I've never had any warranty claims from their work or the products they sell.Brad took the time to send my documents on how to adjust the winch on my truck after it was out of warranty. We are a small company that doesn't buy many trucks too.
I called in early afternoon on a Friday told them what I was looking for told them I had cash to buy out right and they said they would have a sales guy call me back fast forwarded a couple hours didn’t hear anything so I call back and they say o well we passed your info off but unfortunately the sales guy is now gone for the weekend well unfortunately this is kinda a urgent matter for me and was hoping to get a call back to hopefully buy something and instead I get no call back and have to now wait the whole weekend so looks like I’ll be buying else where. Communication is key and your work is key especially in the industry we all work
I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 5500 from these company, it's been nothing but trouble, turbo issues, DEF, suspension, PTO pump, and just now the transmission went out, I feel like they knew about these issues and didn't tell me

Called a couple of times looking for information on inventory. Every time the sales department is at lunch or unavailable. And no care in the world for customers. Just buy from tow industries!
This tow guys are so unprofessional . This tow operator damage my car and even vandalized by forcing to open the driver side. They ask me if I can give them cash if $400 they will release my car but I don’t have that much cash that moment . Then he said ok just give me $200 .After they receive the cash money of $200 dollars he drop my car so hard that caused damage on my lender bumper on both side of my 2020 Toyota Highlander Platinum. This is not acceptable.
Saw these guys throw trash out of their window while driving. Giving them 1 star for their moral values. Can’t speak to their services… The logo was on the truck - not mudflaps to be clear
Unruly, reckless and rude tow truck driver. Doesn't care for the safety of others. Speeding, Cutting in line, abrupt changing lanes very unsafe.

There was a guy driving a tow truck with the Tow World name on it, he saw my husband at a gas station and my husband was talking to me on the phone. I heard the man cussing my husband then when they left my husband was walking to our car the driver left his vehicle followed my husband and began cussing him very loudly. My husband had our 3 yr old son with him at the time. A man from the Walmart near by came over to make sure everything was ok, the Tow driver then left very fast.
This is a note about Tow World's drivers: tonight one of their drivers on the 101 N in Los Angeles around 9:00 pm sped up from behind me, attempting to speed pass me in a lane that was merging together, almost hitting me and forcing me out of my lane. I honked and merged, but when I passed the driver they flipped me off. They then merged into the farthest left lane and sped up. When they passed me, they turned the side bright lights of their truck on, blinding me, before speeding up and merging in front of me again. They were speeding so fast I didn't have a chance to take down their license plate number. I haven't written a single review for any company or service before, but this driver's sustained road rage and recklessness endangered me and my passengers. Something to consider before choosing to use their service.
Got a great truck at a fair price they did everything to make the truck right for me. Had no issues at all gave me straps and all. Drove the truck from California to Pennsylvania no issues. I will be using them for my next used unit.
We feel that the manager Jerry was very racial when we pulled into the shop to get some work done everybody was standing around doing nothing we came to get a jack weld it on the back of the tow truck and he told the workers that were standing around to go and do something else and ignored helping us We felt Jerry is very racial
I almost got towed this morning at Whole Foods for parking my Tesla for 1 hour and a minute. Driver was really cool. Unhitched me and didnt push the issue. Although he wasnt wearing a mask!
We buy all our towing equipment here. The staff is friendly and they repair and sell tow trucks as well as build them to order. If you need supplies for your annual CHP inspection or just a replacement piece of equipment check em out!
I got cut off by one of the drivers today while in the car with my 1 year old.The driver was swerving the traffic and going super fast. I called the phone number and no answer. So scary and dangerous!!!
Not only did one of these tow truck drivers just almost hit me while on the road he proceeded to cut me off and then flip me off when I beeped my horn at him. I have tried to call the company number and have not been connected to anyone. Disgraceful behavior and terrifying to think these people are being trusted on the road.
You know the kind of people who drive in the carpool lane by themselves? Pretty selfish, shows a complete disregard to laws and their fellow man. Well tow world is that guy because I saw them driving in the carpool lane solo. Breaking the laws while driving, imagine what other unscrupulous things they're willing to do.
