My car was impounded by Glendale PD and it ended up in mid Valley toll in Glendale. Mid Valley toll is charging extra $309 on top of what the initial tow charges and the storage fee is they’re charging $309 city fee to get my car out of the impound now I went to the police station and I asked if there is such a charge $309 from the city to get my car out. The police station said no I went to the Glendale City Hall, and I asked them if there is a $309 charge that the city of Glendale charges for me to get my car out of the pump city of Glendale said no we do not charge $309 or any kind of fees to get your car out of impact the crooks and they’re trying to get extra money

City parking inforcement didnt give a time to move van. Ticket was issued at 9:52am, tow track was called at 10am. Nice business for both sides. Keep it up with ruth and unproffecional staff
We have been in the auto business for many years and on numerous occasions have had to deal with tow companies and OPG tow companies, usually they have been negative experiences-rude,dismissive and not helpful. Our experience with Jessie at Mid Valley Towing in Glendale was very much the exception. Jessie was very helpful and accommodating which was very much appreciated! Thank you, Jessie!!
What is this place even? They push unwritten and unjustified rules on you without any explanation, walk away from you while you speak to them and have overall zero respect towards a customer.
If your car has been towed here, be quick and get it out ASAP!
They told our lawyers that verbal release is enough to allow us take our personal belongings from our car and then when we came they told us “oh we need an email”.
We came the next day, my husband had his hand injured after the accident and couldn’t move a lot of things alone, they still didn’t allow me in - because rules.
What rules? Where is it written? No one knows.
Overall there was no single soul in that town yard except the employee and us, zero risk of anything. They refused to provide any proof of the so called rule.

This tow company doesn’t care about your rights, they do however they want and whatever they want, do not even try to ask for any service the charge initially will increase magically.
My car was towed illegally from a guest parking lot, I was charged 470$ the parked that has the right to request a tow did not request it neither do they have any information about my car being towed. How ever I was speaking to a rep. Who just hang up on me.
They will double charge you, stay away, booked them as a decking service, I was 7 minutes away and they charged extra 20 minutes to get to me and 20 minutes to get back to the yard. I was 7 minutes away. Dispatcher didn't say that they charge port to port. they charged us $400 for 20 minutes of work. DO NOT USE !!!!
Honestly one of the best towing experiences I’ve had. It’s obviously not fun to have your car towed but they had me out of here with my car in under ten minutes. I’ve had to wait 5+ hours at other places in LA. They were all super nice and they made a bad situation as easy as possible. Thank you!
I needed a private tow for a very low to the ground sports car that had carbon fiber and was located in a very tight parking garage that required two tow trucks. Bobby and Preston did an amazing job and were extremely cautious with my vehicle. They treated my car as if it was there own. It was a tough job but they were definitely the right people for this job. I would highly recommend Mid Valley Towing Inc. I will definitely be requesting Bobby and Preston in the future to help me tow the car out once more.
