we were moving a block down from our previous place and needed quick + efficient junk removal. pernell answered my call and gave me range of how much it would cost on the phone. i asked him to be there at 7am which for most people is not a time when you want to be working. i appreciated the willingness, and them being prompt and efficient. i believe the whole thing was done in about 20 mins which is amazing for someone who has to leave for work at 8am. i did encounter some issues with the transaction for payment and the reason i include this part is to show how pernell handled the situation. he worked with me to cancel charges on his end and was communicative the whole way through. i imagine it was frustrating for him as well because it wasn’t his fault but the 3rd party entity he had been working with up until this point. i actually promised to leave a review but forgot when work got busy but i wanted to keep my promise because better late than never. sorry, this is so long so if you read all the way through thank you and i hope you have a lovely day :)

They made the process incredibly easy, kept everything as stress free as possible, and got the unit cleared out the same day that I called them --which let me close out the unit and not pay an additional month of storage. If you're in town or out of town, these folks will provide a professional and reliable service for you on a tight schedule. Gladly paid a premium price for a premium service, I won't work with anyone but this team if I ever need something hauled away again.

The folks at Junk Free Planet were great. I called one afternoon and by next morning they were here bright an early to get to work. The were professional and very friendly. We had a lot of stuff to be removed, a load and a half and took them less than an hour to get it out. Would recommend to anyone who needs some eye sores to be removed, blink and its gone.

These guys are awesome!! Their competitors, at 1800gotjunk website, were awful. I kept entering my zip code and nothing appeared. I googled other vendors, and called Junk Free Planet . They answered, we booked a date and they arrived on time. They had our broken sofa recliner out of our town home in record time with no damage to any walls.

I scheduled a pick up, and when they arrived I asked them to pick up the junk on the curb. They said they were going to bring the truck around, but two hours pass and they never returned. I called to ask what the status was, and was told they were told to not pick the junk up by a man that called them from my number. I work from home and have had my phone with me on my desk since this morning, I'm not a man, I don't live with a man, and my landlord is not a man. I said they might have me confused with someone else, and they said no it was me. I reiterated that it could not have been me, and the man on the phone became irritated, unprofessional, and aggressive. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

I had a spa that had been emptied years ago and left covered. Over time the cover rotted and water got into the spa over many years. My attempt to empty out the water was fruitless. Last night I discovered it now had become home for frogs. So at around 9 pm on a Saturday night I found A Junk Free Planet on the internet and called expecting to leave a message. I was shocked when Pernell answered the phone and was at my home at 7:30 this morning (Sunday). By 10 am the spa was gone along with the frogs. I didn't think this kind of service existed any more and would recommend Pernell and A Junk Free Planet to everyone. They do all types of de-trashing, not limited to just spas.
