This Autozone is nothing short of incredible. Every time I’ve come they are so kind and helpful. I’m not a car person sadly so I don’t know much about them. They would answer every question I had, and explained it in a way I didn’t feel stupid. Thank you all so much for all the help you have given me.
William helped us out with our truck battery. He had excellent customer service and was friendly and knowledgeable to make sure we got it fixed with the right parts. He deserves a raise!

I had the BEST service I have ever gotten at any store period. William and George took their time to explain every possible cause for an alternator issue I was having, right before closing, while also juggling other customers and inventory. I always find friendly staff when I go, it close to home, so if I have an emergency, like a dead battery or an allen key, they usually can help you out with simple DIY repair items.

He recommended Purple Power and Turtle wax and it helped remove a good amount of the scratch.
They didn't have the part I needed, but customer service was still helpful and very friendly. They even recommended another spot where I could find my part
Friendly staff, usually have what you need. It just so happened that I took the last bottle of DOT5.1 brake fluid. It’s a better deal to buy this than the SRAM bottle for my mountain bike.

Nice place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me find what I was looking for (pin striping adhesive). They looked up the part number and then showed me where it was in the store. I wandered around the store. It’s not very large but it was clean and well stocked.
Juan G just helped me with a new headlight and battery cleaning. He found me an inexpensive headlight and battery cleaning set. He then spent almost an hour cleaning my battery with his own tool set (and the set I purchased) after putting in my new headlight. He's the best. Will be coming here more often!
