Ask them to show you the product working before you buy. They say their policy is 3 day return but on the wall it says no return on electrical parts. Car Lights are electrical parts. They don't give you a receipt and sell cash only. Don't waste your time or money.

I recently bought some 2019 BMW 3 series headlights from here and thank god I called because they came in clutch. I had a lot of questions about the parts and the dude on the phone Gary was super knowledgeable and helpful about answering anything I had about it. Sorry if I came off as annoying lol anyways I placed my order over the phone and picked up the headlights the next day, I inspected the lights all in great condition, tested them too and works perfectly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for clean headlights for good pricing.
Bad company do not give them business, they overwork their workers and pay them under the table in terrible conditions to profit of off their labor! All they care about is making money illegally! They get mad when you ask too many questions about their lights, wonder why because they’re doing shady business practices!

Ordered a headlight for a bronco that we couldn't locate anywhere else. They had in stock and shipped FAST. We got within 3 days and we are located on the opposite side of the country. The light had some damage to the tab and some other minor things that we can work with. The owner said he would take care of it if any issues come up with the light.

Gave them a call regarding. a 911 Tail Light, asked what the part number was was told it's on the Car-Part page. Told him it wasn't the correct number. Seller said "WHATSUP WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS" and hung up. This is some low class service straight out of the hood. Stay away.
ordered headlight through OPM. After waiting a week+ for it to arrive I begin trying to track it down. I emailed two times, texted the seller, and also called. Couldn't get ahold of anyone for a week. Finally get ahold of someone today for them to tell me that they messed up shipping ad sent it to the wrong customer and nobody let me know. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have to explain to my customer after not having an answer for over a week making my company look like it has poor communication. Will not buy again.
