Huge shoutout to Octavio at Firestone Pasadena! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Octavio communicated every step of the process and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. As a woman going in alone, I was a little worried, but he immediately made me feel comfortable and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. Because of that, I truly trust him and his team. On top of that, his friendly personality made the whole experience even better, and I’ll definitely continue coming back because of it. Highly recommend!

Just a quick shout out to Octovio my service advisor and Frankie, my technician. Great customer service and workmanship. I had to take my Nissan Van for a quick wheel alignment, went over the many potholes in Pasadena. Frankie had worked on my van before and did a great job with my alignment. The first time I took it in was due to a poor job that the dealership did with my wheel alignment, my van kept pulling right.
They got me in earlier than my appointment and was done in less than hour. That really helped with my busy schedule. Did I mention that I bought the lifetime wheel alignment last year? If you drive alot in the streets of Pasadena and Los Angeles, you may want to consider purchasing a the lifetime alignment, well worth it.

these fools told me they couldn’t replace a headlight socket cuz they “don’t do electrical work?” and then i realized it was a $20 purchase at autozone and i could do it myself. also they completely missed a leaky coolant tank and made my engine overheat by telling me nothing was wrong. stay away from these guys
They wasted my time - 4 hrs in total for basic B1 maintenance.
I had an appt for 10am, Octavio told me ~2.5hrs for basic oil change and tire rotation.
I come back at 12:15, they asked if I wanted to do some optional filter replacement.
I can do this myself, but I'm already here so I said yes because I'm paying for a convenience.
2 HOURS LATER (as i am sitting in the office) they finally finish my car.
4 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change with an appointment.
When Octavio learned there was a delay with the filters which were not on hand, I should have been informed so that I could have made a decision if it was worth my time.
They gave me $50 off but it wasn't worth it.
I will never return to any Firestone in the future.
Came in last minute with really bad tire wear and Frankie helped me out without hesitation and was quick. This whole Firestone team is always friendly and trustworthy and I’ve had nothing but great experiences.
Went in really quickly because I had a flat tire. It was my first time going to this location. They took a same day appointment on a Saturday even though they were busy. I waited for about 45 minutes but they got my car in and out...and repaired it for free! They were nice and efficient and considerate of my time.

I was able to schedule a same day oil change. Austin is always extremely professional and helpful. I use to take my vehicle in for service to the dealer, but I now take it here because of the wonderful staff.

These guys are awesome! Professional and always willing to help. I take my car in whenever the air pressure indicator lights up and they take care of it immediately. Today they found a nail in one of the tires, patched it up, and had it ready within the hour and a half they estimated. And all for no charge! Can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely recommend.

I come here often for all my tire needs. These guys are consistent, dependable, and awesome. Always helpful and they take the fear and uncertainty out of me having to take care of my car. It’s a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about being scammed or oversold on anything.
Purchased 4 new tires, and got my vehicle back with all the lights on and a form of recommended repairs to fix the lights that would cost almost $1000. I just asked and paid for tires, not break my car and charge me more to fix it. Now I’m stuck in the parking lot making an insurance claim against Firestone. I live over 50 miles away and am stuck in the parking lot. The steering doesn’t work, brakes don’t work. So I’m going to sit here until they fix it. I will not pay for damage they caused.
The gentlemen working here are honest and trustworthy. They communicate well and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle. Great customer service overall. Eddie and Octavio are both who assisted me in my visit.

Called late in the afternoon. They said they could fit us. Took no time. Easy peasy. This is a brand new Subaru. Never been to the shop before. There was no charge to fix the nail in our tire. Basically guaranteeing we buy our next set of tire from Firestone.

This morning I woke up with a flat tire on my car not agree with me to start in the morning… Firestone, they look at the possibility that they might be able to Repair it.
I took the car in after work And within 20 minutes, I had the car back fixed!! And They didn’t charge me for any of the repairs. This would have been an uncomfortable expense in an already expensive month - I cannot reccomend these guys enough

Great guys. I was riding by on my electric unicycle and the battery just shot way down (must have been the cold weather). Anyway, I stopped in and asked if they would mind if I plugged in to get a bit of a charge. They said "no problem. There's a plug in the lounge or there's one back here".
That's service. I just know they'd exhibit the same level of customer care if I was having my car worked on.
