Like a lot of people, I don’t usually write reviews—but J&E absolutely earned this one. My SUV broke down on the freeway one afternoon. I found J&E online and saw the good reviews, so I called to see if they could take care of my vehicle, and by 5:30 I had it towed to J&E. Within two minutes of popping the hood, Emad diagnosed the issue: a leaking water pump. He gave me a written estimate the next morning and promised the repair would be done that day by 4 PM.
And that’s exactly what happened—no delays, no excuses, no upsells, no surprise charges. Just honest work, done right, for a fair and reasonable price.

Everything about my experience was fantastic. I chose J&E because Yelp had them with 4.9 stars on almost 1K reviews, and it makes perfect sense. Our '14 Prius needed brakes all around. I brought the car in the afternoon, the place was hopping; I fully expected them to need to keep it overnight. Emad met me as I entered. The whole operation was polite & professional, and efficient. They have an online estimate form so no surprises and everything is trackable. He called in under an hour with estimate and didn't pressure me at all about my choices. Great work from the folks at J&E . Took my vehicle here for a second opinion on a quote I got for my brakes from another shop. Not only did they quote me a better price (half of the other shop) they also informed me that some of the services quoted by the other shops were not needed. Very impressed with their honesty, great value, and pleasant customer service.
The guys at J&E pulled through for me again. My car's engine was misfiring, causing a lot of issues. I dropped off my car on Monday. I got a call on Tuesday morning, where they clearly explained what the problem was and sent me an invoice breaking down the parts and labor required.
I agreed, and by Tuesday late afternoon, I was able to pick up my car. They even fixed up some tubing on my evac system for no additional charge.

My 2012 Prius C gave me a “hybrid system failure” warning, which could be a host of issues. I suspected a hybrid battery replacement was needed due to the difficult transition the car experienced between gas and hybrid modes. Emad quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the hybrid battery within a day after dropping off my car. He is easy to work with, and his price returned lower than he quoted me. I appreciate J & E’s competent, friendly, and quick service. Trying to find a trustworthy mechanic is nerve-racking, so I’m happy to have found Emad.
I started coming here for oil changes a few years ago based on all the good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I know almost nothing about cars which would make it very easy for a mechanic to take advantage of me and convince me to make unnecessary repairs, but I don't have to worry about that here. Emad is a great mechanic. It’s very hard to find a mechanic who knows what he’s doing and is very honest. He told me exactly what was wrong with the car and how much would it cost. And it actually was less than what he estimated would be, he also did a few things for free that he saw that should be done that wasn’t gonna cost me or him too much to just go ahead and fix. He always communicated with me and when he found something different, he notified me right away and let me know what’s going on. Even though he is 25 miles away from my home, I feel comfortable to use him for all my mechanic work. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I decided to forego the Infiniti dealer, and chose J&E Automotive based on their "glowing" reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint. I made an appt via their online system and Emad confirmed date and time to drop off my car. Emad was able to pinpoint.why my "check engine" light came on my Infiniti. He informed me on what sensor needed to be replaced. I also had him do an oil change while they had my car. It's been a few days and my car is running great. Find my new service shop! I had a great experience at J&E. The dealership quoted almost 1k for fixing something on my car so I started looking around and came across J&E. They had good reviews so I emailed and got a response back from Emad super quick with a quote almost half of that and was able to bring it in a few days later. They were quick and it ended up being a little cheaper than the initial quote I was given which is always nice lol. Emad was very nice and even recommended a place in the area to fix my recently cracked windshield. Would definitely recommend and come back!
One of the best auto shops in the area. I live a bit aways from the shop, but come here for repairs. Emad is always friendly and honest, his men do great work. I’ve had bushings and springs repaired, spark plugs, transmission fluid changed. Their work holds up. Definitely recommend A+. Emad and J & E is amazing.
