my passenger window wouldn’t roll up. i stepped inside & spoke to Freddy. he walked to my car to see how could help. he checked fuses, switches & even took the door apart. he could get the motor to release the glass so we could pull up my window. but he honestly did more than enough. thank you Freddy for trying to help me. 10/10 customer service!

I needed new windshield wipers so I went in looked up my vehicle info and picked some out at the counter I asked if they were good and Hever recommended the RainX brand so I went with those and he went outside in the rain and put them on for me. I really appreciated that. Thanks Hever

Awesome employees!!! I purchased some wipers with the patient help of a black female. Also, a black male employee attached them for me. My car is older, so it took him awhile but he didn't quit. Was a great store it was able to get my radiator cap and three lug nuts not very many places stock lug nuts anymore they had the exact lug nut and these lug nuts turned right not left that's a weird thing but it worked out real well and the radiator cap seem to keep the water in God bless you all and have a great day
I have an older car. Radiator fan broke. My mechanic and I searched everywhere for a replacement. I came here I was being helped by one nice young man who was having same issues. But Chalino saw the problem and stepped in. He worked researched. Till he found my part. Chalino exhibited such great customer service and knowledge. I will now always go there first
The guy kept flirting with me even thought I ignored it and keept going back to the point that I'm just picking up a product.
Also they dont know how to correctly check car batteries. Maybe he thought he could get money from me and my battery was fine.
Very friendly,knowledgable and extremely helpful. Counter/Parts person who assisted me even stepped outside to put the oil in my car. He then took the time to explain how much air my tires needed and the safest psi range to keep them between. And as I was leaving the store he kindly told me to have a safe trip. My first time at O'Riellys but definitely not my last.
