Went to get my oil checked and got a rude and unpleasant experience instead. A worker named Robert who was very rude and unprofessional. He made it seem like he didn’t want to help me and had somewhere better to be.
I’m a repeat customer because this O’Reilly store has great staff. I want to highlight Ricardo who assisted me with my purchase of the catalytic cleaner. He was knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t over buy product. Keep up the excellent service Ricardo!
I'm not sure what his name was (I think Willie? An older, African American gentleman with curly hair) - but this employee was so kind and helpful as I looked to replace windshield wipers this morning. He did the installation, answered all of my questions, and it was a very seamless experience! The employees are wonderful here.

Hands Downs and 5 Stars up. This is my go to O'Reilly auto parts store & Location. All praise the GM who runs the store. They have such great spirit attending to customers and meetings the demands of prices, parts, advice and recommendations. You can get a lot more out of them by just asking for help. Its tough being the guy waiting for the guy who's getting excellent customer service. But it pays off when you're next..

I bought windshield wipers several months ago. First they sold me the wrong ones for my car. They they fixed that but put them on the wrong sides. (Driver on passenger side etc). I did not know this and for months they have been making a horrible scraping noise which the sales man said was normal-HA. Finally since it was pouring rain and I had to be out and could not stand the noise any longer I went in today. Fortunately WILLIAM solved this. He had enough sense to look up which side they belonged on and lo and behold they were attached on the wrong sides and one was not even the correct wiper. BRAVO William. He fixed this and they have been quiet ever since. A little normal wiper sound but mostly "whisper quiet!" Give this guy a raise. If it wasn't for him this would be only one star. Thank you William! from a very happy customer!!! :)

I came to this store to buy some bulb replacements for my car. I met Jake and he helped me out so much. He replaced my front lights and my back lights. He was so kind and professional. I use to go there for this employee named Al and come to find out he’s retired (so happy for him btw) but my go to guy will be Jake from now on. Please hire more people like him . It’s people like him that keeps customers loyal !

This store seemed clean & organized - - that should be good for 3-stars.
But the two employees that I interfaced with didn't seem as knowledge as my nearby AutoZone.
Cesar was very helpful and even showed me how to install a couple things on my car. He was super cool and did it without hesitation. He wanted to go the extra mile and install what I needed for my car but because of Covid, he couldn’t. He was very thorough on how to install the parts on my Mitsubishi Lancer. I will be back. Thanks Cesar.
I bought a set of windshield wipers from O'Reillys in Pasadena at 1860 E. Colorado Blvd and the sales person came out to put them on for me. He was really into customer service and I appreciate him helping me. It is so nice when employees of stores go an extra mile for their customers.

Somebody give this man a promotion. We came in yesterday to get our battery checked and had someone in the store who did not follow-up after they told us they would help.
I did approached NOEL while he was busy with customers and assured he would take care of it. He was so polite and nice that my wife loved the service he gave and made us feel very welcomed. He then helped us find a battery for our car then said he would install the battery with no issue.
WOW!!! This guy is the real deal and NOEL you deserve more the 5 STARS you rocked and keep it up! :)

What can I say, Dorm was the most helpful guy in the auto parts business. He is very knowledgable and gives excellent customer service. Helped me through an issue and he resolved it quickly, I was very satisfied.

This place has a great selection and variety of products. If you keep an eye out for their ads and promotions you can get a great deal. Prices usually are average for chain autoparts stores. Personally, I got a great deal on a car battery because they price matched (batteries-only store) a local store that was a little too far to drive to during the week.
Very helpful! Purchased spark plugs and needed four, they only had one in stock. Called the other Pasadena store, they had all four. Paid at the store I was in, took receipt to other store, easy peasy!

I bought battery which early expired to ask for claim warranty. The guy name AL , he is a very helpful guy. He takes care of replacing a new battery without charging me. Thank you so much AL, he is an great asset of this place.
Ask for WILLIE. Very polite. Greeted me and helped me out as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly through the whole transaction. They couldn't get a part I was looking for, so he found me a comparable replacement that was actually less expensive. Thanks for the help!
Good and friendly customer service my co worker had a scoff mark on her car and when we asked about it the cashier/ O'Reilly team member looked at the car recommended a product and said let me help you out with that after we purchased the products. Which consisted of a soft Terry cloth and turtle wax remover for marks. He then actually helped to buff out the scoff mark which was not expected. Great store I hope you keep these great employees.
