I needed to get a new car battery ASAP. I originally went to auto zone but they gave me the run around talking about they couldn't help me since my battery was in the trunk. I went to O'Reilly and Bryan was super helpful and friendly! He took the time to help me and even installed the battery for me. That was even after my smart self closed the trunk door not realizing it wasn't going to open since we took out the battery. We managed to get to the battery compartment through the back seat. Bryan even helped by going in and securing the battery! If you need help go to O'Reilly and ask for Bryan!!!!

Impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My battery was dying and I needed a new battery asap last night. I walked in and the staff was able to help me find the right battery for my car and install it in a timely manner! Kudos to the staff at this location!

It's a good store, like most other O'Reilly's. At this point in our society if you don't come prepared with parts numbers and respect it's your fault if there is a problem. Plus they'll probably take it back if you're nice. The store is clean and it's not understaffed like it used to be last year. I'll take my review back if it becomes understaffed again but right now, things are good (July 2025)

Well your normal or Riley store don't have the part you need this is the place where they have it this is one of their many hubs always clean and stocked up to the shelves and pleasant and helpful workers here all the time

It was on the phone with my mother and an employee recognizing my voice and immediately started verbally assaulting me they do it all the time I feel bad for the managers

Every time I come here the dudes are mean they are not helpful at all . They try to get you out of there as soon as possible. It happened just last week again , from now on I will be going to AutoZone they are nicer and helpful friendly etcetera

convenient though the service is slow depending on the number of customers who went out to try the part on their car in the parking lot then returned directly to the front desk for a refund while people are standing in line. 3 people doing so delayed the checkout process.

Great experience at this location. I had a problem with my AC Freon connection and the Manager (Did not get his name) but his shirts said (Manager) gladly came out and helped me out. I was able to get Freon in my car within a couple minutes. 👍

The guy (didn't get his name) was very helpful. When they didn't have the parts I needed for my sister's car, he looked them up online, found them at a local dealer and printed the page with the picture and price for me.

Yesterday around 11 am , order a radiator, received it 2 hours later, came out defective, so they order another me another one, waited another 2 hours for them just to tell me it was cancelled, so I got my refund back and went to AutoZone better service, this happened in city of Carson on Avalon St and Carson, really bad service won't shop here anymore

They won't answer so I can't cancel a online order day 2.... gonna have to go in-person and cancel it... this store has the most staff out of any of the surrounding store but no one can pickup the phone ever... have called dozens of times... I own a local garage and won't be sending my guys back.

I go here all the time for my friends car. Their prices are always the same or lower than all the other automotive stores, because they price match. The store is clean, fun, and well stocked, and the guys at the counter are helpful, accurate, and efficient.

I didn't like the customer service today, the employee that was there make me feel very uncomfortable that I had to get out....people here are so mean... they are like they dont want to do their job! sooo rude... I tried to ask something and they just turned their back on me... no way im coming back again

This location has gone above and beyond with their service. I usually return to this precise location because of their knowledge and expertise. I want to give a shout-out to the asst manager Manuel who went out of his way to help install my new car battery tonight. I was aware there were limited staff and cutting it close to the time they stop their outdoor service. He was patient, performed the job efficiently and most importantly helped me when I needed it the most as a customer. Thank you Manuel for your skills and service!

Professionalism, knowledge, patience to listen and look for the OEM or accurate aftermarket parts, matters. It surely is tiring installing and doing it again due to defective or slightly mismanufactued parts like parts sold by the other team and may become expensive and cost time, if not a DIY.

This nail shop was recommended and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and nice. Nail techncian Vicky was extremely nice and did a great job with my Pedicure. Only downside is I wish the place was a little clearer. I'll be back for sure

I came in tonight to get my car checked out but unfortunately I needed a jump and my car was down the street , Joaquin and his team members went above and beyond allowing Joaquin to come over to the location of my car and checking not only my engine light but also checked my starter, alternator, and battery . Unfortunately I will be needing a new alternator but I am very satisfied and recommend this location !!! They are truly the best thank you so much !!!

Joaquin was the best!!! Friendly, professional and good recommendation, store was very neat and clean!!! Was waiting on triple a for a a jump forever in the rain and they canceled, so I called back…Walked to oReillys and he helped me in less than 5 minutes with the Schumacher portable charger. I was still on hold with triple a when I made it home 46 minutes later! Give this guy a raise!

Came in today to get a new battery. Al was extremely helpful and kind enough to install my battery. I haven't seen that type of customer service in years! I definitely recommend this location for all of your automotive needs.

I went to this location cause my regular O Reilly's didn't have my part I required. Upon arrival I was GREETED by employee Jacqueline who was aware of the part I was in need of due to the fact my usual O'REILLY called her to verify they had it in stocks. Basically very impressive work by TEAM O'REILLY'S💯👍💯👍💯👍💯

on June 11th 2021 I called for a part and I was on hold for half an hour and when I asked the attendant to connect me to a manger he ordered me to hold on in a very rude voice. I waited for another 10 minutes for a manager to pick up the phone and finally gave up and hung up. This is far below the thresh hold of good customer service and common courtesy.

I've been shopping at this O'Reilly since it opened. My experience has been the quality of the parts is consistently good and the service is pretty decent. But that's as long as the part you need is in stock. Ordering a part that comes by delivery to the shop is a different story. A couple of days ago, I ordered 2 Trico windshield wiper refills in a 21" length. The next day order arrives but there's only one instead of two refills and in a 19" size. So I don't open the package and bring it back. The customer service rep apologizes for the error and I give him the part number for the right 21" and remind him the receipt says two refills. The next day the order comes in and in the right size but only one refill. So now I'm waiting for tomorrow to pick up the second refill. I started this special order days in advance because this evening the biggest storm of the season comes into the area. Flood warnings and the whole bit. So because of the consistent mishandling of a simple order which from the first I provided the correct part number, I'm stuck with worn wiper rubber until the storm is actually here. How much more incompetent execution of the simplest of services be? If you're ordering a special part from this shop, you might suggest writing the part number the service rep's hand in permanent.

Thank you to the team at O’Reilly’s service is great parts are easy to get as well as a little bit of consultation the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly they don’t mind stepping out and taking a look at your problem and giving you their opinion. It’s a good place to shop if you need parts and there’s always one around you can stop in to get your parts. My Chevy Tahoe is in great running condition it’s a 1997 I’ve had it since it was put out on the lot in 1997 and keeping up with maintenance will keep it running nice and then after that you can enhance it. No rips or tears in the interior and the paint is original from the manufacture except for the touch up on the hood unfortunately somebody had taken their key or sharp object a while back ago and left me the gift of ugly deep scratches i’ve corrected that O’Reillys has exact matching paint for my Tahoe called perfect match is a Chevy GM product and it is exact. So with that said and done I will look through my photos and try to add before and after because I decided to do the whole top of the hood I’m not a mechanic just the car guy I like cars I work on them to a certain point but that’s it.

This place is fully stocked with almost everything you need. Shout out to Aaron for being so helpful and finding he parts i needed. The service was fast and efficient. I got the exact parts that I need it. I would highly suggest coming to this o'reilly auto parts. There is always someone to help you in this store.

I came in asking for a part for my car and the lady told me it was available. however the warehouse was in Torrance so I decided to go to the Torrence location so I can pick up, and get the part much faster , as it turns out the part wasn't even there and it was never in the inventory sheet to begin with, she messed up and was looking at the wrong part for my car , I wasted 20 miles of gas and over an hour of my time .. All she said was "sorry" ... But let's past all that, The shop doesn't stink, its well-organized, plenty of parking, the staff is on the 50-50 side some of them are great some of them are Questionable, nevertheless this is an auto parts location please keep in mind you're not going to be in and out of here extremely fast and on top of that the employees here aren't mechanics none of them they just get basic training on the inventory they carry so you can't ask him any auto repair questions.
