way better than Carworld, in which just 5 minutes walk. The managers and staff are very welcome and they are communicative. I mean, compared to CarWorld which they ignore you, this place very warm and professional. I want to appreciate Mr. Ty for explaining a lot of things for us in a very respectful tone and kind!

Don’t waste your time with these guys . Cars are over priced and salespeople laugh at you or hang up on you. Their game is they will give you 6 mos to pay your down payment that is if you have a 700+ credit score otherwise they want 25% as a down and that only gets you a POs car for $11k if you want a $20k car the downpaymeny is $5k

Jumping right in. The ads are gimmicks and it's filled with lies. Your heckled through not driving on by. Place full of "Surprise!" Low credit score. Sales rep Mike said "Nothing I can do Money talks" so 14.995 in-house 25% down. Plus fees 17.995. For $8,000 down I can get $350 monthly payments they say lol. Or 4,000 down and $500 payments. Funny part I can afford the monthly but I came for the lower. They say it's not a heckle it's called sales. But If you have that much to put down... money speak the same language everywhere. Know before you go. Still working with Sam to see if my 4,000 down can get 350 if not they say walking is an option lol. Know before you go.

As a single mom this dealership is a waste of time. They assured me everything was good to go , 3 weeks later I had to turn the car in because it had a recall. Now I’m left with no car , checked credit score which I will have a harder time financing & even more stressed than I was when I walked in here.
I was inquiring about a car with Geo and he said I should qualify for a decent car after I shared my income then asked for proof and then proceeds to ghost me. Based on the one star reviews, this may be a blessing in disguise. Just nervous about what they’ll do with my info. Would not recommend
I like this car dealership, very pleasant staff, they really work with you, lenient and give extension for payment if you are having financial hardships. My next vehicle I will definitely be back and have already referred someone else. Got a car from here after my insurance totaled out my truck, i needed a car right away, being a mom i needed a 3rd row, they had a ford explorer and even though it wasn't my first pick, i went with it. I only had the car for 11 months before the transmission went out. They are Definitely selling lemons. So now im paying a car note, insurance and trying to save for a transmission repair.
I went to Car World and had no luck (seemed janky anyway) I walked pass Hawthorne Auto Square and decided to give them a try. Saw Alan outside and I told him my situation, he assured me that they would be able to help me. I then met with Sam, who worked with me and was able to get me a nice car I love the fact that I will be able to build my credit and there is a 6 month warranty. Highly recommend.
Hawthorne Auto Square I was pleasing satisfy with Sean he is very honest he's intelligent he knows how to handle his business if you never purchased a car before he will work hard to get you a good deal what I also like about Sean he explain to you every document your signing so you want be lost in the loop. I also want to thank Jonathan I was walking on his day I approached the car lot and started looking at cars then he approached me and asked me if needed help I told him I was just looking we had a short conversation I told him I 'm just browsing I'm on my way to Car World and I told him I'll be back in about twenty minute I was back and purchase my car. I bought my van less then a year ago and in the first month I had to do a major engine tune up and since I was over a thousand miles the warranty didn’t help … the transmission has no reverse since August 2024 I’m still paying the note saving to get it fixed and they are telling me to pay insurance on a non operational vehicle or it will get taken away but who besides me has to pay for it to get fixed and insurance and a note major engine issues and now a transmission that is no good before it even made a year … they selling lemons y’all
