It's always stressful when you have to get your car towed, let alone picking some stranger to do it online. I can't rave about Sam enough! He was professional, on time, and very helpful! I also felt super safe and he loaded my car perfectly! The rest of the reviews are right, he is very kind and cares about what he does.
I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i recently and got hit a week later. I attend college as a freshman in the LA area but am from the Bay Area. I was stuck in a super hard position where I needed the car moved as soon as possible because I was moving back home. I called 20+ tow companies and nobody wanted to take the car. Finally after searching on Google for hours, I called Savior Towing and Sam answered the phone. I explained to him the situation that I was in and he immediately jumped to helping me. He drove from Glendale all the way to the Bay Area in under a three day notice just out of the good in his heart. His actions speak for themselves and don’t need much explaining. Traveled from Wisconsin to pick up my 2020 Shelby GT500 with my semi. (I own my own trucking company) After getting the runaround from car haulers I couldn't trust them to not joyride my car from Cali to Wisconsin so I picked it up myself.

Suren's service was the best experience I could ask for. My car's tire had popped and this is the first car incident I have had so I didn't really know what to do. My boyfriend and I decided to call Saviors Towing and ending the call before it was answered thinking to maybe use my insurance. Suren had called us back which told us that he is very persistent and caring. We told him we would call back because we would try to see if I had some insurance aspect to get my car towed but in the end we decided to call him back and I am so glad we did.
He came in 15 min had a very reasonable price, kind, humble, and knew exactly what he was doing. He even let us know some very good tips which was very kind of him, and you can tell he actually cares for people. If anything ever happens to my car again I 100% will call him. Fast, professional, got us off the road and to my house parked very carefully, money well worth.

You know those stinky tow truck drivers… NOT THIS GUY! It has been a pleasure to have Savior Towing & Recovery come assist me this evening. I am pleased with how fast Sam the driver arrived to save the day. Sam was able to pick up our truck when other tow companies would not do it. He was able to carefully put my truck on a flatbed and take the truck to a reputable mechanic that was quite a long distance away from where the truck broke down. I was very impressed with his accommodations and customer service. He was being very careful with strapping down the truck, I can tell he has done it for a long time and takes pride in his work. His towing truck was in pristine condition, which made me feel good about sitting in the back of a tow truck. He was entertaining and hospitable. I highly recommend this company to anyone stuck in a pickle.
Sam with Savior Towing was a premier experience. I made a trip out to Burbank from Corona and my car stopped working. So I was stranded late at night and Sam came to the rescue. Writing this review in real time. My partner and I went to a concert and out of no where our car started acting up. We are not from the LA area so the fact that we had to figure out a tow in La to get back to our home town was a stressful thought. When we called Savior Towing, Sam was quick to answer and quick to accept our job at a reasonable rate. 3 hours later Sam dropped off our car at our house and sent photos indicating that our car was safe and sound at our residence. Savior towing was one of the best towing services I’ve had. Sam arrived at my location in 15 minutes and towed my car which was difficult because my car has a lowered suspension which requires special ramps and tools. With no problem or damage my car was towed for an amazing price. I usually get a lot of fabricated metal projects towed and I will be giving my business to savior towing from now on. Highly recommend
