Drove there thru rush hour after calling for the part and was told it was available. Got there to be told the part wasn't there and I would have to order it. Wasted 30 minutes and gas. Then found the part at Hamir Toyota in Mission Hills and discovered it took less time to go there as it was straight from La Crescenta on the 210 to 118 off at Sepulveda and a block away. Easy peasy. Better than the Glendale one and don't lie. Also better than Bob Smith Toyota in La Crescenta who also lie and refused to honor their own estimates. Lost my business for life and broke the law. Don't trust Bob Smith service dept they are crooks!!!
Not very helpful. I had to figure out the part ND part number myself. They did not ask anyone or care. They also were lazy about finding the product I had ordered. Said I needed to go back home and get the receipt. This is almost 2023 and they want a receipt. Luckily I had him actually loom deeper and he found it but he was reluctant. For the price we pay for their markup they should have much better customer service.

I found the phone number from the website, called twice to prepare the part, and each time I called, I stayed on the line for about 15 minutes and only people passed me, and finally the call was disconnected.
