This is by far one of the worst towimg company I ever came arcoss. Never have your car towed to this site US tow these ppl are thief's & they will literally tow your car wait until they think your are not coming back for the car just To steal your property from your vehicle ... I had my car recently towed middle of the year and I'm finally getting it back from their tow lot and I notice that I am missing half of my property that was scattered around in my car & when I mentioned it he tell me I can't bring up missing stuff that happen a while back which is false information.....You can not trust these people what so ever ...I repeat you Can Not Trust these people with your car they will literally hand pick through your property expecting you not to realize that your property will be missing .. & I notice cause soon as I got my car back it wasn't how I left it so Everyone please be careful if your are dealing with this US towing company as they are all thief's and will play innocent until they are proven wrong ... If your vehicle was recently towed through or by any of these US Towing companies please make sure to check for all your property in your vehicle as they will lie and say they have nothin to do with your property being stolen....I also have a receipt of everything that was in my vehicle upon my property release from them repo company that got it out the tow yard for me. I Will be documenting this for my own records This Is By Far One Of The Worst Towing Company Ever Exist Why Steal From People Who Is Already Struggling.
$375 when my car was parked in the lot for less than 5 minutes, I watched it get towed away, and came immediately. To add insult to injury the worker starts telling me about the importance of towing while I’m standing there trying not to cry lol
Poor service i just took my car out i had $350 on the middle compartment n other miscellaouns things when missing and they broke my bumper horrible service here
The couldn't even wait 5 minutes for me to get there. who is going to leave a good review for a tow business these ppl make money off misery im cool. They make thier money though I know that much nothing good to say about ppl with no heart
They do not tell you over the phone that your car has fees to pay at another office they make you come first tell you then you leave to whatever office to go pay make sure to ask if you have any fees to pay first before you go also have all info ready with a moving permit from the DMV if u have too
They claim to be a Police lot and post those correct prices $200 etc then charge your “private company” $360 tow fees to pick up a car with poor excuses about who called in the tow. It’s a scam to try and double the fees.
They are committing fraud by doing this as it is their trucks and their employees who are towing the cars.

Predatory. Cost $280/hr and double the amount of time it takes to tow you, and you feel you have no choice because you're stuck at the side of the road. Driver was great, but the business model is icky.
They seem to lurk around streets, just waiting for drivers to leave their vehicles so they can swoop in and tow them. It feels incredibly predatory and unethical. if the sign says you can't park pass 6pm they already have your car gone and towed by 6:02 pm
Well secured, fenced and under police supervision. A little stricked. Did not let me bring another vehicle in to empty my car but provided a cart to wheel belongings out the facility. A little pricey on towing services.
If I could leave no damn stars for this place I most definitely would, the lady who works here has the worst attitude, and honestly has no damn compassion for anyone, there was only 2 people who actually a tempted to help me, which was a bald guy, and a guy with a white beard, the lady even tossed my key fob when I went back in to ask for it even though she knew she had it. HORRIBLE DAMN PLACE I hope it gets shut down or better people to work here cuz it's impossible that you're going to be working with people and be sitting at your god damn seat listen to music after repeatedly asking for a manager or for someone else to help horrible lady
I had $400 cash missing from my center console when I picked up my truck. They completely denied it of course. Horrible people. A few of them looked like active drug users, so I am assuming thats where the money went.
horrendous so called "company". Clearly they are running a scheme with the local Police Department, where they go out of their way to tow as many vehicles as possible, in order to generate revenue for their POS city. Incredibly rude staff, who obviously hate their lives (justifiably so) and the older guy with the braided hair who works in the back lot where the vehicles are kept, is definitely high on some sort of controlled substance. Pupils dilated, could barely form a sentence, fidgety movements, rapid speech (although inarticulable) and looked like he hadn't slept in a week. Crimes all over this place.
I mistakenly let my car run out of battery and was towed here over night. That was 475 for less than 24 hrs. Then, after paying, Armando tells us he can't take the car out for AAA to tow it as well as AAA is not allowed inside to get it out. So how did you guys get it in, I ask. He says they used a tow dolly. I said so why can't you guys do that? He said "I'm not going to do that. It's too much work"??? Wow. Alma/Sandy who is the lady inside agrees claiming theyre not allowed to take my car out like. So I drive home and come back with my wall charger to charge it just enough to drive it off their lot and they tell me they have no extension cord. Armando had said they did. I couldn't believe how unhelpful and rude these people were being with me. Finally, Chris, the only guy who seems to want to work here, dollies my car off the lot after wasting like 2 hrs of my day.
My car was stolen. The office was very professional. The process in the realm of paperwork was easy but getting entry in to the tow yard at a different location was deemed to be a bit difficult. I had to go twice because the first time The tow truck was there but he just took off Like I wasn't standing there. So I had to go back 2 days later and start the process all over again to enter the tow yard. I know people in this business can be edgy and these tow truck drivers were
Why the hell would you write on the windshield using a difficult chalk/marker ? And if so, you should be removing it when the vehicle is picked up . There was only a nice person there , but the fat girl that answers the phone nor the young skinny black guy.
Rude and unhelpful, these guys are scumbags unwilling to help USA veterans and will literally sneer in your face if you ask for their help. They made it very clear they work for Hawthorne PD and dont care about customer service at all.
Do NOT recommend this place at all stay away they damaged my car SEVERELY! Covering my vehicle with some type of lubricant, caving in my front passenger fender, I had not note the damage to my rear passenger tail light, and my undercarriage is torn to shreds! Absolute terrible service, condescending workers, carelessness and lack of respect for others property!

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, unprofessional. Clerk charged my card and insisted it didn't go through-my bank confirmed that it did go through & said it might be an issue of the machine. I immediately went back in to explain that it did go through, then 2 clerks yelled at me saying my card was declined. IF POSSIBLE, PAY CASH, and expect zero customer service skills. Good luck, you're going to need it.
The worst company ever, horrible customer service. Damaged my car while towing it, stated it takes up to 30 days to get an answer of how they are going to fix my car. Then I noticed later on in the day they charged my card TWICE for $327. I called and got into a screaming match with Sandy who was no help and stated there is nothing they can do until the charges are posted and I wait 2-3 business days. I called back the next day when the charges were posted, and sure enough the charges went through leaving zero money in my account. I called back and Sandy once again said they cannot refund me until I wait 3/5 business days and provide a paper proof statement from my bank that they charged my twice. Sandy was completely rude and unhelpful. It’s sad how unhelpful they are being even after damaging my car.
Answer all my questions over the phone, when arrived at the location a young lady helped me immediately. The process to get my car back was fast and smooth. The waiting are is clean and has multiple signs reminding customers to wear a mask.

That’s what this company practices, after them trying to get more money out of me because their driver in their office gave me the wrong price. I went the shortly after my rental was towed I waited until they opened at 8am I asked about pricing for the box truck they had recently towed. The first rep told me that I would have to wait twenty minutes for the driver to log the tows then I would have the price. Thirty minutes later I asked again for information, there was still no update. I asked for the manager at this point Quijada the driver came to the window and I had expressed my frustrations he told me the truck would be $280 to pick up.
When I returned and spoke with a female manager she stated the price was $360 because of the size of the vehicle. I repeatedly told her that I was given a different price by her coworker and I would not pay the difference unless I was told why I was given the original price. She claimed he was a driver and that he may have not known the size of the vehicle. At that point Quijada walked in the room I asked him to approach the window and he refused to come to the window. Then he approached the window aggressively throwing up his hands yelling at me which is all on video. I asked for them to rewind the cameras since they record audio and video of him telling me that price. Because if I was wrong about the information I provided to her and he was right then why would he act like that.
So not only are the employees not knowledgeable about the pricing, but then they attack the patrons trying to retrieve their property. All she could do was apologize for his actions and still would not honor the original price. I asked to speak to the actual manager or ownership I left my contact information over several days with no response. Now I have a rental bill and and impound bill that has tremendously went up because of the staff at this company. I’m currently seeking my options for brining a lawsuit against this company.
Called 4 times on 7/5/19. The first time the call when straight into a message saying they were closed and to call back at 8am even though I was calling at 8:05am. The 2nd and 3rd time a woman picked up and I asked her to check if my car was there. She took a description and put me on hold both times then after a few minutes picked the phone up and hung on me with out saying anything. The 3rd time I called a man picked up and I explained that someone was checking to see if my car was there. He asked the cross streets of where I was parked and said yeah it's here. I asked if checked to make sure and instead of saying yes or no he said " if you were parked there then it's here, ok? Ok?". No, not ok I asked 3 times to confirm if my car was there before driving down. I have to arrange a ride to get there because obviously I have no car. This means I need to be considerate of someone else's time when they pick me up so I want to be sure before I make the trip. This establishment seems very disorganized and inconsiderate. It's already stressful enough waking up to not having a car then I have to deal with incompetence. The employees here apparently don't know how to pick up a call on hold or check their own inventory. That level of pure laziness is disrespectful. Have some pride in what you do and learn how to do your job.
I called for a tow service and was glad these guys did 24 hour towing. I am however appalled at their customer service. They assured me they would be at my location within 40 minutes but alas! I waited 1 hour and no tow crew in sight! I then called again to which they responded that they where almost here. Another 30 minutes later they show up. The next day when I pick up my car I find out my emergency brake was messed up thanks to these incompetent fools. Also my car had weird scratches! It must be the location or just careless workers. If you are REALLY desperate for a tow then call these guys but warning your car will be damaged in the process!
In the early 1990s. There was some Bozo who ran the place. He thought he was so this and that. I honestly can not remember his name, but I do believe it was John. He was tall, dark hair, and he most definitely had a girlfriend named, Toni Allyson. He was an alumni from Long Beach State University. He had a dingbat little sister who worked there as well. I can not remember her name. I do remember the flaky girlfriend who called every 30 minutes. Also, this man and his sister were working there because their father owned the place. It was a family business. They could not make it on their own. I worked for one weekend and I honestly could not stay any longer. It was awful, boring, we held cars hostage, people were furious, and we actually had a baseball bat for our protection. There was an older gentleman named "Duck" who worked there. I know of what I speak, and I speak the truth. I hated this place. I quit. I did not get paid for my 2 days there. John was ticked off that I did not worship this dump. I am upset I did not get paid, but that is what Google reviews are for today. It was a dump! It was known as S & W Towing when I worked as a dispatcher there. It was a nightmare.
