My car was towed on Saturday. Nice walk on Saturday morning. Friendly service, little expensive $577+$100 fine, but definitely satisfied about their city’s endless work. I highly recommend this place for future growth of city of Glendale.
What is this place even? They push unwritten and unjustified rules on you without any explanation, walk away from you while you speak to them and have overall zero respect towards a customer. If your car has been towed here, be quick and get it out ASAP! They told our lawyers that verbal release is enough to allow us take our personal belongings from our car and then when we came they told us “oh we need an email”. We came the next day, my husband had his hand injured after the accident and couldn’t move a lot of things alone, they still didn’t allow me in - because rules. What rules? Where is it written? No one knows. Overall there was no single soul in that town yard except the employee and us, zero risk of anything. They refused to provide any proof of the so called rule. Well good luck with doing business like this.
