I’ve received amazing customer service at New Century Honda. They’ve helped me in 2023 to lease a a great car. And recently they helped me once more with the process to buy out my lease. I can’t remember everyone’s names that were involved in the process, but I’d like to express my gratitude to all of them, specially Mikyl, Alexis and Lennie. You can trust the staff at new century honda will do their best to help you get the car you need, within your budget. Selected a nice 2025 Accord in grey, was told it would be on the lot. When I arrived, my helpful Honda person Ali was kind enough to let me know the car had sold earlier in the day, and that they had a white one available instead. This dealership will waste your time and make you drive there and back in rush hour traffic. Don’t buy a car here.

Extremely Disappointed with New Century Honda Dealership’s Customer Service!!! I recently visited a Honda dealership to inquire about deals on electric cars. At first, everything seemed great — the staff offered us a deal that sounded very promising. I clearly explained our financial situation and all the necessary details, and the dealership assured us multiple times that everything would be fine. We returned the same day to apply for the vehicle and provided all the information they requested. After reviewing everything, they congratulated us and said we were approved. One of the salespeople even called us the next day to let us know the car was being fully charged and to discuss when we could pick it up. Naturally, we were excited and thought everything was finalized — only to receive another call the following day telling us that we were not actually approved. This was beyond confusing and incredibly disappointing. How does a dealership congratulate someone, promise the car is ready, and then turn around and say the deal fell through? This is not just poor communication — it’s misleading and unprofessional. I expected better from Honda. This experience was a complete letdown and has left me seriously questioning whether I can trust this dealership — or the brand at all — in the future.

What would’ve been a long 5hr process took just an hour, from seeing the car to signing, and ultimately driving the car off the lot. Mr Gonzalez is always very helpful. I’ve been coming to him for years for my car needs and he’s always ready, helpful, and very patient. He accommodated waiting for me to pick up my new car past his work hours to make sure I got everything I needed before leaving and he always gives me appropriate advice without his sales talk to ensure I get genuine and reliable information. His team was also very kind and supportive when I came back the next day to pick up my remaining car parts. New Century Honda will be my home Honda as long as Mr. Gonzalez is there!

My brother gifted me an Accord and he is based in UK. He spoke to Tristan who set everything up and I was just contacted for delivery and a few documents. Everyone from Tristan (Sales) to Alexis (Finance) were really great to work with. Tristan was on holiday on the day of delivery and he handed everything over to Mikyl who delivered the car to my house and was an absolute pleasure to work with too. Highly recommend, for us this was an online deal with a few telephone conversations but am sure if you go into the Dealership you would be looked after even more! Highly recommend and very happy with my new car!

Mykil was amazing. He did a great job answering all of our questions about the cars that we test drove. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful with answering all of our questions and getting us all of the information that we requested about he cars we saw. The Finance Manager was also amazing and spent time reviewing all of the finance options and warranty information with us.

got an awesome lease deal on an elite prologue even though they (as dealers usually do) lowballed me on my trade in but they gave me massive discounts on my lease so i guess good trade off. i then told them i wanted a second same deal but they were out of stock. i kept following up days later and was assured by multiple people including finance manager that i would get the same deal. when stock arrived lo and behold corporate changed the lease promo so they could no longer give me the same deal. they still offered massive discounts but nothing close to what i originally got. classic sales tactic— overpromise and under deliver. maybe next time dont make empty promises and give unrealistic expectations to the customer. the new car i got also was not detailed, had smudge marks inside, had an ac panel come off, and forgot the ev charger which i had to come back for. great customer service and follow through communications but some silly mistakes here and there that hurt the overall experience. gotta clean these things up glendale honda.

I had a very positive experience today when purchasing a preowned Honda CRV. I started with a trip to their website to see if there was a car that fit my needs. The site was easy to navigate and includes Carfax reports for all listings. At the dealers my salesperson, Victor, was very helpful and courteous and expeditious.

I took my 2019 Honda Accord in for recall repairs. Process was quick and smooth, from scheduling the appointment, to the actual repairs. My service rep. David explained every step clearly. The repairs were made and my car was ready on time as promised. I am happy with the work performed, and would recommend New Century Honda.

Pastor myung was polite, encouraging and patient, takes time to answer questions, persistent without being pushy. The finance manager was helpful esp in working around my budget. I always go to this dealer for car maintenance, their service is good. I have been a customer in this car dealer for years. I appreciate the service and support that they continue to provide.

What a great experience at the service department. David O, the advisor, was very pleasant, answering my questions, and went the extra mile catching a reverse light bulb that had gone out and rep-laced it. The technician, Manuel C, left my car running smoothly, especially when changing gears, and also accelerating quickly. I will definitely return for future services.

The team here made my first car buying experience so easy and painless. The sales manager George was clear and direct and felt genuine, and he beat other dealerships on price on top of that. The product specialist Michael was very helpful in getting my car locked down with a small deposit, and made the entire in-person process super efficient. Lastly, the finance director Chris was really knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me the options for financing, warranties, add-ons, etc. and helped me understand the options without being pushy. Prices were also solid. 10s across the board!

The service department here is great. I brought my car in for 3 recalls, and it was much faster than expected. Their communication was consistent throughout the process. I would recommend coming here vs. other nearby Honda Service Departments. I got my car in North Hollywood, which their sales team was great but their service department is always behind and it is a very long wait time there.

Generally it was an “okay” experience. Salesman was more concerned with paperwork than with trying to get us a good deal or giving us any perks. We’re buying a car, it’s a serious expense, and the only extra we received was a calendar and the promise of a free tank of gas at some point in the future?Financing part took forever because they are short staffed. We spent 5 hours waiting and about half an hour on the actual signing of paperwork. No one was rude but we felt more like a number than a customer which you would like to give a good experience to.

I was very pleased with the buying experience I had at New Century Honda. The salespeople who worked with me, Alexis & Chris had a no nonsense and straightforward approach which I really appreciated. Being salespeople, of course they offered additional options and explained their merits, but if I said no, they did not try to push me. The sale was the smoothest car purchase I have ever had and I was very happy with the experience. In addition, both Alexis and Chris were both friendly and engaging.

I was personally referred and highly recommended to New Century Honda in Glendale -- and honestly, I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the entire process! Normally, when you step onto a car lot, you feel like you're being surrounded by vultures -- not the case here. From the moment I walked up and asked for George, the sales manager I was referred to, I felt at ease. Nathon greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and immediately let George know I had arrived. Nathon also answered some initial questions my mom and I had about different cars. Soon after, Victor, a salesperson, joined us and was incredibly helpful too. He answered even more questions, especially about different trims and interior color options. He even convinced me to test drive a different trim -- and I'm so glad he did! Everyone -- from start to finish -- was helpful, kind, and professional. George made sure he fully understood what was needed to get my mom into a safe and reliable car, and he worked his magic and got us into a Honda CR-V EX-L . To top it all off, Nathon personally drove the car to deliver it to us the next day and even took the time to go over all the different functions and features, making sure we were completely comfortable and good to go before he left. That kind of personal touch really made the experience even more special. I highly recommend going to New Century Honda and asking for George, Nathon, and Victor. You will not go wrong -- they truly make you feel taken care of from beginning to end. And don't let the construction next door scare you off -- they're just building a brand new, even more amazing dealership!

I had an awesome experience with Drew Wilkinson here at New Century Honda. After searching for a vehicle for nearly 2 years throughout Southern California, I arrived on site with the knowledge of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I was prepping to go up against the typical sales person shenanigans, however, was instead taken aback by Drew’s warm, genuine demeanor. He was kind, thorough, caring and caring from the start, and I felt like I had someone who was trying to get me into the right vehicle for ME, versus pushing me into the best deal for HIM. After an hour of straight to the point discussion and an evening of my pondering on if I was making the right decision (my own neurosis), I decided to pull the trigger.
