They fixed my car in a timely manner and the vehicle looked brand new. Paint match was great and looks like the original. It was blended well. Will come here again for any more body work.

I was in an accident the day before Christmas Eve and was advised to tow my car to this shop for repairs by my insurance. They estimated my repairs would take about 3 weeks— well I was surprised when I got the call that it was ready. I just picked up my car more than a week early even with the holiday delay! They washed and detailed my car all the while taking care of my car rental return. I would totally recommend this shop!

I went into two other body shops on San Fernando before I decided on this one. One was very professional but too firm on the price, the other I walked out of. I'm so glad I decided on CARSTAR Glenoaks. Manny, the manager, was super friendly and worked with me to come up with a price I could afford so I didn't have to get my insurance involved. He also set me up with an amazing rental rate at Enterprise. I paid under $200 for a six day rental. End result, my new Honda Fit bumper is a perfect fit and the paint is a perfect match. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Due to a series of unfortunate events, we had 2 of our family cars repaired here within a couple weeks. They did a great job on both. They communicated with the insurance company, kept us updated on the progress of repairs, and got them done pretty quickly. Vartan was especially helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them.
This shop has 5 stars for a reason, they earn it. The entire staff goes above and beyond, beginning with Katherine running the front office, then the estimator, and the manager who has an encyclopedic knowledge of cars beyond body work. They even found some mechanical issues other non-body shops couldn't diagnose. Easy rental car connections around the corner. They took my ugly hit and run accident and turned it into a pleasant experience, returning my car polished and detailed like a dealership new car delivery.

The friendliest team! They were so helpful every step of the way. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and told them that I was going on a trip The following weekend. They made sure my car Was ready before I left on my trip! They did a beautiful job with the paint and a car looks better than before. I took my older Tahoe in for bumper, right and left quarter panel repairs and paint. Robert was able to give me an estimate and begin work. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They also washed my car, I wasn’t expecting that. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely bring my car to them if I ever need to.
I have a C8 Convertible that had some major damage. The only place I recommend getting it done is Carstar Glenoaks. My car looks the EXACT same as when I purchased it new. I even had another body shop praise their work. All OEM parts. Special thanks to their helpful front desk, Manuel and Vartam. All of them made the process easy.
My car was in a DUI accident. It was a used car I bought not too long ago, so I was pretty sad that it was damaged. It was import to me that my car got fixed with OEM parts if possible. They did an amazing job, used OEM parts and were incredible fast. Very pleased with the service I received. I’ll be recommending to my friends if they ever need a place to go.
