I would give 10 stars if I could!!! They made the process so smooth with no worries at a time when I was really stressed from my car accident. I dropped my car off and was shuttled to pick up a rental with no extra cost, they do the heavy work so you don't have to. These are the nicest people and I would recommend anyone go to them.
I've never had a body shop that I trust completely, but this location of CARSTAR is that. Really great service and pricing (I got estimates at 4 other places and they beat them all). Manuel was especially kind this last time, but everyone I've met from there has been exceedingly kind and honest. Not looking forward to any more hit and runs, but if it happens I'll go here.
I hate having to take my car to the body shop, but I will always take it to CarStar Glenoaks if I have to. The front of house team gives great customer service; they’re friendly, personable, and make me feel like a guest instead of a customer. The behind-the-scenes employees who take care of the cars always do impeccable service. Consider me a loyal customer.
Ok, so you never want to have to take your car to the shop. But, if you do, you want to take it to these folks. This is the second time I've had my car repaired here, and start to finish the experience was top notch. Everyone was thoroughly professional, communication was timely and effective, repairs were done fast, and the results look brand new.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at [Shop Name] following a car accident in June 2025. This shop came highly recommended by State Farm and Yelp, but my experience has been the opposite.
My vehicle has required three visits to repair a headlight, which is still not fully functional. As a result, I'm driving with only one working headlight. I have already been pulled over and received a warning from law enforcement.
After waiting three weeks for a replacement part, I had to call the shop myself. The secretary informed me, "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you the headlight is in." This lack of communication is unacceptable.
The most concerning part of this experience was my call with General Manager Manuel today. He was incredibly rude and unapologetic. When I expressed my safety concerns and suggested the shop could have offered a rental car, he replied, "I don't know your situation, it's not my responsibility to offer a rental." He also falsely claimed I missed an appointment, which the secretary's admission directly contradicted. The only apology I received was for the secretary's mistake, not for the repeated issues or dangerous situation.
This has been a frustrating and unsafe experience, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone. I have already filed a formal complaint with State Farm, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously.

I love this body shop. Truly I am a picky person and it’s very hard to please me because I nitpick everything but this body shop met every expectation that I’ve ever wanted, no complains and honestly they even went above and beyond, with their speed, the cleaning, and the through explanations. I really have nothing but praise for CARSTAR. Every representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the recommendations made by my main contact provided a better outcome than I could have imagined. The work (replacing my front bumper) was beautify done and only took a day. Also when I got the car back they had put a lot of care into cleaning up other blemishes all around the car from various unrelated incidents (parking lot dings etc). And even the inside of the car was pristine. I could not ask for a better experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. Note: I paid out of pocket as my deductible was about the same anyway and by paying myself I wouldn’t have to worry about my insurance going up. LOVE insurance. Pay them money for your entire life and then be afraid to use them for fear they will charge you even more.

Katherine was professional and very knowledgeable. They also called car rental for me. My car looked amazing, after getting a door replacement. They did an amazing job. They also washed my car, I wasn’t expecting that. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely bring my car to them if I ever need to.
Our insurance recommended this shop because they are a preferred shop and im so glad they did. The car arrived closed to closing but the estimate was submitted before close of business the following day. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our vehicle was a total loss but im confident their work and turnaround times are also impeccable. While I hope to never be in this situation again, I will definitely choose this shop again if I am.

My car got rear ended and I took my car to this location the next day. They made the whole process (drop off, repair, and pick up) easy! I wanted to know the extent of the damage and they explained it well. I was even able to pick up my vehicle faster than I anticipated! Very pleased with the service I received.

My car was in a DUI accident. It was a used car I bought not too long ago, so I was pretty sad that it was damaged. It was import to me that my car got fixed with OEM parts if possible. They did an amazing job, used OEM parts and were incredible fast. Very pleased with the service I received. I’ll be recommending to my friends if they ever need a place to go.
