Went in to store to purchase a battery. The Employee installed the battery backwards and blew my entire system out. For approx 3 hours I was stuck in their store not even offered a chair to sit down. I repeated several times I was diabetic and had not eaten anything and feeling shaky. Nothing was done to assure that I was OK. The store manager called who I thought and was told to be a mobile mechanic but upon requesting a business card from this mechanic he told me he didn't have any cards and worked for himself. So not only did they damage my vehicle they actually called a non certified mechanic to work on my vehicle. After all of this I was still charged for the battery, told that others parts needed to be ordered because they weren't in stock. Wow! So if that wasn't enough after being involuntarily held in the store for hours, hungry, cold, not feeling well, a shade tree mechanic working on my car I now have to take my vehicle to the dealership to get a diagnostics which will cost me hundreds of dollars. I've never been this upset in my life. But it's not over
This store specially the staff is always in a good mood and great attitude and attention to every person that walks in there without worried if you are looking or buying anything in there store they are always looking forward. To assist you with anything you need also on the when you call them over the phone they seem to care about there costumers
We were referred to O’Reilly Auto Parts to replace our car battery and honestly didn’t know they install it for you on the spot! From the outside it looks like a regular store, so that was a great surprise. The staff was helpful, easy to talk to, and got everything done quickly—new battery installed and ready to go, all under $200.
While we were there, I also noticed they carry a ton of other car care items—like covers (really useful for the LA sun), plus tools and supplies if you’re into DIY car maintenance. I don’t usually do that myself, but it was nice to see how well-stocked and organized everything was.
Definitely a good place to know about for car battery replacement and other basic car needs. Glad someone sent us their way!
Jenny was helpful, patient, and cute. I live to encounter people like her. Great customer service and the other employees acknowledge me as I was in line.
my passenger window wouldn’t roll up. i stepped inside & spoke to Freddy. he walked to my car to see how could help. he checked fuses, switches & even took the door apart. he could get the motor to release the glass so we could pull up my window. but he honestly did more than enough. thank you Freddy for trying to help me. 10/10 customer service!
Freddy helped my aunt and I and went above and beyond even though the place was busy. He had a great attitude, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to get such great service now a days
Came to this store to find tricky screws for my license plate. Jenny was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help get me sorted out. Would highly recommend this store and specifically Jenny for auto needs.
Adam customer service representative was Awesome. I needed wiper blades, which were a pain to put on by myself, Adam installed them for which saved me a pain in the neck to do so.
I needed new windshield wipers so I went in looked up my vehicle info and picked some out at the counter I asked if they were good and Hever recommended the RainX brand so I went with those and he went outside in the rain and put them on for me. I really appreciated that. Thanks Hever

Awesome employees!!! I purchased some wipers with the patient help of a black female. Also, a black male employee attached them for me. My car is older, so it took him awhile but he didn't quit. I am writing this review because this type of nice treatment is so rare these days. Thanks you guys, appreciate your assistance!
Was a great store it was able to get my radiator cap and three lug nuts not very many places stock lug nuts anymore they had the exact lug nut and these lug nuts turned right not left that's a weird thing but it worked out real well and the radiator cap seem to keep the water in God bless you all and have a great day
Went with a friend and I stayed outside. Was looking through the storefront window at the items. When my friend came out he told me that the guy that helped him said "is your crazy friend alright?". Now why would an employee insult a customer indirectly like that? So I guess I wont be shopping with o'riley anytime soon or ever for that matter.
Everything on sale on there leaflet isn't in stock. So to accommodate you they have the ""Upgraded Version "" At of course triple the price. I go there for Economy SAVINGS not to waste my time.
This location mostly never has any parts for my classic car always have to drive to Gardena location to get all my parts it’s out the way I literally live 3 min away from this one just think is very ridiculous for a customer that lives very close to auto parts mostly never has nothing that I need for my classic car. I would stop shopping there and find a different resources.
Bought hubcaps here, they’re refused to help me put them on even with me offering $40 tip. I spent 20 minutes putting them on, they were tight. I drove a half mile home and they all 4 fell off. Trash product Trash service
They are really great. Chalino helped me out. I went in with a problem with my heater after a bad mechanic ripped me off. I wanted to rule out the possibilities of easy fixes/fuses/see if I could fix it myself before bringing it in to another mechanic. I would say he went above and beyond and really helped me out. Also, he set me up with the proper chains so I'd be prepared. I would totally recommend this place. Excellent quality stuff and their help is beyond great. He also recommended a good mechanic who has good rates. I would highly recommend this place.
I have an older car. Radiator fan broke. My mechanic and I searched everywhere for a replacement. I came here I was being helped by one nice young man who was having same issues. But Chalino saw the problem and stepped in. He worked researched. Till he found my part. Chalino exhibited such great customer service and knowledge. I will now always go there first
Very friendly,knowledgable and extremely helpful. Counter/Parts person who assisted me even stepped outside to put the oil in my car. He then took the time to explain how much air my tires needed and the safest psi range to keep them between. And as I was leaving the store he kindly told me to have a safe trip. My first time at O'Riellys but definitely not my last.
Excellent customer service with polite staff. Lower prices than Autozone on motorcycle motor oil (Mobile 1 10W-40 fully synthetic racing 4T motorcycle oil is $9.99 per quart). Also purchased a 12 oz bottle of water wetter for $9.99.
