You know sometimes young people are thinking about being a famous influencer or being the next Internet star. You ask them a question and they act as your speaking a martian dialect and look at you like uhh ... Huh?.
I was so frustrated I began to walk out. But I said why should I give up? Especially when it was imperative to know about this product to solve my car problem!
As I'm leaving there is a beautiful young lady, so I took a shot at maybe she's willing to be helpful? Michelle thank you for you work ethic and answering all my questions.
She really broke down my choice's. So I could make an informed purchase. I really like action women you know driving a new bronco or old jeep and rather camp then go 4 srar hotel. A real woman As well as I love Mexican fathers who treat there daughters as equal to men. Teach them riding motocross or horses! Or when they are old enough how to drink with men or like men! It makes for a incredibly strong woman. Frankly one I wanna know. Anyways Michelle thanks for renewing my hope there are great women in LA. For answering all my dumb questions. And being a great manager. I hope O'Reilly's really appreciates what a huge gem they have and treat you accordingly with raises and a big promotion. Because it will only benefit there company. You can always spot a pro or a manager. They are happy to assist you and take it seriously with a smile. Where as the hourly employee is still dreaming of his stardom and going uhhh huh to customers.

They’re price-gouging and false advertising. For the oil pictured in the photo provided, the deal went with a brand owned to o’reillys. The deal was 32.99. The price was actually $38.99, and it isn’t 5w-30 like I asked for. I said I wanted the one that’s more durable, that’s better. Miguel ASSURED me the 10w-30 was better because what’s in it (it’s not). I get back and find out that it’s the wrong one, swap it, and the one that ISN’T on sale is cheaper than the one that was supposedly on sale! So he sold me the wrong one and gave me misinformation to charge me more for something I didn’t want, using my lack of knowledge to a devious advantage. Luckily Sandi was able to fix the issue, but I still Won’t be coming back here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone who doesn’t know what they’re doing come back either, lest they price gouge you.
I ran into a problem with my vehicle today and went into the store on Lake in Pasadena and a gentleman name George went above and beyond to help me. It’s hard to find great customer service today and he provided superior service to help me with my problem and got me back in a running vehicle. Thank you George!
Had an amazing experience at O'Reilly's! Alexander was super helpful when I got an alert about low coolant around 8pm when all the service centers were closed—he guided me over the phone and helped me pick the right coolant in-store. He even explained exactly how to add it. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Thank you
They are the worst, people with attitude, not good service the worst place, don't recommend it. Again after years the service still the same very rude guys, not help after all blaming the customer and rude again.
Bought a car battery. Unfortunately they couldt not install it. They did jump my car though and also checked the alternator and sent me to a place that installed the battery. The next day I returned with the old battery and received $20.00 in return for that.
Addendum to previous review. Everything worked out for the good. Customer service was helpful the second time we came in. I will say that a few employees are not about helping, but some are.
Paid $150 for a part to be in today to put on my car, it just conveniently got left off of the truck to come in today. They redeemed themselves with the right Cooler switch that we also had to replace. Yay!
Was followed around store and looked down on like I was trying to steal so I brought it to there attrition my wife and I don't steal and we didn't appreciate how we were treated..

It was my very first visit to this location. Was driving by the area and suddenly remembered that I needed to purchase some motor oil and a few accessories. They did have what I needed but was quite surprised at the prices. O'Reilly's have been known to carry good quality car parts but I was truly shocked at the prices of items such as motor oil, coolant, brake fluid. Seeing this kinda stuff had me thinking that pretty soon, we'll need to choose between buying fuel in getting from one location to another and routine maintenance costs.
The counterman was very helpful with the wiper blades I purchased; he even took them from the rack. I said, "Installation of these always confuses me." He said, "come back, and I'll help you install them if you have a problem." What more could you ask? It's too late to meet Veronica Lake!
Customer service should always be a priority. I'm still trying to understand how when I spoke to Kevin about setting my part's to the side for pick-up. That didn't happen even after he took my name and confirmed that they were to the side and would be available for me. He gave me the total price and everything but when we got there nothing was sat to the side. The excuse was that they got busy! O'Reilly is never busy like that so that was a total disregard to a customer that was in a real situation trying to help someone else that really needed help. Well since ya'll are so busy I took my money and spent it with another company at a lower price at that so ya'll stay busy over there, ya'll not the only company selling parts. I appreciate this guys they are awesome Kevin and Salvador help me and give me so much car information they suggest which steering fluid to get and scan my car for any car problems the scan was free blessed their hearts thanks orellys for having a great team in Pasadena
Only because of Covid I hope. But I had to plug in my own diagnostic meter for a check engine light but. What i didn't understand is why I was told to take a picture of the code so I did then the guy says have a nice day and walked off lol. I thought he was going to tell me my issue I am just looked it up no big deal but I thought they did that part
convenient place &also bit beneficial well for their closing hours &specially since its nearby if I ever need something at rather later time some stores might already be closed &they open till pretty late&recently have been pretty quicker in helping/takimg care of all their customers seems like they have more personel working there&most of them are veryhelpful
The Store super clear and the customer Service excelent the Agent Alma she knows everything about automóvil she replaced the burned bulb light on my car. I was so happy with the service and also give me some advice how keep the bulb light out of burning so fast

Readily available car maintenance parts and service materials at local store. Stock is well maintained and service assistance is available. Service advisors will assist buyers in selecting proper items and will, if requested, either loan tools for inhalation, or will assist in installing for clients. Great community asset.
My sister and i were having car troubles and this was the closest auto parts store. we knew exactly what tools and parts we needed just didn’t have them. Angel was so nice and helpful. he gave us the right tool and found the part that we needed so quickly. he even pulled a wrench off the sales floor for us to barrow. best experience we’ve had at any auto parts store.
Great customer service. I came one hour before closing and the employees were helpful and the even recommended a mechanic to me who stayed after hours to fix my cracked radiator. I was stranded with my kids and I am forever grateful and thankful to the employees tonight and the mechanic Jimmy. Much love. 11/26/16 11:28p
