My car died in the middle of nowhere and tow guy Marvin was SO prompt and kind and helpful- the shop recommended we take it to the dealer (under warranty) which i really appreciated because they could have easily just taken my $$. Faith in humanity restored ❤️

Todd & his colleagues were amazing today. Sadly I forgot the first gentleman's name with the goatee, he came and aired up my tire and showed great patience. Todd fixed our tire with a plug in less than 10min & filled it up good as new. Cost only $20 to plug the hole. Totally worth it! Keep up the great work.

Todd is the absolute best mechanic we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve had him work on our Subaru and our Lexus and he’s been super informative, straight forward, and explained everything in a way that makes sense to us as not super car savvy folks. He always lays all of our options out on the table and takes the time to really take a good look at our vehicles and gives us a realistic timeline for other future work that may need to be done. He’s a trustworthy mechanic and in California that seems to be hard to find. If you’ve been thinking about making an appointment with Todd be patient because he can get pretty booked up but I assure you it’s worth taking your vehicles to him.

I took a brand new tire in that was leaking. Tyler, stopping eating his lunch, carried the tire from my truck to the shop. Diagnosed a leaking valve stem and replaced it. Whole time there was less than 5 minutes. I have also had them tow my vehicles on three separate occasions over the past few years. Their drivers are pros and always got my vehicle where I needed it to be. Thank you.

It’s always a pleasure seeing their smiling faces when I stop in. This is my “go to” stop for propane and they are always so friendly. Nothing like living in a small town.

When we need propane we come here. We actually travel a little farther to get our tanks filled here because the price is less than other servers and we are always accommodated in a timely way with friendly knowledgeable service. They also are a Texaco gas station with competitive prices with many service offerings that may be needed while traveling or preparing for travel. Payment for gas and propane can be conveniently purchased inside where you can also find various auto maintenance items reasonably priced as well as a variety of snacks and items of convenience like TP and dog food and even some hard to find favorites. Fresh auto and other non alcoholic beverages as well. Service is efficient and always friendly. There is an automotive shop with very knowledgeable auto mechanics. Also 24/7 auto towing is offered . Auto shop is open M-F all other services can be gained from 7 to 7 7 days a week.

We ran out of gas in a very dangerous spot Martin was our technician. He took such awesome care of me and my family awesome customer service and his concern for my families safety was his number 1 priority gret driver great company

Haven't been able to get any kind of service here yet. I'll call to ask I can have something worked on, it gets transfered to a guy in back, guy says no before I'm even done talking. I'm not sure what they do here. I end up just doing it myself.

Nice people. Todd did right by my Jeep that was having severe issues with the whole electrical panel. He put in a new ABS master switch and ran tests. Works great now!!

Love the service! Had my truck blow 2 spark plugs out. Todd and Mark(?) were able to take care of it immediately. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here for service!

Always pump gas here, small but good variety of snacks in the shop, haven't had any need for repair services tho

I had to get a plug on my tire as they don't offer patching. We took our other car about a month ago and they plugged it and it came out the next day so we will see where this goes. Also, the guy seemed like he didn't want to do the work giving me excuses about rain and mud... I need to pick my kids up so I need this to be fixed.

Waited 4 hours for a tow truck driver to arrive, called AAA and they wouldn't co.e u til they knew what was wrong with my car? I've had AAA for 12 years and have never had to verify what was wrong with my car in order to get a tow truck dispatched. Get it together

Only place to get your vehicle worked on in town.. that being said its pretty pricey .. one time I needed to get my car towed 3 miles and the manager said it'd cost like 300 dollars because the road was a little muddy between where they were gonna pick me up and drop me off smh.. car wash always out of order as well as the washing machines and dryers

Always professional and friendly. I live locally and have needed their skilled mechanical services many times. Their skill and integrity is exceptional, they have never let me down.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE my F-250 Crew cab was stuck in a ditch for two days while i tried to find a towing service to winch it out my Good Sam towing service would not cover it because it was on a dirt road the first place i called quoted me $1200.00 and could be there in 2 hours. second call was $375.00 just to come out and look at it. when i called Valley Auto they said send them a picture so they could quote it. they called me back 15 minutes and said $150.00 but it might cost more depending on the amount of work they had to do Matt came out dug around my truck and winched it out total cost $150.00

Over the last 6 months I've had two great service experiences at Valley Auto. A slow leak in a tire was found (after l lived with it for years) and some major work on the cooling system. All of the work was professionally done by friendly staff. They take appointments, and I would recommend it as they tend to have a backlog. Highly recommended.

I always get a warm welcome and friendly service here from the ladies every time I am here but the reason I wont give a 5 star rating is because of the one elderly man who is never friendly and always seems sceptical about why I am there.it is a good thing the man isn't full time behind the counter.

Great service they are very friendly, they also run the laundry mat next door. They offer towing with AAA very professional living in the country it takes time to find a place but they seem to manage to arrive in a timely manner.

I was at the Texaco to do laundry with my nephew who is 5 yrs old. I then had to take him to the restroom. I asked the man " do you have a key for the bathroom" he then stated very rudely " are you gonna buy something" i feel like he should of been more polite of the matter. And i find it appalling when you need to buy something in order to use the restroom especially when its for a child. Also after telling him i was at the laundry mat he then said "oh okay its free because were connected" after my nephew used the restroom i then handed him back the key and i said "thank you" and he didnt even say your welcome. Ive never had a problem with the ladies whom work there. But this man was very rude and i could sense he was not a happy camper.

Took my 04 TRD Offroad Toyota Tacoma to the junk yard when I told them to take it to my house & wanted to charge me, but didnt because of triple AAA, then Cindy the owner didn't want to bring my truck & stold parts off my truck including skid plate & who knows what else & tripple AAA had to get a towing truck from hemet to tow it to my house, really shady, wouldn't recommend this place for nothing & will get the word out there because the owner is really rude when I talked to her & hung up on me when I told her she was rude.

They were courteous and efficient very helpful, knowledgeable. I was in need of air in my tire and was towing a vehicle there to another location they dbl checked my towbar hookup out of their way , I was very appreciative!

I stopped at the fuel station to use the restroom, pick up a drink and food. The attendant was remarkably rude when I asked where the restroom was. He says “Are you going to buy something”.

Matt went out of his way to look at a leak my car had. He was very busy but took his time. I appreciate the attention my car received.

On 1/23/17 I was driving home from a long 24hour shift and got stuck in the snow headed toward Temecula in Mountain Center just east of Anza. I called Valley Auto because they were less then 5 miles from my location, they were very nice on the phone and said someone would be out there as soon as possible. However about an hour later I called again to ask how much longer because I could see there tow truck parked on a turn out less then 100 yards from where I was. The operator said the driver was worried about the amount of room to pick my car up even though I was in a parking turnoff for a local hiking trail. The driver then said he was super busy and he would be back when he could, a local man coming off the trail said he would pull me with his truck the 3 or so miles. About 30min later I passed the tow yard and the driver that said he was busy was sitting in the yard. Lesson is I'll never call these people again. Thanks for nothing

2001 ford escape, radiator replacement. saved some money over the other estimates in the area, worked hard to get it done so i wouldnt be without my car for the weekend and monday holiday. i will go there again for my auto repairs.
