These guys are awesome! Professional and always willing to help. I take my car in whenever the air pressure indicator lights up and they take care of it immediately. Today they found a nail in one of the tires, patched it up, and had it ready within the hour and a half they estimated. And all for no charge! Can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely recommend.

I come here often for all my tire needs. These guys are consistent, dependable, and awesome. Always helpful and they take the fear and uncertainty out of me having to take care of my car. It’s a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about being scammed or oversold on anything.
Purchased 4 new tires, and got my vehicle back with all the lights on and a form of recommended repairs to fix the lights that would cost almost $1000. I just asked and paid for tires, not break my car and charge me more to fix it. Now I’m stuck in the parking lot making an insurance claim against Firestone. I live over 50 miles away and am stuck in the parking lot. The steering doesn’t work, brakes don’t work. So I’m going to sit here until they fix it. I will not pay for damage they caused.
The gentlemen working here are honest and trustworthy. They communicate well and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle. Great customer service overall. Eddie and Octavio are both who assisted me in my visit.

Called late in the afternoon. They said they could fit us. Took no time. Easy peasy. This is a brand new Subaru. Never been to the shop before. There was no charge to fix the nail in our tire. Basically guaranteeing we buy our next set of tire from Firestone.

I came in today to inquire about quote for 4 Bridgestone Turanza’s plus an alignment for my 2009 Mercedes C300. Skye helped me and it turns out the price was very reasonable and within my budget. The store and waiting area was very clean too.

This morning I woke up with a flat tire on my car not agree with me to start in the morning… Firestone, they look at the possibility that they might be able to Repair it.
I took the car in after work And within 20 minutes, I had the car back fixed!! And They didn’t charge me for any of the repairs. This would have been an uncomfortable expense in an already expensive month - I cannot reccomend these guys enough

Scheduled an appt with Austin for two vehicle service alignment and tire rotation. Our second vehicle full replacement brakes and drums .
Sales manager Octavio managed our complete service and was able to expedite our Tesla vehicle so we could continue our day. We returned later to pick up our second vehicle that had full brake replacement .
I like the location in pasadena it has a small town vibe and the staff is very courteous .

The Customer Service Rep knew how to work the computer and POS machine well. He had a bad attitude from the start. I wasn’t offered or told about warranties or service protection plans or possible tire alignment plans. I absolutely would have purchased a plan if I was. I want the tire covered if I get another flat. If I wanted to know about them I would have had to ask. I’m glad I called the 800 number before hand otherwise I would have been left in the dark with poor customer service.
Came into this Firestone, guy was on the phone budding it up with the parts guy. Didn't even acknowledge me. Young kids are in the back just hanging out in the dock area. I notice 2 customers in the lobby waiting for their cars I assume. These young people nowadays have no customer service etiquette. I ended up walking out. The kids in the back also saw me just standing there. Sucks here now with these young kids
Went for service. 2 weeks ago. Was told I needed a whole new suspension. When getting a second opinion I was told different. Was only a few things needed. Not the entire suspension like I was told. Saved myself over 2k. Sadly you have lost a customer. Will never go back and those I know will never return as well. Such a scam.
I had a flat tire and stopped by this shop hoping for a quick fix. they repaired it free of charge! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient — I was back on the road in no time. Great service, Highly recommend!
We had our brakes replaced here in September. By July—less than a year later and under 13,000 miles—the left pad was screeching and the rotor showed visible damage. When I brought the car in, they confirmed the warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles. Since I was just over the mileage, they said nothing would be covered and I’d have to pay out of pocket.
I appreciated the upfront answer—I asked directly so I wouldn’t waste time waiting around, and they were clear. That said, it’s concerning that the brakes wore out this quickly. While driving conditions matter, I suspect the original work wasn’t done properly.
The staff was professional, though not especially welcoming. If you bring your car here, be aware: the warranty has a hard cutoff, and the workmanship may not hold up as long as expected.
Very happy with Service and Speed. I had a screw in my tire brought it first thing in the morning, and they were able to take care of it by lunch. I will be recommending them and coming back!
Made an online appointment for this location the day before and was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman named Octavio when I arrived. He was courteous, attentive and had me out the door within a very short amount of time! Came here to do my 10K service on my Mazda CX50 as I got my Off-Road tires here. The service is great and I appreciate the honesty in checking out my vehicle which I think is totally overpriced at the dealerships! As long as you have your receipts showing you are keeping up with the maintenance on your vehicle, the factory warranty is not affected as this was confirmed via email from the Mazda dealership near me. Thanks again Octavio and all the staff at this location in Pasadena!

Got my tires rotated. I was promptly greeted as I walked in. Very courteous gentlemen at the counter. Had me in and out in 40 minutes. Thanks again!
So I went about 2 months ago. I went in just to change my brake disc. And for that they were going to charge me $900 then on top of that even though I had just gotten new tires they told me I needed new tires. Then they showed me some numbers saying I needed a new battery even though I had recently replaced it. I went to another place to get a second opinion and they told me my batteries were fine. They told me I also needed to flush my fluids and again I did that 6 months ago. I went in for an easy brake job and ended up walking away being quoted for almost $2000 when I asked the guy why they were charging me almost $500 for a brake disc I showed him online that the part was only like $100 maybe even less and he starts going there’s no way you found it for that price. Then when I show him he says. Well sir we use Premium parts. Long story short I went to another mechanic paid him $100 to do it spent about another $150 on parts including the brake disc brake pads some oil I needed for one of the parts and a few other small things that I didn’t even end up needing. Guy did the job in less than an hour. It’s just super concerning that they were trying to charge me almost 4times what it actually cost. Oh and the cherry on top was when I called I asked him if he could see me right now or if he has any open spots. The guy said he did and he’ll make me an appoint for 30 minutes later because I was about 15 minutes away. They didn’t take my car in for another 2 hours then I waited another hour or two just for them to try and rip me off. The only way I’ll come back here is just to do the $10 diagnostic and then I’ll take it to an actual mechanic that has morals.
If you ever need a place to change your tires or get all your car maintenance done then this place is THE ONE FOR YOU. I was on my way to a job interview and my tire popped and I was in desperate need of a repair and luckily this place was nearby. The workers were super friendly and nice and I told them about my situation and they got it done super quick so I can make it to my job interview on time. If this allowed more than 5 stars then I would rate it higher because the speed and professionalism of this crew was unmatched and their customer service was out of this world. Thank you again Firestone .

Spoke with Austin :) They were able to patch the tire for free! I know nothing about cars or tires so they could have easily made money off me charging for a brand new tire but they didn’t. Made my day! I am truly grateful for their help and service and definitely recommend Firestone Pasadena location especially to everyone who knows nothing about cars.
Dropped off my car at 12 noon and was told it would be done in 3 hours. Called at 4 pm and car had not been worked on yet. Staff was respectful and explained they were very busy. To be fair, it was a Saturday so I can understand. Bottom line is as long the job was done right the first, that's all that matters. I took my car in for a front wheel allingment. Will come back to this location for other services.
