A very kind gentleman helped me change the low beam light on my car. He helped me purchase the right replacement light and install the new one free of charge. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely be back, thank you for the amazing customer service!!

This place will not help you out if you don't have a receipt. My ignition switch that I bought from auto zone went out after a month and tried take it back and exchange it but they wouldn't and I didn't have any money to buy another one. I didn't need a handout, I had proof that I bought it, it the was on my debit card statement but nope, kick rocks. Last time I'll ever spend any money at AutoZone.

This Autozone is nothing short of incredible. Every time I’ve come they are so kind and helpful. I’m not a car person sadly so I don’t know much about them. They would answer every question I had, and explained it in a way I didn’t feel stupid. Thank you all so much for all the help you have given me.

AutoZone needs to investigate one of their managers at this location.
very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. One of the employees smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence while on the job. Not only was it unprofessional, but this is unacceptable behavior for someone representing a company, especially when customers are relying on staff for safe and accurate service. Management really needs to address this issue immediately.
My friend also told me she was done dirty by this same manager who refunded a part that she wasn't returning and took away her warranty. She returned a small item, but was refunded a different part. He didn't give her all her money, only gave her the amount for the part she returned. This is a "manager" we are talking about. What else is he doing to other customers? I had the BEST service I have ever gotten at any store period. William and George took their time to explain every possible cause for an alternator issue I was having, right before closing, while also juggling other customers and inventory. I recently stopped in the AutoZone in Glendale, for the second time in the last 4 months. Both of those times I was assisted by an employee named William. I usually avoid AutoZone because I have found them to be unhelpful, difficult to communicate and with an unprofessional disposition. However, not this young employee named William. He was professional, knowledgeable and with a fantastic positive attitude. AutoZone Glendale is not on my way home, but I will never hesitate to go back as long as I know someone as professional as William will be there to assist us. I always find friendly staff when I go, it close to home, so if I have an emergency, like a dead battery or an allen key, they usually can help you out with simple DIY repair items.

None of their machines could charge my battery. They confirmed the battery was fine and just needed a charge. They gave me no other alternative other than to go find another autozone. I wasted a whole day for no progress.

Where do I start...I can not thank the crew at AutoZone in Glendale for helping me out. I went in yesterday because my check engine light came on. William scanned my car and printed out the results from the scan. It showed I had a misfire in cylinder 4. He suggested to replace the ignition coil and spark plug. I went home and changed it myself, and its back to running like a champ!!! Thank you William for your help and advice.

I visited this AutoZone location expecting basic customer service, but instead, I got excuses. I went in to buy new wiper blades, and when I asked for installation—something AutoZone advertises as a service—the employee claimed they “couldn’t do it” for my car. No real explanation, just a lazy brush-off. Funny enough, I drove to another AutoZone nearby, and they installed the exact same wipers in under two minutes with no issues.
If you’re looking for actual service and not just an attitude, I’d recommend skipping this location. Clearly, they don’t want to do the bare minimum for their customers.Mar 08, 2025 -

Nice place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me find what I was looking for (pin striping adhesive). They looked up the part number and then showed me where it was in the store. I wandered around the store. It’s not very large but it was clean and well stocked.

Juan G just helped me with a new headlight and battery cleaning. He found me an inexpensive headlight and battery cleaning set. He then spent almost an hour cleaning my battery with his own tool set (and the set I purchased) after putting in my new headlight. He's the best. Will be coming here more often!
